Fantastic insurance agent. Always there when I need he and his staff. Makes house calls too. Love State Farm, and I have over 10 policies with them including my sons 529 Plan .

I really don’t know where to start! They charge an arm and a leg, even for a bundle deal! When I got ready to drop, they asked all sorts of unnecessary questions and was trying to bully me into staying with them. Then, one guy at the Bragg office, tells me there’s a fee for dropping them...I found that bogus as hell. I then called around the NC area asking licensed agents about a fee associated with dropping, no one knew anything about a fee. I knew that was BS! THEN, I called to speak to my actual agent (whom I’d only spoken to once out of the two years I’d been with State Farm and seen him once), called for him and got the same guy (Ferdinand or Fernando). He says, “well Mr. Herman works from home now” so of course I tried to get his contact info, and of course he blows me off. I would never go back to State Farm, they’re ridiculous. Let’s not mention the numerous times that my insurance premium skyrocketed and they couldn’t explain it! OH and I’m still waiting to be reimbursed for the rest of my premium, being that I canceled 3 days in. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I feel that people need to have a heads up on what they could possibly be dealing with or at least at the Bragg location.

Very professional, friendly, go the extra mile for there client. ALways willing to give explanations. they actually work with you!
