I called there on Monday to seek an appointment as a new patient. I had to be called back to even get that far. I then had to be “ approved” for a new appointment which sounded rather odd to me. Then this lady calls me back yesterday to tell me I was approved as if this were a house mortgage loan and that she would have to call me back to make the appointment. At that point I knew I made a big mistake even starting w this place. As of now, a full day later - still no call - I have already moved on to another doctor. This whole process was idiotic as well as shady to be frank.

The front desk is completely unbearable. I called in to make an appointment and was told I was no longer allowed due to cancelation I made 6 months ago when I informed them I no longer had the proper insurance to cover my visits. The receptionist stated it was fine just call back when it changes back. So, I did just that. However, when I called I was informed due to that cancelation with proof of no insurance that I was no longer a patient and will not be accepted as a patient again. I am fine with that but the facility itself with the new staff has gone completely down hill. I would not recommend. There are better facilities and doctors, who could care for patients better.

My husband and I (PA-C) have been patients of Dr. Salahuddin for 5 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of care - which remains consistently high.Dr. Salahuddin is an excellent diagnostician who demonstrates true dedication to the consistent, ongoing proper care and management of each and all of our acute and chronic primary care healthcare needs.Dr. Salahuddin has never failed to respond to my portal messages and provide needed appropriate medical advisement and or therapeutics.His assistant Bridgette is a most competent, dedicated nurse with a wonderful manner; always reliable with enabling communication toDr. Salahuddin.Also want to give a shout-out for administrative staff: Hope, Dee and all who have been so kind many times with providing quick answers and resolutions to questions/concerns.

My daughter went there but they dropped her because she missed appointments, that were out of her control. She was hospitalized a month ago she was in out of hospital. I guess when you’re in the hospital you’re supposed to leave hospital and go to the Dr. She has Medicaid and is on a lot of medications because of stroke . Now we have to go through Medicaid to get a another Dr. This Dr must make so much money I guess he doesn’t need my daughter as a patient or maybe Medicaid/government doesn’t pay enough for these foreign drs.

I have had diabetes since i was 13 and i am 34 now. I am Very informed and probably know more than a new PA. During my visit i got surprised visit from the PA and i was not informed by my MD. Never met the PA before. She was new and flat out assumed i was New diabetic and told me to loose weight & I’m fat n over weight. I am Only 20 lbs over BMI by the way. Proceeded to tell me they did not want me to see a endocrinologist so i could see what type i was due to not having the test when i was diagnosed. Also refused to send a Prior authorization back to my pharmacy for freestyle libre and told me to ask my endocrinologist for it since i wanted so see one. 24 years of being a diabetic i have never been treated that way. But i love MD Hanna tho.

The call in phone/secretary experience was extremely slow. The day of my appointment the wait for the doctor was long. I didn’t find the doctor helpful or spoke to me in a way I’d like. For primary care I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I have known this office for years! Dr. Salahuddin and Dr Hannan are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Hannans assistant Hope. It is rare to find someone that thoroughly cares about their patients so much!

Dr. Abu is very patient and understanding he takes the time to actually listen to whats going on and get to the problem right away. His staff is so friendly and outgoing just all out wonderful, I truly would recommend Valley Internal for your medical needs.

Terrible secretaries, not only rude but disrespectful too. Wait times are worse than ever seen. They run behind starting a 8 am! Trying to call for an appointment is the worst. After days of trying I finally get thru only to be placed on hold and then hung up on...I am finding a new office. Dr hannan is very nice but always seems rushed. Thank you P.A. Annamemeni. You are the only reason for the 1 star.

All I wanted was a completed school physical form. I wasted money on an appt., almost a week trying to get it completly filled out and unnecessary aggravation... just to end up at an urgent care having to pay $80 for them to fill it out. Needless to say Ill be finding a new primary care. For the record, Dr Sal is a great doctor. I cant say as much for the rest of the staff.

My Husband recently has been going here great friendly Dr. Sal is great attends to your needs gets straight to the point and gets things done wait time not long.

Just called, asked if I would hold on a minute, then they hang up on me.SORRY PHONE SERVICE.

Was dropped as a patient due no having to rescheduled appointments. Which is sad how if told i was having trouble due transportation. But it is fine Thank you i find someone else.

I am not satisfied with there referral to specialist, or Dr. Sal. He doesnt even review or check your chart for family history illnesses. Gonna call my case worker and find me another care Physician.

The Dr Is rude and interrupts you when youre youre talking. He talks down to you. .Dont go there.
