The waiting room was inviting and relaxing. The receptionists were friendly and comfortable. I really liked the PA: Donna Barnes. She is new at the practice but has experience. She is extremely approachable, willing to listen, polite and gracious ~ she gives praise to people who assist her (her nurse, who also is very kind and friendly). She was knowledgeable and explained things well. I really am happy I found someone who takes the time to listen and to answer any questions! I feel comfortable entrusting my health care to her!

Dr aBrooks I dont exactly know how to say this but here it goes, dr Brooks you are a wonderful doctor up and tell you started moving two different offices and then you somehow they didnt put in all of my records into the system then your new program failed and I was with you for the last 20+ years but since you brought your husband and with your business thats when your business went downhill he might be a good doctor but when I fail headfirst into that plate glass he was looking at me And he never even asked me if I was OK the reception is dead and one of the patients come out and help me to stand up while my husband went park the truck and that right there is win the first big blow cane but I will still love you Dr Brooks Ive always thought a lot of you but your office is just not for me anymore especially since youre not in itKaren Earhart

I am truly shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and innapropriate behavior shown by a physician. To call Dr Connie Brooks rude, unsympathetic to a patients needs is an understatement. Normally I wouldnt post a review on a physician strictly because i wouldnt think it would have any positive effect, however I feel obligated to my fellow patients and possible future patients to consider finding a more competent, dependable and trustworthy physician whose only concern is what is best for her patients and nothing else.

After 2 years, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Shame.. because the doctors were really nice. It’s the administrative staff that lacks compassion, empathy, and only care about money.Office manager needs to be fired ASAP.

Great spot. I got in quickly, not a long wait in the waiting room, doctors, nurses, and staff are friendly and professional.

After a decade of being a patient here, I am going elsewhere. I had a mammogram & needed an ultrasound from Valley Regional Imaging. The referral had to submitted so VRI would schedule one. I finally had to call New Hope so they would send one. Then that test showed suspicious issues & I needed an MRI. New Hope never sent the referral until I called the office and spoke to 2 people.The front desk clerk (very sympathetic to my situation) got the referral dept on the line & she said she would do it right away. She said she is way behind in getting those done. She needs help! When the referral was sent, they had written it wrong, this another week of delay, and YES, I had to call again.I left a message on the office mgr line & when she called me in a day or so, she was so abrupt & rude. She said if it is an emergency, she has 24 hrs and if not an emergency, she has 14 days. Now, I called VRI and they said they sent the report on July 3, 2019 and it went through on the fax. They sent another for me on July 16. The lady there told me she was leaving New Hope Practice also.Now I left a message on their phone as the lady at VRI said I need a biopsy done & have to get a referral from them & so we will see what happens.

Dr.Connie Brooks has a terrible bed side manner. She talked down to me as though i was a child, raised her voice and was not sympathetic to my condition because she had a lot going on. Dr. Brooks was extremely unprofessional. I requested my copay refunded. I will be finding a better doctor who understands they should treat patients with kindness regardless of what they have going on personally. On top of that they have you wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to be seen by the doctor and take weeks to give back blood work information. Horrible experience! Ive never been treated so terribly by a physician. Wont be going back unless its to pick up my records.

I love Dr. Brooks. She goes right to the heart of the matter and tells it like it is. She answered all my questions, and was patient and kind. Love her staff too.

Dr. Fernandez is very professional and kind. He takes his time and answers all questions and doesnt treat me like a number. Dr. F is a very professional doctor. Was very blessed to call him my dr. Thanks Dr. Fernandez.

Dr Brooks took great care to ensure my daughter was comfortable during her procedure and even had her laughing , I was impressed and will definitely be using new hope for both of my children !!!!!!
