For a couple of years now, my parents were in need of a contractor. I took it upon myself to do an extensive search for a reliable contractor that will not disappoint. Services completed so far include siding repair, installation of seamless gutters, and power washing of house & deck. All the work was done wonderfully and the staff is friendly yet professional. Now my parents are picking out colors, from samples provided, for the deck to be painted by them. We have absolutely no regrets calling VAC LLC!*Updated pictures added

I used VAC to help me fix my mothers house after she passed away. I needed to get it ready to sell. I was not trying to flip the house. I wanted to restore the house to its former glory. I used VAC on 3 separate projects. The good is the job got done. The bad is and this is a long list… the crew that worked at my house was seldom supervised. There were decisions made without my consent and I was the one paying. One estimate for termite repair was not completed until I complained and took my own pictures of termite damage that was supposed to be fixed but wasn’t. The work that was completed while the supervisor was gone was shoddy at best. I had to fly to the job site 3 times because work was not being done as I requested it. I know they will probably try to respond to this review saying that they made all the requested repairs and then some and yes that is true but had it not been for my real estate agent and myself it definitely would have not been done right. Supervisors have to supervise if they don’t work has to been done twice and a lot of work at my moms house had to be done twice. Wouldn’t you want your job done right the first time? I would steer clear of VAC if you have a big job. Little jobs would be a better fit for this outfit. I was mean at times because the work that was being done at my moms house was subpar and make sure that you are flexible with your decision on materials and jobs being done to your standards. This outfit may make decisions without your permission and knowledge before it’s too late. I had security cameras at my mothers property that almost always were moved or turned off even when the workers were not working in the area of the cameras. They did not like to be watched but the camera footage that I did see actually is what let me know that they were doing things that I did not ask for. BEWARE! The only good thing that happened was I did finally get my jobs done and yes they looked good but see above ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️And no I did ask for shortcuts on structural repairs don’t be fooled by their response.

I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I’am about having this business fulfill our home renovation! Mr. Robert and Mr. Albert go above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly and up to code. Although there is more to be done we are eager to see the end result. In which I’m sure I’ll be highly pleased. Before and after pix will be posted after completion.

VAC was nothing but the best and I’m a skeptic when it comes to online reviews. My wheel chair bounded uncle needed a ramp in order to visit me at my house. Within a few days after speaking with VAC, my uncle was rolling right on into my front door. Thanks, you guys are awesome!

I needed several areas of vinyl siding repaired from weed eater damage before listing my home for sale. Gay and her team reached out promptly after I requested a quote on their website. They came by to assess my needed repairs and really understood what my goals were. Gay went to at least 6 different locations in Fayetteville until she found the perfect matching vinyl. Living 30 mins north of Fayetteville, I was very impressed with the level of effort she exerted to ensure our siding would match perfectly (minus a little fading). Once they found the appropriate match, she ordered extra siding at my request and promptly repaired the damaged areas. Gay’s team even moved some of the siding from a hidden area so that the faded areas would be a perfect match. I also worked with Robert for pricing, he was very reasonable and understood my price constraints. I am very thankful to Gay and Robert for their prompt service, professionalism, quality of work, and affordability. I would not hesitate to use their service again and recommend them fully.

I contacted VAC for a couple of projects. Within 24 hours I received a call back and appointment was made for Mr Albert to assess the job and provide the estimate. After receiving the estimate we revamped the project and Mr Albert came back out to provide us with a new estimate. The guys were here to start work the next day. Eddie and Mike were amazing! Their craftsmanship is phenomenal. Mikes determination and knowledge of his craft are extraordinary! Mike is old school.  Displayed skills that have nearly become a lost art. Will definitely use VAC for future projects.  Highly recommend!

I have used these guys for plumbing repairs to include well pump repairs. The first time i called was around midnight as I just got home to a lake of water in my yard due to a water pipe junction that busted. I left a message and bright an early the next morning they got in touch and by mid morning in (Dunn) were on the site getting it fixed. While the Plumber was there he also took the time to fix some things on my well pump too. The price was reasonable and the service was great. That was last summer while I was home in between jobs.They just came out and did some more repairs after I got in touch from overseas working as I often do. Again they got out to my residence quickly and got it repaired for me. Not being there I had many questions by email and they quickly replied with detailed explanations of what and why it went wrong. Being a first time well pump owner I always ask a lot of questions so i can troubleshoot or do preventative care for future operations.I will be using yet again to do some other work that was postponed because of budgets in the near future. Definitely would recommend for any of your household repairs!

I called weeks ago and was told to text the number I called with details of the estimate we wanted. I did so immediately. Never got a call or text back. The man who answered sounded like he was cooking dinner or something and was a bit unprofessional. Obviously, I cannot speak to the quality of their services since they never called back with the estimate.

I am currently selling my home and needed final repairs done to the home. It took me some time to finally find someone that was wiling to come out and took a look at the home. Once I spoke to Raymond, he sounded pretty confident with his team, and he came to inspect the home for an estimate within 24 hours.We had Mike come out and take a look at a door frame. We hired VAC to repair damage done when a car crashed into our home. Jack and Albert were patient with my many questions and were able to fit our project in so I did not have to miss work. Travis and his crew were friendly and respectful and did a wonderful job in a day and a half. The crash damage was such a mess, I thought it would take at least a week. We would definitely hire them again.

I didnt have too many good experiences with contractors. So we were a bit sceptical about their services. But to our wonderful surprise, from start to finish and everywhere in between, they took time out to explain how, what, why and when. They even have a photo album of all the work that is being done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My seven year old Samsung refrigerator was in need of hundreds of dollars worth of TLC. However, they found a brand new Samsung from the dent & scratch section (that was neither dented nor scratched). Work was completed on the motherboard but its warranted, was only a couple hundred dollars more, and I love it! The staff was professional, cleaned up after installation and removal, therefore, I highly recommend you try their services.

Words cant express how pleased we are with Veterans Affordable Construction. We had our garage finished with sheetrock and paint, a nice wood deck built, cabinets installed in our laundry room, crown molding and chair rail in the main area, and the entire interior of our house painted. We had the underside of our home fixed due to issues with settling last summer. Over the winter we noticed that the problem returned. We tried contacting them but was told, more than once, that they would call us back. Our calls were never returned. He had someone else come out. Turns out it was not reinforced properly so now we have to have the job redone.

They did an amazing job and I would recommend them. I used their plumbing services and needed new drywall/ Sheetrock and they went above and beyond.

Overall, a disappointing experience. Poor communication, tardiness and slow workmanship led to long project overruns. Billing was inconsistent and some work required me to go back into the project house to repair work I paid this company to perform.

My kitchen was very cold and drafty and the cabinets needed refacing, I was a little nervous at first but by the time tell were half way done I could walk in my kitchen without having to put shoes on because of the cold floors. All I have to say is these guys are amazing

I had Veterans Affordable construction repair all the floors in my home that were damage from the flood and also moisture and mold damage. They replace all my flex duct and trunk line. Air jacked my floors back to level and add concert supports. Put in all new insulation and a Vapor barrier and a vapor lock.They also had to put in some new joists and new girders and a new moisture barrier. I would rate Veterans Affordable construction LLC. the best you could get to fix your home. These guy really care about their work to be as perfect as it can be done. Thank you guys great job.

Talked to Michael, he said he would call me Saturday and let me know what time he would be there for a qoute. He never called or showed up.Update: Michael contacted me and apologized, he will be coming out this Saturday for a qoute. Will update my rating afterwards.Someone came out, but we never received a qoute. I even left an email asking when we should receive a qoute and didnt get a response. Disappointed since they got so many good reviews. We ended up going with another company.
