Dr. Stevens did my gallbladder surgery and I feel a lot better. Great doctor and great staff.

I went into the office and saw Dr Stevens, I new I had one hernia but he found two more starting so the staff set me a date for surgery. Everything went great. Dr Stevens couldn’t have been more professional and the staff was wonderful. He’s not the type surgeon that comes in and walks out, he ask his own questions and then ask me if I had any. I felt safe with him from the start. The follow up appointment went well and I had no complications. If you need a surgeon , consider using him. I go back to work tomorrow under light duty restrictions, but I feel great. Thanks to Dr Stevens and his staff. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Dr. Franklin is an excellent surgeon and physician! He has great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, thorough and understanding. His explanations are in layman’s terms and he provides great examples.I was happy to learn that he is a Christian and told me that he prayed for me when he attended church. He was always calm and reassuring. Additionally, his office staff members are pleasant and very professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Franklin as a physician and especially as a surgeon!!

Dr Franklin is a wonderful doctor and surgeon and really cares about his patients! He takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered and that you know you are in good hands. I’ve had two surgeries with Dr Franklin in the last 2 years and he has done a phenomenal job each time! I could not recommend a surgeon any higher!

I can’t express how pleased and thankful I am to have been under the care of Dr. James Stevens. I had an emergency appendix surgery completed by Dr. Stevens in November and another surgery completed by him in March. He’s the most caring, accommodating surgeon I’ve ever worked with. He truly cares about his patients and their well being. Even the hospital staff spoke of him in high regards. I couldn’t have been more blessed to have Dr. Stevens handle my surgeries. Thank you Dr. Stevens for taking such good care of me, and for being so accommodating on my scheduled March surgery!

Dr. James Franklin has been excellent each of the times I have visited with him. Very caring and informative. I have a minor surgery scheduled with him in a couple of weeks. It was also assuring to have another medical provider tell me that if she needed surgery, he would definitely be her top choice to perform it. I feel total confidence in his care and expertise.

We absolutely love our doctor! He made our 19 year old daughter feel like she was in charge of her medical needs, but he also included our family in the care plan. He took so much time explaining everything and answering all our questions. This is not the way things are anymore. We are so thankful!

For some reason every time I visit North Atlanta Surgical Associates I get a little excited. I create a little mind movie about visiting the real NASA and getting prepped for a civilian space mission. ( Its a good thing I dont visit this place that often, because this sci-fi thing could possibly get out of hand!) Okay, back on earth, the staff at N.A.S.A is very friendly and efficient. They appear to like their jobs, because everyone smiles! Dr. Wilson is very pleasant as well. He examines me, explains the procedure I will undergo thoroughly. Overall, it was a great visit.

Care received from Dr. FranklinI was seen by Dr. Franklin for a diagnosis of hernia. Dr. Franklin performed the surgery. I was satisfied with the surgery. Dr. Franklin was very caring and was professional. I saw him twice after the surgery for follow-up. I have no complaints. His office staff were also courteous and professional.

Dr. Tom Winger treated me following an ER admittance 2 years ago. I ultimately needed 3 surgeries. Today he released me from treatment following my last surgery. I will miss his care and concern but he has me feeling 500% better. I would tell anyone in need to contact him for treatment. Both my husband and I appreciated the respect and good care he gave.

My post surgery appointment was with Dr. Wilson. My surgery went well and my follow up appointment was quick. Dr. Wilson answered all my questions. His office staff was professional and efficient and made sure all my paperwork was in order for short term disability. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson.

Dr Winger is the BEST! I had been dealing with pain since 2017! I had gone through Ct scans, MRIs, Blood work, even went as far as a colonoscopy. NOTHING! Several Drs just couldnt figure out what was wrong. Finally my PCP sent me for a ultrasound and referred me to Dr Winger. Dr Wingers office called me and set me up a appointment and surgery as fast as they could. He was very thorough and went over my ultrasound and past Dr appointments with me, all the way back to 2017!! I had my gallbladder removed 03/22/19 and on 04/11/19 i woke up for the first time PAIN FREE!!! Thank you so much to Dr Winger and his staff, they all are amazing!!!

Absolutely loved Dr. Winger. Great listener, actually thought what I had to say was important. My favorite was when he said, patient know their own bodies the best. Staff also very kind and caring.

Dr. Winger is wonderful. Great surgery experience. Except job requires paperwork to be filled out. It is ridiculous that you have to pay $25 to get it filled out. I can understand $5 or $ 10 but $25 and it takes them 4-5 days to do it when your job will not let you return to work until they get the paper and review it. And you dont get paid while your out. How stressful!!!!!

I am always very pleased with my experience at this office. Dr. Stevens is a very caring & knowledgeable Doctor. He always listens to what I have to say and answers any questions about medical concerns I may have. I never feel rushed as I do at most other Doctor appointments.

Dr. Stevens preformed my gallbladder removal, March 2019. I found him to be informative, empathetic, and sensitive to my concerns while still maintaining a professional decorum. My procedure and my recovery were both without incident. He made sure my pain mgmt regiment during recovery kept me comfortable while minimizing my use of opioid drugs. My scarring is minimal and shows that he does give thought to asthetics instead of writing it off as strictly cosmetic. I would readily recommend him to others and would gladly use him for future procedures.

Great Experience!!The first day I walked up to the office window, I was greeted with a friendly helpful staff. They got me entered in the system right away and set up an appointment the very moment. The Dr. was great to talk to and is up on the latest tech. for surgery. The staff got me sched. for a surgery date and were very knowledgable about my insurance and payments (saved me from over paying the hospital... hos. did not know what they were talking about when it came to my insurance coverage). I had a great surgery experience but after recently returning to NASA I felt as though I wasn’t being listened to when I was trying to explain symptoms/pain. I was in the room no longer than 5 minutes and walked away with two prescriptions without even having a proper conversation about how I was feeling. Perhaps my doctor was in a rush but I take my health seriously and will be returning to someone with more time to speak to me.

My first surgery, which was a hernia repair was spectacular. However, my second didnt go so well. It involved the removal of a sebaceous cyst. Not enough stitches were used, it opened up and now my my wife will have to spend months packing the wound. I would go back for additional surgeries. Dr. Wilson is a very good surgeon. I guess anyone can have a bad day!

The office was very efficient. I was called back on time for my appointment, saw the doctor, and was back in my car within 30 minutes. Mine was just a post check after surgery, so the doctor didnt have much to do, and I didnt have to wait all day.

I have seen Dr. Wilson twice and both times he has been very detailed, very friendly, very professional, he seems like a great doctor so far, scheduling a surgery soon with him, he seems very educated.

I waited over 2.5 hours to be seen even though I kept checking back in with the receptionist to ensure I was not being overlooked - I continously watched people that came after me be seen before me. The excuse was that the Dr. was very thorough (well, its their job to be thorough) and some appointments take longer than others (thats obvious and far from neuro-science). Bottom line, your front office intentionally dropped the ball and the staff was very ignorant with their explanation - I have never exprienced that at any medical facility.

Very effeciently run office. Staff friendly. Dr. Stevens was very patient in explaning my procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns. Parking is a problem so arrive early for your appointment to scout for a parking space or just use valet parking. It saves alot of frustration.
