Called in advance, I was having chest pains and my BP was elevated. I got an appt for 10:20a. Arrived at 10:15a. 11:45a, Im still waiting to see a doctor. I questioned why I had to wait so long, I was told after I had been here over an hour, I could go to urgent care. Ill be going to urgent care from now on.

Dr. Bergere is my doctor. But all the doctors Ive came in contact with have geen very nice. I dont care for some of the NP. THEY NEED TO BE PATIENT FRIENDLY. The wait is very very long. But they have done a good job with the Covid-19 cleaning. Ixwill be glad when they get the vaccine.

I really love my doctor, Dr.Carr, but this is the absolute worse doctors office ever. They have no respect for their patients time. Every time I come here I have to wait over 3 hours and that’s with an appointment. Today I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30pm. It is now 3:12 and have yet to be seen. I really hate to but Im going to find another primary doctor. I have been late for work on several different occasions due to this. I’m scheduled to go to work at 4:00 pm today but once again I’m sure I’m going to be late dealing with this office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bergeres for over 10 years and Im very pleased with his service. Hes always professional and caring. On an occasion, the wait time is longer than I would like but when its my turn Dr. Bergere always takes his time with me and answers all of my questions. Its important to me that my doctor doesnt seem rushed and that he listens attentively. There has been a few times when the staff has tested my patience but that can happen with any office. Overall, Im pleased with the service.

Made appointment specifically to refill medication and was not given any instructions or information from scheduler about prescription policy. At appointment the NP was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was a criminal trying to cheat the system. I had no issues filling the medication at my previous doctor’s office by a nurse practitioner.

Dr Harris is a great doctor but it takes weeks of calling to get a call back or results. There are some good people there but most of them are incompetent. I hope Dr Harris leaves this practice soon so I can take my kids back to him.

I absolutely love Dr. Harris he listens to all my concerns and thoroughly helps me. I have been to different practices and wasn’t happy until my husband referred me here. You may have to wait a minute but I have always gotten great care.Dr. Harris is also my husbands doctor and he really likes him.

The time was 11:55am. I called in to confirm an appointment set for my mother friend and we were in the car on the way to the office. They kept me on hold and at 12:01 the sent me to voicemail. Then I call right back and they turned on the voicemail. How unprofessional‼️ I wonder is the doctor as unprofessional????

The office does not honor appointment times..Has no regard for your time, with no apologizes, and no customer services skills. You are only a tick on the schedule..Do not recommend for your health care needs.

Worst physicians office in GA. Horrible service opinionated snotty doctor voiced his take on his own physical health VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... lackluster service...after requesting meds be called into a specific pharmacy 4 times and contacting the phone nurse...still no medications. Go to a REAL doctors office if you really need to see someone that is capable of displaying some minute degree of professionalism.

I went there for my annual physical. I had heard very bad reviews from past patients and an employee but wanted to give them a chance of my own.. I was np Marcia timmons she was awesome I thought I found a doctor who really cares and her m.a that day was awesome.. fast forward to a week later cant get anyone on the phone I had a referral that didnt work out referral coordinator never answered or returned my calls.. kept leaving messages on nurse line for Ms timmons or her assistant to give me my lab results and help with referral for lab results they kept saying she has to review them and mail my results!!! Called every day and nothing depending on who called back from my constant voicemails 90 percent of the time they had an attitude with me. Someone said I had a tele visit for my lab results two days in a row and nothing Ive asked who ever I can for Ms timmons to call me when she can and I have yet to receive a call from her just the assistants .. she was amazing and they are giving her a bad outlook. I think its time I go elsewhere.. and I wish I had listened to the people who warned me about that place. They are quick to anoto schedule your appointment but thats it!! Highly disappointed

Absolutely disappointed in this place. The medical assistant I saw today ( a male) totally disrespected me while in the room with him. I proceeded to watch him text away while I’m just sitting there watching and waiting on the next step. He continues to text. I ask him if “he could text later?” He gets an attitude and says “I got you in your appointment early..plus texting is apart of the job”I don’t say anything. But I’m thinking this can’t be true. He gets up to take my blood pressure and he says “You always bark orders like this”Yeah no ok. Not once was I disrespectful or use foul language. I definitely walked out of the room and got another medical assistant.He needs a course in customer service.Frances—the nurse practitioner is awesome and I feel bad she works there. The place looks like it’s falling apart.

Not happy with them at all. Theyve been sending me bills from 2018 that I know my insurance paid but if Im ever $10 or $20 short they wont let me see the doctor. My doctor left so Im following suit.

I had a follow up appointment at 11:40 am. I paid the $35 fee upfront and waited. Finally they called me back to a room and waited and waited. By 1pm I had enough of wasting my time and left. Didnt never see my doctor or that $35 I paid upfront. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. These people have no consideration of your time spent away from your business or job for an appointment. Dont waste your time or money. You would think that they would call and apologize and return my money but NO.

Dr. Roger Carr is such a thorough, very personable and very professional doctor. He has a great team working with him. You dont have to wait a month for your test results like some other doctors. I highly recommend him to my family and friends!

Great staff. Met my doc and all is good. I was happy. Got meds for my BP and advice I needed.

First time patient called and scheduled an appointment for 9:30 on the previous day Got there at 9:16 Sat and waited until 10:30. No communication from anyone about a delay or what was going on. Paperwork was completed shortly after arriving, I’m more frustrated with the time i wasted. I don’t know if I’m overacting but people were coming in after me and going in and it seemed over booked...This place wasn’t for me.

Have always gotten excellent care. I would give 5 stars except that wait times have occasionally been too long.

Their website advertises “Walk-in hours” starting at 7:30 am. I arrived at 7:30 to be told, “we don’t have Walk-in hours, and we are totally booked.” No other options were given. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE YOU DO NOT PROVIDE!!!!
