Even during the pandemic, I was in and out. The receptionist, medical assistant and the doctor were all very pleasant. The check in process was simple. This is my go-to urgent care place. I have never had a bad experience.

We visited on a Sunday, they were so busy but the front desk staff were so friendly and Dr. Graham was so nice. He made my husband and I feel feel good about parenting considering we are first time parents (you often wonder if youre on the right track and its good to get confirmation). He was so genuine and I appreciate that. We got a prescription for our little one and things are looking up. He also explained how to use the medication. I did make an appointment and I highly encourage others to do the same.

Even though the wait was a bit long , I will say the overall experience was wonderful. Everyone was so polite and caring and I really felt like they listened to my concerns. 10/10 recommend!

The wait was a bit long, however there’s only so much the staff can do. Once I was checked in using the QR code it put me in a virtual line so I could gauge how long my wait would potentially be. I had 13 people ahead of me which were walk ins and 3 appointments. I honestly would say a 3 hour wait was sufficient to be waiting considering a total of 16 other patients ahead of me. The staff was nice & I got what I needed to get done, everything was handled in a timely manner once I was called back & my actual visit completed in about 25mins total.

Awesome staff! Everyone is so friendly & thorough. Love the sign in process for new patients. It was quick & simple! Dr Shaw was very friendly & took his time to examine my son’s injured knee! This place is definitely different than any urgent care I’ve ever been too!

This clinic genuinely cares about its patients. My wife and I, both 70+ Were booked on an overseas flight departing Tuesday at 3:30 PM. We had to have a NEGATIVE Covid test to be able to board. NextCare delivered the urgent service within 2 hours. Walgreens on the other hand, made a big deal about social distancing. Both of us are fully vaccinated and completely asymptomatic. But the pharmacist made us take our own swab tests through a pickup window. Like hamburgers at a McDonald’s drive-through. We were amazed by this apathetic treatment. Of course something went wrong due to this sloppy method practiced by Walgreens. Their incompetence created a crisis situation for us. The company blamed this all on us - the patients - for not doing our part properly. What did we look like? Registered nurses? Fortunately NextCare came to the rescue and a competent medical provider took our nasal swab sample. Analysis was completed on the spot. Please do not patronize Walgreens if you need a negative COVID test for boarding a flight. You are taking a chance of being quarantined at your disembarkation airport. Walgreens has made sure that it’s unprofessional performance is legally protected because you will never be able to make a case against this corporate cartel of legal drug dealers. Take your business elsewhere, like NextCare.

We went on Sunday Oct 24th as a walk in. They were busy. The staff was awesome. They were very friendly and showed great concern for my fiance issues.

The app wouldnt allow me to check in online, kept resetting all the forms that I filled out prior and the receptionist didnt know how to pull it from the first time I submitted it. Smh. You might as well walk in for a covid test. There is no point making an appointment when you have to wait outside in 80 degree weather with a toddler and wasting gas for 2 hours after a 2:00 pm appointment. I called the number back and was told there were 2 people ahead of us but guess what that ended up being a lie. Advised now that they are short staffed and apologized for having patients outside in such conditions but didnt offer any other solutions but to wait. Appointment has been canceled I will not subject my child to such poor customer service and bedside manner. I hate the healthcare system in Fayetteville, NC!

My first time visiting as a walk-in patient. Have a little time to wait but it was not bad. The nurse and physician was great. Also I had sprained my ankle and did not have to get out of the wheelchair to do the X-ray everything worked out just fine. The entire staff was great. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

We saw a PA today and she was great. Also Dawn that answered the phone was so nice and helpful. The PA went the extra mile and did extra testing and made referrals. I appreciate all the efforts. I will definitely be back and refer my family and friends.

Honestly, my appointment was for 3:30 pm and I wasnt seen until around 5:45. The receptionist told me that even though I had an appointment that it was a matter of who had the more severe cases, illnesses or whatever. I was just very relieved to get to the back so that my little girl could be seen! Very nice doctor by the name of Kerry I believe. I would definitely recommend him! Him and his staff of nurses were great with my toddler.

Great staff, easy appointment set up. The reason I gave 3 stars is the process it was to get my results. It took a month to get my test results back. I called six times and was told someone would call me back every time. Never got a call back. Finally when I got a spare minute I just drove in to get the results.

I went on a Sunday evening and I was seen quickly. The Triage nurse, Shaina, was so sweet and fun. The doctor was nice and efficient but wrote a prescription for a medication no longer in production and getting help for a correction or different medication has been a nightmare.

It was fairly quick for my walk in time I was 6th in line though they are only one open in town taking walk-in so I would go right at 8 and not too late they get full quick.They were very efficient and fairly quick for how busy. The staff was also excellent!

Next Care Urgent Care is very fast, efficient and has a veryfriendly staff. I have been here on several different occasions and have never had any problem. I would recommend Next Care to anyone thatHas a medical problem and does not want to wait in the ER for hours on end. They are top notch!

I Like the fact you can feel everything out on your phone and also put your insurance information and ID as well. I gave a 4 Star because the wait is extremely long . If they had a better way for you to be seen a lot faster it would be great. Also you have to sit and wait again when your done to be discharged. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It was rather cold that makes the wait even worse. After I was called to the back the wait was very long as well .

Very easy check in with this being my first time ever visiting an urgent care. I love that I could fill everything out via my phone. Much easier than writing everything down. The front desk ladies were very friendly as well as the medical personnel in the back. Was seen quickly by the doctor once I got into the room. He was very nice and patient, and made sure I knew that I hadn’t been forgotten. Most definitely recommend this location.

I really appreciate the generous, professional staff. They took the time to tend to my needs even while in the waiting room. The wait times are not extremely long and the quality of service is very much appreciated.

As a previous healthcare administrator (10+ years), I take patient care seriously. The lobby was empty with 2 other patients. When I was called upon, the medical assistants had zero customer service skills, zero compassion, and zero bedside manners. I indicated my health concerns, and they rolled their eyes, made snide responses several times and acted like they couldnt be bothered. The decline of quality care couldnt have been a result of a pandemic? Its been 18 months since the US shutdown, but I find it hard to believe that a national organization cant find more hospitable solutions or training on how to treat patients with stellar service.

Service is great. One stop for all your medical needs. But the wait is long.

The wait was long today as there were just a lot of people, but it was worth it. Despite being busy the NP/PA took time to talk to me and order me some medicine until I can see the specialist. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant.

I have anxiety and every time I come here, I leave in tears. If youre trying to go somewhere where you feel comfortable and heard, this is not the place for you. Everyone is very short with you and seem more interested in simply getting the job done rather than doing a thorough job.

As a registered nurse I sincerely understand the frustrations of working short staffed; so I packed my patience. Via the QR code I checked in at 2:33 pm and completed the online questionnaire which included my reason for the visit. At 4:00 pm I received a call and was told that the only two people who administer the test I needed were gone for the day; and one of them “might “ be in tomorrow. When I asked if those two people were gone when I checked in 1.5 hours earlier the reply was “I don’t know “. Unacceptable.

Staff was courteous, service was excellent, and I will recommend everyone I know to visit this Urgent Care.

Everybody here is so nice! I am always in and out in a timely manner. The doctors always listen and take in account how I am feeling. They are open seven days a week so that is a big plus for me!

I love that you can check in and then wait at home or in your car to be called for your appointment, when the wait times are long. The staff at this location were all very helpful, courteous and caring.

Were visiting from out of town for a wedding and my mom feel and broke her arm. We waited for 6 hours to see a Dr. The workers were rude with horrible attitudes. No one seemed concerned about the comfort of an older woman in pain-- or any other patient for that matter. My mom is diabetic and needed to eat (and so did I), but they said if we left, we would have to wait at the back of the line again. When it was all said and done we had to wait again to check out.

It was the best experience ever because I was in and out the front desk was really nice. The doctor was the most pleasant and she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Randall really help ease my nerves as she stitched my cut finger when she gave me a shot. SHe made a painful situation not so painful because she talked to me about different things and before I new it we were done. Amazing doctor!!!

This is the worst place I have ever been when it comes to timely service. I scheduled an appointment and it took 40 minutes to be seen and over 1.5 hours total for 10 minutes of work. The vast majority of employees we leisurely talking without mask on and the attitude of all the workers I encountered was that you were not important. If you have other options use them.

First time going to this place, best service ever, the staff from the receptionist to the doctor they are all super helpful and kind. Keep up the good work.

I did mobile check in and it was nice to sit in my car and do my paperwork. From start to finish it was a great experience.

First, the good - Dr Schwartz has the most amazing “bedside manor” of any doctor we’ve ever had. Nurse and the provider that did her Covid test were excellent also. All amazing with my 5 year old. Our experience at the clinic itself was wonderful. Quick, sanitary, clean, efficient. No complains at all on care. She woke up with a high fever after 2 days of not feeling well, and we decided she needed to be seen that day instead of waiting until Tuesday.My only issue was with the app/online system. It wasn’t working. So while I was on the waitlist as of 8am, the app kept telling me my appointment was at 4:15, but the front desk said there were only a few people ahead of us. No problem, we can wait. So we did in our car, for 3 hours. Went inside for a potty break, explained the app issue, and they told us they were sorry and there were 4 patients ahead of us, which would take around another hour. We went home (we live 10 minutes away), and then 20 minutes later, got the ready text. We raced back there and they saw us immediately. All in all though, great experience on a holiday weekend. Thank you!

Completed a drug screen test on august 21st. Was assured by the clinic that my results would be Emailed to me in 3-5 days. I never received the results and called customer service for a week straight, left messages and emailed. My results were emailed to me on September 2nd nearly two weeks later. This was time sensitive, as I needed it for a job and paid out of pocket. It’s odd that customer service gave me the same we can’t do anything line and the clinic never answered their calls. The manager finally called back saying she wasn’t aware the results were to be emailed to me and they’ve been ready. Something got lost in translation between their team. I’m glad they finally reached me but it was a time consuming hassle

Everyone was so nice! Expected to be there all day and was surprised at how quick and efficient the doctor and staff were. Would highly recommend!!!

The doctors take the time to listen and answer your concerns and these folks see alot of people a day but when you leave you feel well informed, your wait time maybe a little long but not as long as emergency room wait and when you get in a room to see doctor your in and out in know time to recover. Staff is great too.

The care there is FABULOUS. How ever the follow up is dismal My husband was told he needed a referral, and it would take 2 days. On day number three he drove out there and was told that the SYSTEM was down and he could not get is referral until next week. This is unacceptable if anyone should have a work around it should you. Get on the phone and call some Nextcare

Lindsay, the provider that saw me was awesome! She was honest, compassionate, listened to everything I had to say (a rarity these days). The wait was a bit longer, however, the care I received made it worth it.

I was very impressed with the process for checking in and being able to wait in my car, but more so with how quickly we were in and out for the exam and x-ray. What I was not impressed by was the fact that when I went to get the discharge paper the lady at the desk said I needed to wait until I was called. I patiently waited for 1 whole hour and did not get up until I saw someone in the waiting room get seen and discharged all in the time that I had been waiting for discharge papers. It seemed as though she and the young man working at the desk had their own system as to when patients were discharged. After this I went up to inquire what the issue was and found out that it was ready but they neglected to print it out. Fortunately I was helped by someone else there but while she was trying to resolve the situation the same person who told me to wait was trying to pull her away to assist her. During this disorganized system for discharging patients the waiting room started to become crowded. Again I appreciate the timeliness and care from the staff in the back and the one helpful person in the front but the other 2 need to get it together.

The P.A. Lindsey, and Allie, the one who assisted her with my ear problem😊 were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, gentle and efficient. Thank you ladies from the Bottom of my Heart❤️ for such wonderful care.

Highly recommend, the staff are polite and they make sure you’re taken care of before you walk out the door. I actually feel more comfortable coming here than going to my actual primary care!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE.. BEEN HERE SINCE 8 AM ITS 11:30 AM AND I STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN.. DO NOT WASYE YOUR TIME. I WILL BE LOOKING INTO WHO TO SPEAK TO ABOUT THE SERVICE. My reception by my nurse and my follow-on meeting with my Doctor was encouragingly thorough and respectful.

I didnt have to wait too long. I liked the check in protocol. I was allowed to stay in my car until it was my turn. Everyone was kind and professional. They did not respond to my call about test results. I think they barely gave me enough antibiotics for my issue. I wont go back. I thought I was a happy with them until i was ignored.

Short and sweet . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME . Horrible doctor , lazy, there was no other way to put it. Waited 1hour+ in the waiting room just to see the doctor(Dr. Kerry Clancy. who spent 60-120secs max looking at me and dismissing me. Also had the audacity to tell me that I don’t want the treatment, WHEN THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON I WAS THERE! In addition, spent 30 minutes on hold listening to the same repeating song waiting to get in contact with someone about my prescription that They sent to the wrong place . My pharmacy also spent 25 mins trying to get in contact with them for my medicine. Spent about 4hours getting seen and receiving my medicine overall . Yeah I would never refer any of my battles here nor would ever return . Just go to the ER.

Very quick for urgent care. I was checked in at 12:50pm and out by 3:15pm. Staff was friendly and patient. I loved checking in and filling out forms by phone. I would make the 45 minute drive to come here again.

I had a virtual visit today and ended up having to go back this evening. I left NextCare in more pain then when I walked in 😞😞😞 and still dont know whats really going on. Gotta do better NextCare

I have two kids, a 2yo and a 9mo. 2yo is who needs to be seen. Having to unload both kids just to get to the door and see that I need to check in online first was the first strike. Went back to car, loaded the kids back in their car seats, checked in online just to see that there were no appointments available anymore and that I would be a walk-in. I call the number on the door just to double check and just get sent to the general NEXTCARE phone line, not this particular location (in other words, useless call).Fine. Unload both kids, go inside talk to receptionist, and Im told she has no way of knowing how long itll be, but that there appears to only be one person ahead of me. I ask if I can wait inside instead of taking the kids back to the car. She says no because Ill be seen curbside since they dont have any more rooms available. So back I go with my two kids to the car, yet again. Ive already been waiting for almost two hours since I first arrived, and almost am hour since I talked to the receptionist. This is urgent care?

I love NextCare Urgent Care. The people there were very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I had pneumonia and they treated it with antibiotics. It kept me from going to the emergency room and seating there for hours and waiting for a room, just for them to tell me that. I appreciate everyone and the service. From the PA, MA, and the receptionist had great customer service. I will definitely go there again until I get a primary care provider.

I wasn’t able to get to my regular doctor so I chose Nextcare Urgent care for my medical problem. I was taken care of in a timely manner and am on the way to speedy recovery. I recommend going there if you are in need of service that does not present as an emergency.

I made an appointment so the wait was short. I checked in from my car in the lot and was seen, treated, and gone less than an hour after my appointment started. Great place.

I came in on a Saturday and it was very crowded. Got there at 9:25 and left around 2pm. Providers abs staff were very nice. I would go there again in an emergency.

NextCare is an amazing place to go!!! The wait times are not long AT ALL and you can even make an online appointment for that day...The staff is SUPER friendly and I would HIGHLY recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants fast, friendly, and thorough treatment... DEFINITELY deserves 5 stars!!!!

My family and I have been here a few times during the COVID craze. The initial wait to be seen is always a little long, but it’s to be expected at any medical facility right now. The staff are always friendly and they get you in and out once you are in a room. Never a complaint—even after getting the nose swab!

Didn’t have an appointment, but checked in at 8am for a covid test. An hour later I had the results in my hand. Would have given 5 stars, but yesterday I was a walk-in in the evening and they turned me away ten minutes AFTER I checked in. Personally, feel like they shouldn’t have allowed me to check in if the service was over.

The entire staff was friendly and worked hard to get me seen quickly. The dr was kind and my overall experience was excellent. Thank you!

I went for a PCR covid test. It was quick. They do all the scheduling on line & via text. So I was able to sit in my truck & chill while i waited for my appointment. Staff was friendly & professional

First time I went here was at the beginning of the week. I waited about 4 hours to be seen that day. Didn’t think much of it, I know places get behind and sometimes they’re busy. Once I got back there, doctor was probably only in my room for 2 mins tops. I told them where to send my prescription, and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Tried to go back today because my symptoms have only escalated. Waited 3 hours to find out there were still 8 people ahead of me. I do not blame any individual for my negative experience, BUT this place NEEDS to come up with a better system!!

Terrible experience....after waiting 3.5 hours I went outside to make a phone call they called my name then called me I walked right back in and they had me put back on the list somewhere in the middle.i waited an additional hour and my name still was not called. I will never return what a terrible way to spend my day off and complete waist of my time.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this clinic was! I was traveling through Fayetteville and had to get a quick Covid test for camp as the clinic in Birmingham used the wrong swabs. All the staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. Erica, the Office Manager went above and beyond to help me and my daughters. She even called me to check in on us and make sure we got into camp okay. I’m above grateful for Erica and the rest of the staff that were so helpful. Best Urgent Care center ever!!!

There was no wait to check in at NextCare Urgent Care. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They have a mobile check-in and appointments can be made online, as well as virtual office visits from home. Great experience. Annual work physical was 65 dollars today.

I was confident that I wasnt Covid positive, but most places will not even see you without a covid test. So I came here because they offer covid testing. I was negative and they treated me for what I actually had. My appointment was at 4:15 and I was done and heading to pharmacy at 5pm. Thank you so much NextCare because I know how under staffed you are.

I was pleasantly greeted and offered assistance. The admission process was easy to follow on my phone. Every staff member that I encountered was very caring, respectful and treated me well.I would go back again if I needed quickly to be seen for treatment.

Turned away my 5 month old who needs to be seen because she has a drippy nose. Drove 30 minutes to get here because it was the only place open on Sunday’s. Can’t find any other urgent cares open today and they couldn’t even recommend anything else but the emergency room. you’re literally turning away an infant who needs help. shame on you.

It would be nice if scheduled appointments took precedence over walk-ins. We waited an hour and twenty minutes to be seen for our appointment because there were nine walk-ins ahead of us. Not seeing any benefit to making an appointment if we can’t be seen at that time. I might as well have been a walk-in.Staff was friendly

Checked in at 4:08 for an appointment at 4:30 but was not seen until 5:30. Why make online appointment and still have to wait? Practitioner was excellent , friendly and cordial.

This was a very lovely facility. It was large with great ventilation. Large enough for good distancing. It was also extremely clean and felt sterile. The receptionist, was very helpful, friendly and a good communicator. The nurse who took my vitals was very knowledgeable and friendly, the Nurse Practitioner was the best! Very friendly, patient, explained everything and very professional. It was a great experience. Although the wait was a little long, it was well worth the wait. I would definitely return.

The wait time was pretty terrible- I came in yesterday at 6 pm and ended up canceling my visit in favor of getting seen this morning. I got here at 815 and I’m still here at 1024 waiting on my final paperwork. Other than that, my care was amazing- I felt heard, all concerns were addressed and I’m hoping meds do what they’re supposed to do. My nurses and doctor were super nice and I felt welcomed.

Easy check-in and waited only approximately 40 minutes before being seen by triage nurse and placed in an exam room. Facility was very clean. Staff was very professional and kind. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5 is because I waited over an hour in exam room before being seen by physician.

Waited over 3.5 hours to be seen, this is by far the worst service I have ever received from the medical field. The people here seem to not take their job seriously, I will never visit this office again. Not only that but they did nothing to help me and expect me to pay the outrageously high medical bill
