This is the crapiest place ever doctor doesnt even listen he freaked out on me because I said something concerning g his mom and civild.she ended up dying and he had to go back to his country left no one else in charge s rge I missed out on my mods

What incredible group of professionals! From the staff to the provider, I never for one moment felt like just another patient. The personalized care, and compassionate and knowledgable demeanor had my absolute trust and respect. Very candid, and concerned about my condition, he felt like Id been seeing him for years. Hes got my 100% vote of confidence!

The clerical staff at the front of the office are very friendly and helpful. The doctor running the clinic seems very impatient, impersonal and asked questions without listening to or acknowledging the answers. This can not be the only clinic providing these services locally that accepts TRICare.

The doctor is very attentive and listens to your concerns. The reception staff are not courteous or very friendly. They really need to work on their customer service skills. While waiting in the lobby I’ve noticed that the receptionist have “selective” pleasantries towards certain guest who approach the window. I’ve never received a warm welcome upon entering and I’ve noticed this with other patients as well. All patients should be made to feel welcome.

I would not even give this place 1/2 a star! My husband was referred here and the guy who did his exam hardly spoke any English was Very Rude and threatened to give my children shots if they wouldnt be quiet! He was very pushy and trying to force us to have him as a permanent neurologist instead of just doing the procedure that needed done. They are open right now but yet theyre phone are saying their closed and to call during reg business hours which is from 830-4pm. It is 226pm and when I tried to reach the answering service they were Very Rude. Now i cant even get through to find out if I can pick up my husbands results today! The doctor didnt even know why we were there and didnt seem to have any knowledge about what was going on. I know more about neurology that this guy did! Rediculous!DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

I was referred here by my OBGYN for a pinched Ulnar Nerve. The doctor came in 30 minutes late stating he was shopping for medical equipment on Amazon. He then stated my issue was pregnancy induced carpal tunnel without even doing any kind of evaluation and stated pain meds were the only option for relief which I cant take due to pregnancy. I asked multiple times what I can do for relief to include physical therapy, chiropractic work or acupuncture and he assured me there was nothing that could be done. He refused to listen to not only the severity of my issue but what was actually going on. Out of desperation I went to a chiropractor and she found the location in my shoulder the Ulnar Nerve was pinched and I got immediate relief. This doctor was rude, refused to listen to actual symptoms and seemed far too interested in treating symptoms with pain meds over finding an actual fix.

I came into this office with everything I needed, MRI with and without contrast I had the film I also had the report, and he barely looked at it, and I know he did not look at the CD with the actual MRI images. I could tell that he actually does not even know what is wrong with me he kept saying it could be this or it could be that! He gave me a prescription to treat me for something I do not even have. I will not be going back to this office, and thankfully I have been transferred to UNC Chapel Hill to get the treatment I actually need.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE, and I will not refer anyone to this office. I honestly think that this doctor should retire for the safety of all patients!

I like Dr. Venugopal, but he creould do more.

So far it has not been a great expierence. Having a scheduled appointment does not matter when you are called back 15 mins or more later then what was scheduled. Receptionist needs more training on how to speak with patients. Creating an environment where you are made to feel wrong for asking a question is not good customer service. It is not the patient’s fault for 15, 20, minutes past the scheduled appointment time they are still sitting in the waiting room. Being concerned is relevant. Understanding should be expected from a medical facility, where people, vets old and young with serious issues, take the time to be on time, the same should be reciprocated and if not let them know there is a delay. Who knows what that person is going through and has scheduled for the day.

This doctor has absolutely no compassion for his patients. His lack of understanding on basic neurological terms is troubling and makes me question his certifications. He should not be treating anyone!

I like the service when I get to see them. It’s takes me about a year to finally get to see someone. Right before my first appointment last year, to cancel it because they said their machine was broke. They promised to call me back to reschedule once their machine was repaired, which they did about two months later. But, then, the day before that appointment, they called to cancel that appointment because the doctor was going to be out of the office that day. They never called me back and I forgot to call them.
