My follow-up appointment was much better than my initial visit. Staff was very friendly and professional. I felt that after providing a negative review after my first visit I needed to provide a positive review for my second appointment.

This is the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional quest, or any lab, that I have been to.. They are extremely efficient as well, as Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes! Keep up the good work guys!

This was definitely not a professional proficient place of business. When did businesses through integrity to the wind and just blatantly lie to consumers. I reported to take a drug test at 3:07, they denied me stating that their drug screen system shuts down promptly at 3 pm. Now here’s where you catch the lie, the very next day I arrived to the facility at 2:30 and they didn’t even call me back till 3:10 and to boot a guy and his son walked in at 3:07.....🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I went in for blood work. They didnt have the kit needed, they found it at another location. I went the next day to that location with paperwork. They didnt know what services were being done nor did they know what I was talking about. The entire Quest Clinic do not answer phones. They send you to an automated system that cant do or fulfill any need. Im highly disappointed. Today is the 12th of August. Ive been calling since last Wednesday. They also charged my insurance for a service not completed....

My wife and I had appointments 15 minutes apart. Both lab staff were excellent, on time, professional, and very good at the lab work.

I went in for annual blood work. The place is clean, and they got me back even prior to my appointment. Shannon was very friendly and smiled. She did a great job.

The woman who drew my blood and my childs blood was completely incompetent. She used the wrong size needle in my childs arm, and caused significant pain by digging the needle in and twisting it side to side. She failed to use a tourniquet to pump up the vein until I repeatedly asked her if she should be using one. She had to stick my daughter twice. For my blood draw, she hit my vein the first time and my blood was flowing fine, but she kept digging and twisting the needle for no reason other than I pissed her off when I told her to use a tourniquet on my daughters arm. Two days later, I have a giant purple bruise on my arm. I have never bruised when getting a blood draw... ever! She clearly didnt know what she was doing. The people at the front desk were very unwelcoming and cold. Quest should just fire the whole lot of them and hire people who care about doing quality work and treating patients kindly!

Waiting outside no chairs for 30 min to do simple blood work? Someone needs to get it together. This is like living in communistic regime. Trust me, I know!

Quest was billing my insurance $1700-1800 per month to analyze urine. Not very happy with them on top of how unethical this is to grossly overcharge for a $35 service.

This was by far the worst blood draw experience Ive ever had. The woman drawing my blood was angry and vindictive when I asked her if she was using a new needle (I didnt see it coming out of a package). To retaliate she tore my vein on purpose by rotating the needle, which was completely unnecessary, as my blood was flowing just fine. I will NEVER have a draw done here again.
