Excellent experience. Very thorough initial evaluation of my issues before treatment began. Much more attention to detail than the numerous other Chiropractors I have seen over the last 30+ years. Good treatment regimen as well. Definitely my new back doc.

Only my first visit but my back feels slightly better they gave me a plan to follow up and hopefully fix my back for good. The lady st the front desk Ariana was very kind and spoke clearly while explaining everything the chiropractor that adjusted my back was kind and very helpful I look forward to my visits over the next few weeks.

“We expect you to make yourself a priority” is probably not the best line to use when you’re charging a single mom for a month she can’t make it in due to driving 45 min. I committed to 4 visits (only got to make 3 due to distance) like Chiropractor recommended and paid the month but then they charged me $60 again and said either I make it or that’s it it’s non refundable. I understand you get what you pay for and at 60 a month I’m paying too much for a 5 second visit (not even kidding) ridiculous.

Everyone is super welcoming and friendly, the receptionist is a delight and is very informing the entire initial walk in period for your first visit, I wish I remembered her name! Dr Watt is so nice and really shows that he cares about his patients and wants to help you be the best you you can be. I’m very excited to be seeing them often!

I would give this place a try. I have had issues with my back and needed some relief. After trying stretching, yoga, massages, etc no relief. Nonetheless, I gave this place a try and immediately got relief. It will be different for everyone I am sure. Currently set up a plan to come in as often as possible.

The staff are all friendly, it’s a great walk in experience and everyone is very informative and It’s a great atmosphere! My back had been hurt for about 5 months and after being ignored by every army doctor I took matters into my own hands to find out my pain was due to something ( I don’t remember the lingo) being out of line and needing to be put back. Just had my 1st visit, but they where so sweet. It was really easy to talk to them and they listen to everything I said. They talked over realistic goals and what to expect and after care. They where gentle and I could not say enough good things about them.

First time customer. When I went into the facility, I was immediately greeted by the ladies at the front desk. Everyone was quite pleasant. The provider was very informative and gave me referrals to assist with my road to recovery. She also provided me servies with gave me some instant relief to my neck. Wonderful experience! I was nervous going in, thinking I would end up in more pain, but I am pleasantly surprised and grateful for my session.

Awesome experience thus far. I do not know the name of the gentleman whos been adjusting me but after only my second adjustment there has been a drastically noticeable difference in my pain and discomfort level. He also seems to care about helping me through this awful pain Ive been experiencing due to a pinched nerve in my neck. My husband, who frequents chiropractors much more than I ever have, judges the quality of adjustments by the amount of cracks he hears. Well this guy definitely has me popping 😆 (for whatever thats worth). Anywho, go see them. They have awesome plans too which equate to much less than other places in the area 👌🏼

I had my first treatment today. Even with the initial new patient paperwork I was in and out in under an hour. I felt instant relief after not having any chiropractic work done in about ten years. I stopped into the Joint today since I am in town visiting family. I have been here before but it had been a very long time. The ladies working the desk gave me some paperwork to fill out and got me right back for my adjustment. After a quick history, I received a great adjustment and felt wonderful. Everybody was super helpful, and they did a great job managing lots of people arriving. A great team here really making things happen for everyone today!

I had my first experience today with many years of lower back issues. I had just recently started having problems with my upper back / shoulder that was causing some pretty decent pain. I left feeling much better and can’t wait for my next adjustment!

I have seen many chiropractors through the years and truly believe that the practice leads to a healthier life. When I visited The Joint for the first time their facility was nice, they had a professional appearance, and the price was very affordable. Upon meeting with a chiropractor, though, I immediately questioned the validity of his knowledge and recommendations (as he was clearly not someone who took his own health seriously). I shared with him the issue I had come in for and he seemed to make note of it, but when the time came for an adjustment minimal effort or care was put into it. It was the same cookie cutter routine Ive seen a dozen times. Crack the neck, push on the spine, twist at the waist, and remember to schedule another six appointments on your way out. The whole adjustment took 5 minutes. No focus was put on the actual issue I went in for and I felt no better leaving. I will not be scheduling any more appointments at The Joint.

The staff was nice and friendly but I don’t think it was for me but I gave it a try against my better judgment , online it states the price as 29 dollars but you end up paying that plus 69 dollars and when I tried to cancel my membership they said I had to pay 69 dollars one more month and I haven’t been going why would I pay another month be careful with this place and please read everything they give you to sign

People need to come here ASAP the benefits are amazing but let me explain why I am so over the roof. 5/25/21 I came in limping, with 10 scale of pain couldnt sit and miserable, as soon I walked in the girls at the front desk welcomed me with a big smile (even with my pain the warmed my hearth) the assesment was thrill and they listened to every single detail. Fast forward they did my adjustment and few other stuff with this little tool (I dint know the name but it felt amazing) I left home still limping but with level pain in 8 of course the fix you but they dont do magic. My sciatic nerve and my disk was just not cooperating. They gave me instructions on what to drink for inflammation and tu put 🧊. Next morning I was still limping but pain scale in 6. Came back to them on 5/26/21 and I was walking faster at 5pm,Not even 24 hours and I already felt good I was so happy that i can really said to them I LOVE YOU GUYS, Today 5/27/21 Im pain free and Im not only can walk but I can also run 😁. THANK YOU......SO MUCH. Im so grateful to The team for make me feel so good I got tears in my eyes 👀😭 but they are happy tears 😹.

I have been experiencing pain in my lower back and tailbone since 2018.....One visit with this office and my pain is almost completely gone!!!!! Having no ins coverage for chiropractic visits and being forced to get injections for the pain or offered pain meds in my opinion is why so many ppl get hooked on pain meds for back pain. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to return for my healthy visits to keep pain free!!!! Thank you so much for everything.......The entire staff was amazing!

Awesome experience they evaluate your body only took about 30 minutes tops. After that it takes about 5 minutes for each visit depending on how long of a wait it is. Never done this before. My back was hurting like crazy and the first session I felt a huge difference. Can’t wait for the next one!

Going from the decor it’s a very welcoming atmosphere within the first step. The receptionists are very informative and polite. They answered all my questions I had, they didn’t give the run around or pawn it off to the Dr. The Dr. was incredible to say the least. From his education level to bed side manner to actually caring about your health is remarkable. Pricing was cheap as all can be. Honestly thought it’d be more, he recommended me coming more than the plan has and they are working with me to make sure I can get my treatments. Upon telling my father who’s been to multiple ones around here he’s shocked at all the details I said about The Joint and will be switching here even out of pocket from how well they have treated me.

Dr Cook did a great job explaining what I had done to my back amd fixing it. Loved that he didnt push me to come back for no reason just to get more money. Very pleasant visit.

I had an appointment at 1:30 and sat there for 30 minutes just to get told they were closing at 2 for lunch and I would have to come back at 2:45. Absolute waste of time.

The Joint Chiropractor is by far the best in town and around the FT bragg area. I am a veteran and had back issues from my 15 years army service including parachute jump back injuries. I was in immense amount of pain before I saw the doctor, Not only was the girls at the front desk so very nice they were very helpful as well, they made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. We even joked a little bit and its nice when youre hurting and someone makes you laugh, like they say laughter is the best medicine. Katrina was very nice and at this moment I cant remember the other ladys name I want to say Mallory either way the girls up front were super friendly. I was very much impressed with Doctor Jones like I said I was in a lot of pain and she made me feel very comfortable and took that pain away almost instantly. She was friendly understanding and really good at what she does. I would totally recommend this place to anyone that asks where a good chiropractor is. Its a really great place for people without insurance because its really affordable and the plans are really easy and most of all this business doesnt want to break your pockets they are more focused on getting you out of pain! Im extremely happy with my visit and looking forward to the next

I walked in and the front desk lady, Katrina, was amazing! She is so wonderful and made the experience so much better! The Doctor that did my adjustment was super nice and asked me such great in depth questions. When she adjusted me there was one point where I was worried I was not in the right position and then she went to push on me and I was worried she was going to hurt me because I felt my leg wasn’t positioned correctly but I did feel a little better afterwards!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. My son cancelled his membership 2 months ago and is still being charged. Asked for a refund for the most recent charge and was denied. If you go it’s best the pay as you go option.

I had a pretty bad experience already and am cancelling my account. They make it seem like it’s super flexible for military and that you can freeze and unfreeze your account. I froze my account before going to some training for a month and I was charged even though my account was supposed to be frozen. The front desk said they forgot to push the button and that its their fault but they cannot do anything about it. They were very confused with how freezing even works and it apparent that this isnt a conducive membership for military. Hope that helps for anyone in the military considering this to fit in with frequent training.

This place is great! The price is very affordable. Dr Murza is fantastic. He has a strong and firm approach and its exactly what I need. The only downside to this place is that all the chiropractors have different techniques and not all techniques work on me but overall this place is great for anyone needing quality and affordable chiropractic care.

I love the convenience of The Joint Chiropractic. No appointments required and I can me in and out in no time! Their hours are accommodating (open late for after a long day at work). They are QUICK but efficient! I always leave feeling refreshed and amazed at how such a fast adjustment can affect my pain level, mood, range of motion and overall physical and mental well being. Did you know that regular chiropractic care can even help with your immune system, digestion and fertility issues? Im a huge believer in chiropractic care for many things, most commonly is for pain management-from migraines and tension headaches (myself) to sciatic nerve, bulging disk and severe lower back pain that some doctors recommended surgery (my husband). He spent extra time to explain everything so I was comfortable before he began. After my first adjustment I almost cried because there was so much relief. I was in pain for a week. My neck, left shoulder, and upper back. It was the pain where I wanted to throw up. I walked out in total relief. Heather, my chiropractor, was great. Absolute waste of money. I signed up for the 4 visit package and i was in a considerable amount of pain for jaw and TMJ issues. I went in for a visit and it was like a rotating door, I was in and out in 5 minutes with an “adjustment”. He just cracked my back, massages my jaw and said to come back later. Seriously? I came to you because i had an issue and he gave me the lowest quality effort possible. And now that 5 minute visit counts as 1 of the 4 visits i paid for. Do not recommend.

I really wish I found the joint chiropractic sooner. Everything about them is amazing. The staff at the front desk and the chiropractors are all awesome. I used to be a competitive cheerleader and gymnastics for over 10 years so you could only imagine what my back, my neck and my hips are like. I’m only 25 years old and I my joints feel twice my age! After expensive massages , buying a $3000 new bed, and physical therapy - I was still aching. My friend told me about this place so I figured “why not?”It took about a month to start feeling improvements and it’s been great! I can actually sleep through the night and have a lot less pain and discomfort. I unfortunately had to cancel my account due to moving. We’re military and we’re moving to a really small town where there is not a joint chiropractic. I am looking to find another chiropractor where I’m at and if I don’t find the same results as I have at this place, I plan to re-open my account with joint chiropractic and drive the hour (each way) for my weekly adjustment.

If you are looking for a CHEAP quick adjustment then this is the perfect place for you. I would compare it to a Taco Bell or Macdonalds. All they want you to do is sign up for the membership they offer. They do not care about you at all. Please do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at a REAL Chiropratic office.

They pay no attention to specific details a patient might like to address, they ask no question, and quite frankly they hardly talk at all. Everyone receives the same 4 minute service and they send you in your way. Not worth it.I do still have a joint membership but I always go to a different location!
