My doctor is so very kind, the entire staff is kind and is there far you. You dont have to wait long periods of time far your appointments, you are seem on time. The whole staff have been very polite, professional and friendly. I love that you get a whole treatment that includes, tens unit with heat, ice, roller bed and a mechanical message every time you go. I have been seeing these guys since 2004. The doctors are kind and caring and the staff really cares for me. They are the best! I started seeing them when I was an undergraduate student at FSU and I have been coming back every since. I travel from one end of this country to the other and I trust my back and health to them and only them. If your smart, you would to. Their treatment starts with a relaxing roller bed to get you loose and some other machine​ to relax your muscles. Then your adjusted and the world is right again. It normally takes a good hour, but the time is well worth it. i really recommend you try these guys at least once to see what your missing. They are the best!

I’ve been an employee at Nelson and Nelson for 15 years and the claims made by Amber are totally fabricated allegations made by an employee that was recently fired. The clinic on Ramsey street was not damaged in Hurricane Matthew. All patients are treated respectfully and are very happy with care. The facilities are spotless and extremely sanitary. Read all the reviews of this clinic and decide for yourself what people think. This vindictive, untruthful, salacious review should be disregarded and removed by google.

They very conveniently don’t have an official closing time. You can show up 15 minutes before they close, and the workers will stay with you and treat you as well as if you actually showed up to your appointment on time!
