Very rude. They required a face mask upon entry of the building. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Do not recommend this place

I would highly recommend Dr. Tyler Awe in Fayetteville Arkansas for your chiropractic needs. I live with chronic back pain and left Tylers office and no one has helped me more than Tyler , Very professional and knowledgeable with understanding my back issues. Sincerely Paul Anderson

My appointment was for 3 pm, I showed up at 1 pm and asked if I could be worked in early. Yosie being fast friendly and efficient agreed and had me out of the office with the services I needed in about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend this location!

I contacted FIR Chiropractic because I was having back pain after being in an accident. I was immediately impressed and felt very welcome at FIR. Dr. Awe is super helpful and attentive, he listens to your questions and concerns and explains everything in detail. The customer service is also amazing. His staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend FIR Chiropractic!

Ive had my appointment canceled twice now. Most recently it was cancelled 15 minutes prior to the appointment. I live an hour and a half from this location. Apparently they were supposed to let me know sooner, which is nice to know. Ill not waste my time with this location in the future. 1 star only because zero wasnt an option.

This place is very hard to find (only very small sign on the window) and the customer service is horrible. My appointment was at 11:40. I arrived 15 minutes late due to the poor signage (I drove right by it twice!) and it was pouring down rain outside. They refused to take me even though no one else was there. The worker at the front desk Ally was very rude and unhelpful. I waited over an hour and a half and was just ignored even when there were gaps of time when I was the only person there. Unfortunately this is the only place in town to get TSA pre-check so apparently they don’t have to provide acceptable customer service. They have no compassion or understanding for people who have to take time off work to then be held at their mercy.

WORST EXPERIENCE YOU COULD HAVE!!! I called to set up any appointment to get my fingerprints done. The lady said you do not need an appointment just come in any time. I drove two hours after calling to get my fingerprints done . Once getting there they said they could no do them. They knew I had cancel an appointment in Tulsa on Thursday so I could get them done in Fayetteville on Friday. They were very UNINFORMED AND UNWILLING TO HELP. They would not call the Tulsa office said they were a private owned and not associated with and other IdentoGo office.Not only did I not get my fingerprints done it prevent me from putting other people to work and cost me money.If your going to run a business you need to be professional and at least know the business your in.I am like the last guy, gave them one star because 0 was not available.

Automated call said my card was ready to be picked up and stayed open till 5 i walked in after driving 1.5hrs at 425 and they said no we are closed, even tho i called 5 times and no answer
