Kinda disappointed in the fact that the office refused to fill out my paperwork I needed for my disability insurance. Along with the lack of notes taken during each appointment, this isnt something that the insurance liked and thus couldnt find a verification for my time off. Had to eat 4 months of lost pay because of it. I also had to schedule my own follow up appointment because I was tired of waiting for 2 months. Could never get my calls returned or my messages through the portal. Overall very disappointed not with the doctor but with their operation methods. They are cardiovascular specialists, surely filling out proper paperwork to support those who are having issues would be important. But I guess not. I would have gone to a different doctor and office if I would have known that, would have saved so much headache and stress!

Dr. Dhanjal is a very caring and thorough cardiologist. She listens carefully to my concerns and rules out impossibilities methodically. She is always kind and never condescending. Once she determines the probable cause, she gets the appropriate tests set up quickly. I have her to thank for my life today.

She was delightful. She helped me understand things weren’t as severe as I thought. Visit was very short, which is slightly concerning. Also didn’t go much into details so that’s not ideal, but she was a nice woman.

Dr. Dhanjal was super nice and seemed very caring. She listened well. I was a new patient and I could tell she and her nurse had actually read my past chart. It shows she cared and took the time to learn about my case before seeing me. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience each visit, very little wait time, friendly staff, nice facility. Dr. Dhanjal quite helpful on a number of my ailments and readily answers all questions.

The staff seem to all be very nice but when the doctor came in I did not feel that she was really serious about my conditions. She just checked my heartbeat and that was about it. Ive been there three times and thats all that has ever been done and that office even after one heart attack and stents being placed due to my arteries. Very nice doctor but I dont feel time is on the patient side during the visit.

Dr. Dhanjal was prompt and very thorough. You didnt feel rushed and she answered all of our questions.

Ive been going to Dr Dhanjal over 2 years now.She is very acknowledable and listens to you. She shows great concern and has had answers for me. Im so glad I found her. Im very pleased with her. Her office moved from Siloam Springs and Ill travel to Fayetteville to see her. Her receptionist is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Shes got a great office staff. Including her nurse. ❤

Dr Anjahl seemed a little short with me.maybe because she overlooked my lack of blood work over 6 months ago when I had several tests done...not heart problem,glad to know,but low hemoglobin.

Dr. Dhanjal is the best heart doctor I have been to. She listens to me and even if she doesnt agree with what I say, she tells me what is right for me.

I found that no precautions for Covid were being followed except for requiring masks--the pulse ox was not cleaned, the pen and clipboard were used by other patients after me without being wiped, ect. Also, Dr. Dhanjal spent perhaps 3 minutes with me at the maximum. After months of waiting for an appointment, I felt like my concerns were not addressed.

Dr. Dhanjal is kind and patient, yet very knowledgeable and efficient. You will appreciate her “bedside manner” and the kindness of her office staff. When I was hospitalized, a number of the RN’s and Physicians Assistants there spoke highly of her and admire her. I can enthusiastically recommend Dr. Dhanjal.

Very clean, informative and overall the atmosphere was great. Dr. Dhanjal explained everything in detail. Im glad I chose that facility.

The customer service with this place was the worst. I had to call and call to get help and never seemed to get a response or a call back...you would think a cardiologist would put their patients higher in priority. I did not receive the help I was hoping for. I would recommend going elsewhere for cardiology help. Very disappointed.

Very nice bedside manner! She didn’t do much just order some testing to get WLS clearance.
