I have never been so happy with my hair! I felt so beautiful walking out of the salon.

Cinthia is a blessing and AMAZING!!!Ok...here goes. On Sat I went to Fantastic Sams on Ramsey St to get my hair done. Mind you I have bleached blond hair and needed my roots done. I was given Hollie to do my hair. I was looking at pictures and showed her one I liked with black and silver lowlights and one burgundy and blond highlights. She told me she liked the burgundy one and so did I. I asked her if she could do it and she said oh yeah. NEVER did she mention the word PINK...NEVER!!! Well after listening to her tell another worker to mix up 3 or 4 different color codes for my hair I was concerned but figured she knew what she was doing. After several hours what I ended up with was PINK hair!! I sat shocked in tears while her and others laughed saying she doesnt like it. I paid and left in shock and with the hair style on the left! I cried all night! The next morning, Sunday, I called back bbn up and spoke to Jen, the manager, she was so upsetting as well. I tried, thru tears, to explain how horrified I was but all she kept doing was telling me that Hollie had warned me it could be pink and begged me not to do it WHICH WAS A 100% LIE!!! I paid them $180 to make me look like a fruit loop!!! I begged her to please fix it but she flat out refused and said anymore coloring on my hair and I would be bald (Not true). She offered me $100 of my money back but honestly shouldve been all of it. Needless to say yesterday was a terrible day and I put a blast out for any cosmetologist friends to help me here. Nina Colley Smithwick pure started a messenger group about my hair and began looking. I called and called people and had just about g oki even up when my amazing friend Christina came over with an amazing gift and offer to go with me to Mop Heads today to get it fixed. Needless to say I woke up today scared and apprehensive and called Mop Heads to schedule only to find out they are CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!! Devastated again the search started over and my friend Brittany found a place called Joely hair salon in Fayetteville. The reviews were amazing and she specializes in color fixes. I called. No answer. Left message and I their shop Raleigh finally called back and I was able to get in at noon. I just left. BUT I LEFT AMAZED, HAPPY AND SATISFIED!! Cinthia there was so sweet, Patient and kind. She worked a miracle for me and the pic on the right is me now. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED ME!! I TRULY DO HAVE THE BEST OF FRIENDS!!!

She SAVED my hair! I went to another hair salon for simple highlights and they completely butchered it and I ended up with bright yellow, brassy hair. I went here and she completely saved it and my hair looks so much more natural now! The woman I worked with was very communicative and listened to what I wanted and worked with me until we got it. She was also very good at explaining exactly what she was doing and why. If you need a color correction (or just a color job) I would definitely go here!

Cinthia is a miracle worker!! She saved my hair from this awful brassy color that fantastic sams did to a wonderful and beautiful ashy mushroom brown. My hair is way better and I love it!!! She was the only one working in the salon and was still very professional and friendly. She takes pride in her work and makes sure you are satisfied. I had the most amazing hair experience!!! I came down from New York for a wedding and made a last minute appointment for myself and three other ladies. The owner went above and beyond getting us an appointment. We were able to secure an appointment on a Saturday with one day notice. Cynthia & Rio came in before the salon opened to make it happen. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we left the salon flawless. Im coming back in the summer to visit my sister and will be scheduling a color appointment. I cant tell you enough THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a great experience at Joelys from start to finish. The salon was in a perfect location, and it was decorated fabulously! It was super cute, and cozy. It has such a friendly atmosphere. They even had complimentary coffee, tea, and water which I thoroughly enjoyed. My hair stylist, Stephanie, was absolutely phenomenal! She was super sweet and hospitable, exactly what I need in a hair stylist, and she was great about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. She took her time on my hair and didnt seem rushed at all which made me feel a lot more comfortable. The end result was absolutely infallible! I loved it so much, Im so glad I had such an amazing stylist. She worked very hard to understand what I wanted in my new cut, and take into account her time management, hospitality, and kindness. I absolutely adored Stephanie, and I will be back in the future!

Devon is AMAZING! I came in with blue hair and needed to tame it down for a job interview. He did a stunning job on my hair, transforming me from blue to a soft brunette with golden highlights and a killer design on my side shave. I came in late on a Friday night with no appointment and he stayed late to make sure my hair was perfect. Again, he is AMAZING!

The salon was able to get me an appointment last minute. My hair had been previously got done a few days before but did not meet my expectations. I went into Joely a Color Studio hoping that this could be fixed and I was blown away by the services of Cinthia Padilla. She did exactly what I wanted done to my hair and she is really professional. I cannot recommend this place enough. She also did a great job cutting my hair as well as my eyebrows. I will definitely be going back to this salon in the future.

I continue to fly from New Hampshire to have Stephanie do my hair! She does a phenomenal job. I usually go for highlights and an occasional cut. The highlights are always SO well blended and never brassy. Ive never seen a client of hers whose hair doesnt look absolutely gorgeous upon walking out.

Being Asian its really hard to find a place to properly cut my type of hair. My wife & I tried another high end salon downtown and it was a horrible experience for both of us. We were considering driving to Raleigh until our friends highly recommend this place. I decided to try it for myself and I couldnt be happier. Honestly the best cut Ive ever had and my wife agrees. She scheduled a cut/color appointment for herself. If youre looking for a salon that can deal with textured hair, I would say do it! Theyre staff definitely knows what theyre doing.

I went into Joelys to go from hair past my shoulders to a full on pixie. Brittany did a WONDERFUL job. Because my hair was a bit thicker than the example photos I gave she explained it and then changed it a bit and made it look amazing and actually work with my hair. Ive gone short before but this is the shortest Ive ever gone and I love it! She even showed me how to style it and gave me some hair care tips.I scheduled my little girl to go in and get her first haircut as well.

HIGHLY recommend seeing Henrietta. I had both lash lift and microblading done. Let me tell you, this woman is so talented! You won’t be able to stop checking yourself out in the mirror 😁

I chose this salon because when I searched best salon in Fayetteville, this is the first one that popped up. I had never done anything to my hair before and I wanted Carmel brown highlights. I have been a customer of the owner,Joely Koonce, for 18 years. She is super friendly has a warm and pretty smile, professional, courteous, and does a great job every time.The salon and staff make you feel right at home. Great , clean environment, and has a great selection of products. I highly recommend any and everyone to go here and have their hair done. This is the only place that I will get my haircut, they really know what they are doing.She can cut and style any type of hair, long, short, it doesnt matter, she is the best.

If you want a Colorest that listens and does exactly what you want go to Cynthia. She is nice and pleasant to sit with. She listened to what I wanted and delivers. I wont go to anyone else.

I hadn’t been able to schedule an appointment due to a lot of work and events, I had called for an appointment for the weekend and they were completely booked. However, they were so kind as to give me a call when a client was a no show. I was able to get there before closing and Cinthia was there to greet me and cut my hair. Been maintaining a shorter haircut and I really had no preference to how it should look, but Cinthia took my not so specific wants and cut my hair to satisfaction. Very pleased with her work and how efficient she is. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about having my brows microbladed because I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. After meeting with Henrietta and having her explain the after care process I decided to give it a try. My initial session was in January, today was my touch up and I must say this was one of the best investments I’ve made in a while! My eyebrows are so much more defined and full now! Henrietta made sure they matched perfectly and it shows. As long as you follow her after care instructions and trust her judgement on shades that work for you you’ll be fine! I also got a lash lift in January and it’s holding up very well! I’m an extremely satisfied customer ❤️❤️❤️

On Saturday I decided very spur of the moment that I wanted to get my hair done, I live in Smithfield but my boyfriend is stationed at Bragg, so I didnt know any hair salons there, so I went on google and went down the list of places that seemed decent and either they didnt answer or were closed, but lucky Brittany answered and said that I could come in, and I am so glad I called. I highly recommend Joely. I was very impressed with the setting of the salon, it was very warm and welcoming and clean. Brittany is amazing. She was very friendly to both me and my boyfriend and was very professional and knowledgeable which made me very confident that she was going to do a good job. She sat down and talked to me about how I wanted my hair done and also gave me her input and talked me through what she was going to do, unlike some stylists Ive been with that kinda just go with what you say and dont really give you an opinion on whether it will look right or not. Needless to say I loved the way my hair turned out and I will continue going back, I definitely think it is worth the drive to go up there and get my hair done, no one down here can even stack up to the experience I had here.. I also ended up purchasing some Moroccan Oil products, because Brittany recommended them, and I love them! My hair feels so much softer and healthier after using them. I am definitely looking forward to my next appointment here!

If I could make this an even more negative review, I would. No one showed up for my appointment, and I was told they can’t control that. You can’t control when people decide to show up to work? Seems like that’s an issue. So frustrated that my time was wasted at this ridiculous place. Went to euphoria instead - they are fitting me in at last minute and are professional enough to save my day. Thumbs down, big time.

Had the most wonderful experience; kind service, and topnotch hair care! I came in with three different hair colors (brown my natural color, red box dye I had used to try to cover the faded green from over a year ago I had professionally dyed) left with a BEAUTIFUL blonde balayage and expertly cut hair! 10/10 would highly recommend, and will definitely go back in the future!

I cant say enough good things! I have been a patron of another popular salon here in town for a couple years and there is no comparison. Stephanie was great from the start. Super friendly and had a fabulous personality. She knew just what to do without the dreaded thousand questions. I have very fine fragile hair and Im an artificial blonde and she took perfect care of my hair with very little damage if any. The cut was perfect the color is perfect the service was perfect. The salon is beautiful. I messaged her on Friday and got me in on Saturday. Totally unheard of here in Fayetteville. I would give her 10 stars if I could. If you see anyone else and arent completely satisfied call her today!!!!!

I went to Joelys last week for the first time and was lucky enough to have Rhonda work on my hair. Not only did she do a fantastic job, but she is such a beautiful person with a stellar personality. She is passionate about her work and a grade-A artist (I went in without much of an idea of what I wanted and let her go for it). Highly recommend her and the salon.

Nervous after not getting my hair cut for over six years, mzk calmed me down and helped me reach a healthy and manageable style. My long hair was a security blanket to me but I feel much better having it healthy and shorter, great layers, and lightened up for some dimensions. I have confidence to rock my new hair cut. Mzk was hilarious and knew exactly how to help me. My experience was the best and i will be returning to see her again.

I took my wife to get her hair done while I was in the waiting area a man and women who I assume where married where getting hair cuts after the couple had left the women looked right at me and said people are stupid to pay 100$ for a hair cut so I got nervous because my wife was getting her hair highlighted we went to pay for it she said 150$ I was kinda mad because it has never costed that much normally but we are new to hear so you know what ever...as we went to pay they said the card reader was down so we had to call to make the payment well a few days later I get my bank statement and and was charged 350$ so we called talked to the owner and told him and he at 1st said that was exsteamly high and he would figure it out and we called every day for about a week before we finally got them to call back but by then they had plenty of excuses why it costed so much but I was told we must have misunderstood so beware and just because online it says starts at 60$ lol that is a joke of some kind I think and the women who said the couple was stupid fir paying that much for the hair cuts she drove a newer mustang parked right out front thats all I know about her but there is my review...

I really like this salon. I have been there twice- once for a cut and once for a cut and an ombre coloring and I was very pleased with both. It may be more pricey than others, but it is worth it. I plan to go back as long as I live here!

Best hair color experience! It was my first visit to this salon. Cinthia was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She was attentive and listened to exactly what I was trying to tell her that I wanted. She was kind and professional and the entire experience was pleasant and relaxing. I have found the hidden jewel of hairstylists!! In downtown Fayetteville at the end of Old St is a building with a pink door!! Go in if you want awesome hair! These girls are the most friendly, welcoming and professionally knowledgable ladies I have met!! I came in with a not so great cut and color and left feeling like a new woman!! I have never had such a beautiful color and easy to care for cut! Renata was given the reins to do whatever she wanted to fix my hair and boy did she, I have not felt so taken care of at a salon and she told me everything she did so that I know what to ask for again!! They use high quality products that leave your hair gorgeous and shiny! I dont think I have ever recommended someone so much ever!!

You have your open days and times listed online. You also have walk ins welcome on your front door. Yet no one is there. I call and the woman acts like I am stupid and says well do you have an appointment. No, I was coming in to see about making one and to have some look at my hair. Why have walk ins welcome on your front door if no one is there unless they have a prior scheduled appointment.

I loved my blond hair, But, I went to Ulta for them to even my blond and cover the roots following the same pattern of highlights I had. They ended up putting many shades of BLACK. I was so upset! 2 days after I called Joely Salón. I spoke with Alex and he made me an appointment for the same day with wonderful Cinthia.She said : what do you want, I will make it happen she spend with me about 5 hours and my hair looks amazing! Exactly what I wanted!

Joelys is the only place I feel truly comfortable getting my hair done in Fayetteville, and trust me, Ive tried a lot of places! Ronda is awesome! She listens to what you want, and she works to make what you want flattering for your face. Shes also very personable and easy to work with. :) The price is a bit higher than some places, but to me its worth paying more for a hairstyle and color that you are truly happy with and that will last!

Ok, where do I begin explaining how amazing Brittany is? I have pretty long, thick hair...and TONS of it...So much so that during my first visit to the salon, another stylist step in to help blow dry my hair to cut down on time, yes I had 2 stylists working on my hair. Totally a diva moment, and I loved it. Anyways, needless to say, I am pretty neurotic about my hair and ONLY trust my stylist in Oregon and now Brittany near it. Not only is she incredibly talented with color and cut (I have pretty specific blonde/highlights that I like) but she is also one of the most kind, compassionate and patient woman I have met. She really cares about her clients being happy with their hair and her services and you can tell she loves what she does. Joely as a salon is super cute, too! Incredibly clean and comfy. Hands down best salon in Cumberland County.

I was feeling spontaneous and wanted to get my hair done very soon. The stylist I went to last time was booked until December so I started to browse hair salons in Fayetteville on google. I’m very picky when it comes to my hair so I’m always reading reviews and looking at pictures. Reviews were really good for the most part but what really won me over were the pictures of their work on here. I decided to give it a go. I believe you speak directly to the owner when you call to schedule appointments and he is a sweetheart. He listened to me rant about what I was looking to get done, gave me a rough price quote and schedule me for the next morning appointment as requested. I arrived at the salon yesterday morning and was paired up with Cintia who I learned has been doing this kind of work for over 18 years! And it certainly does show. She did an OUTSTANDING job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. I got something extremely similar the last time but my old stylist didn’t pull through all the way and I was so afraid I was going to run into the same problem. Needless to say, I will be a regular customer here as long as I’m in Fayetteville.

I am new to the area and needed to find a new salon. I googled the best colorist in Fayetteville and that one popped up with great reviews! I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday, the 14th which was perfect!When I got to the salon, I was greeted by my stylist Maggie who was very nice. The salon is very clean and decorated super cute. The display of the hair products was set up really nice and the waiting area was very inviting. Seeing that they carried Purology and a few other good lines was a good sign. Maggie was really friendly, and professional . She asked about my hair and what style I showed her a picture and the end result was exactly what I wanted and I couldnt have been happier!. What I liked about her was her attention to the details of my haircut as well as her friendliness with conversation. The price for the wash,cut, and style was very reasonable.I walked out of the salon with a haircut that I loved as well as a next appointment for cut/color...Im excited about being a new client at this salon!

I was quoted 130.00 for the top half of my head tp be highlighted with foils. I go in and the lady decided not to do foils and instead puts just bleach all over the top of my head. I now have what looks like a blond cap amd a brass everything else...the best part, she still charged me the quotes foils price, 130.00, then tells me my hair is as good as she can get it..i am a non confrontational person, so i tipped her and left to endure Christmas with my awful hair. I have since made an appointment elsewhere to try and correct my poor hair. Awful. I called and text pics. To whoever was working there today. No word on how they plan to make it right if at all. I am so upset. We have 4 kids and it is very hard for me to get away to do anything for myself, was really depressing the next few days to trying and style my hair anyway i could to hide the brass bands and obvious bad bleach job.update: the guy who works at the salon called me back just to tell me i dont know how to do hair and i dont listen. Lol. If you want honest reviews of this place you might look them up on yelp, wish i had before i went, its more of the same.Seems like the google reviews are from people they know because they dont know how to do blond...and they want to process your hair even more to fix it. I am going elsewhere. No thank you. My hair looks awful now that its been washes a few times, guess they do know how to mask the horrible job they do in order to get paid at that moment. Rip off.

Finally, I have found someone I can trust with my hair.After looking around in various cities near my location (I live in a rural area), I decided to call Joelys and see if they could fit me in before the holidays.I am VERY particular about my hair, in fact I have cut it myself for more than eight years because it always gets butchered by stylists. I am an outdoor photographer, hiker, scuba diver and kayaker. I am hard on my hair. Most of the time it is up in a ponytail. But there is the odd occasion where I want to have it look nice for an event.Having told Joely this about myself, she suggested a few things and I told her it sounded okay and to have at it. What she did I do not know, but she is beyond skilled. My hairs natural tendency to be a bit wavy was enhanced (yay!), and while it is shorter than I anticipated - I dont care - Joely made it look great for the first time in years! I can wash and go (99% of what I do anyway) or I can play with it a bit and make it look nice for special occasions.Its been thirty years since I had a stylist I could trust. Thank you Joely!

Finally I found someone who can cut my hair the right way which was Rachel and i really liked it. Thanks alot and Ill see ya soon.

I just moved to NC from FL not too long ago. I have a pixie cut. With a pixie cut, I like to have maintained to avoid the dreadful mullet and looking too crazy. So I found this salon while searching on google. I called, asked some questions and they managed to pencil me in the same day! Already got perks. Im patiently waiting for my appointment time and ta-da! Two hours away from my appointment, I get a text message saying they have room for me to come in early! More perks. My fiance and I drive on over; and it is the cutest little salon I have ever laid my eyes on! Such simple, yet warming decor and it felt cozy. Then I met my new favourite stylist: Leigin. He took such good care of me! He knew exactly what I wanted and provided one of the best, friendly service I could ask for. I would totally recommend coming to this salon and asking for Leigin! I called Joelys, desperate, and Anna came in and cut 8 inches off plus fixed my hair color. She did a great job and finally my hair is how I want it after 2 years. Maggie provided me with exactly what I wanted, and did so with great care. She explained the entire process to me, and she listened to to my expectations and provided feedback on what she could do for me. She took my hair from a dark brown at the root with medium blonde ends, to a pale blonde on my entire head. She did an amazing dimensional color on me, with dark gray roots and silver lengths balayage. I absolutely love my hair. And an added plus, Maggie was very sweet, and we had fun chatting through the seven hour process. I would recommend her highly if you are looking for a stylist in Fayetteville that is up on current hair coloring techniques and olaplex services to keep your hair in great shape.

I made an appt for my hair cut and color after I really messed up my hair. MzK did my hair that day. She was very nice and friendly. She did an amazing job on the color. The only thing that disappoint for gor a little bit is that she didnt really do anything for the hait cut.The place was very clean and cute decoration. Overall, I would give this place 4.5 stars

I was desperately trying to find a salon that could fix my hair after another salon really butchered it and this is THE place. I am calling now to head back for another appointment. The prices are also very fair, and not what youd expect for a Salon that puts so much time an effort into their clients.

Best experience every time I go

Went to get a trim, just the ends off my hair as it says they accept walk ins. Website says they close at 530pm and yet when i showed up at 330pm the door was locked. I called the number listed and the guy on the other line works for the Cary location and said oh yea they may have just decided to go home for the day.
