Had my first visit with Dr. Tang today. While it took over a month to get in, it’s proven to be worth the wait. Dr. Tang’s patience in listening to my concerns and her explanations of possible treatment options is stellar. She utilized both my CT Scans and office diagrams to ensure I fully comprehended the treatment options and chose what I get comfortable with. I ultimately have chosen both the short term relief and long term quality of life treatment plans and feel confident in the decision due to her level of explanation and care!

All office staff members are courteous. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Tang is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable. She takes time and interest in her patients! I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received at Fayetteville Otolaryngology!

I am ecstatic with this place! Everyone was so nice and understanding! I had been so frazzled by my grandson who had an appointment that I forgot the custody papers to show Im his legal guardian, that they were nice enough to help me get in contact with his pediatrician who I knew had a copy, and was sent by fax! I also appreciate them trying so hard to get the hearing screening for him, even though they were faced with his ADHD and autistic behaviors. Even though I was frustrated with him not listening they were calm and understanding of his needs. Thank you so much for the best visit ever!

I absolutely loved Dr. Wiggs. He had to use an instrument to clean wax buildup out of my daughter’s ears. Knowing that this would cause her slight discomfort he was patient and explained the process as well as instructions to her calmly in a way that she could understand. She did great! I’m happy to say that she passed her hearing test!

I had been having throat problems for a month and the soonest I could get put on the schedule was 2 weeks out. The wait time was about 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Then when the doctor entered the room he called me “Jessica” and my name is “Jenica”. Doctor wasnt very chatty or friendly. He was educated though and gave a quick check up and he said everything was completely fine and so basically my appointment was a total waste of money. Clean office, efficient, but not very warm and welcoming.

The Audiologists were kind and SMART. The staff were accommodating and easy to deal with.The place is so nice. Highly recommended.

Pay attention to 1 star reviews. My experience was to see the doctor humiliated my 18-year-old son, and the clinic charges $197.00 despite it. I am crying yet for this terrible experience. He had a blocked nose, difficulty breathing, and it caused a lot of pain in his jaw. The doctor refused treatment and diagnoses even after seeing the images exam of nasal problem that I sent to her assistant. She was extremely rude and made him cry hopelessly because he can’t get a treatment to relieve the excruciating pain. She refuse the professional duty of care when she refused diagnoses a patient in pain and difficult to breath. Faced this rude physician, he was suffering and crying while he was trying to breath the air then she cruelly asserted that his case needed a psychiatrist and a remedy for anxiety. It was a horrible and traumatic experience from this practice. Afterwards, we looked for Rex and UNC and 2 doctors indicated surgery for nasal deblocking. Response to Fauetyville: I claim here because I have psychological suffer with I saw. I feel that I spend money to help him and it causes more suffer. I am feeling guilty for it. You don’t feel nothing for the hopeless caused for him, but I feel.

The waiting area was very nice, clean, and calming. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The back staff were all very nice, professional, and friendly. The exam room was immaculate and Dr. Pantalakos was, as always, smiling, friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and actually looked at me while I was talking. All-in-all I would rate them as excellent.

Dr. Wiggs was most thorough and generous with his time in an effort to determine the cause of my medical problem. After a lengthy discussion and painless sinus procedure, the results assured me that his initial instincts about my problem were correct. Fayetteville is very lucky to have Dr. Wiggs practice in their city. Additionally, the staff and nurse were friendly, efficient and professional.

Very disappointed! Paid $50 copay and they did not clean his ears like i set the appt up for. They downgraded/ put down very expensive eargo hearing aids because they wanted to sell him some $4-6 thousand dollar set from them. Very impersonal! Just a number to them. Quanity not quality.

Dr. Bill Wiggs has worked diligently to improve my health. He has been very methodical in this process and relentless in pursuing a fix for my sinus issues and inner ear complaints. He got to work quickly assessing my condition, trying medical remediation and then realized i was a good candidate for the in office sinus procedure. With any sinus procedure there is some what of a traumatic anxiety, he walked me through the process step by step prior to the day of procedure. On the day of the procedure, he explain as he work through the process.I will say I would recommend this procedure and this physician. My health physical and mental has improved as a result of the treatment. My quality of life is 100% better than it was this time last year. If you are a candidate for the procedure talk to him, and really consider the less invasive sinus treatment. I am breathing better, have not had a sinus infection this winter and I believe I am even sleeping better. This is a better way to be.

I had ear pain for a few days and called around Fayettville to get an appointment with an ENT. Every place was booked until August except this one! I was SO glad to have gotten an appointment when I did (within 2 days!). The office is super clean and new looking. I saw Dr. Shan Tang and she was so pleasant! Their office staff was very quick and efficient and I was in and out within 30 mins. So glad I found this office.

The only issue I have with this clinic is when they called and made my appt it was set for 1:20. The lady specially said not to show up any earlier that than. I filled out all my registration paperwork online. I get here, wait 30 minutes and eventually I asked what is taking so long. The lady tried to tell me my appt was at 1:50. She even went as far to prove me wrong by bringing the fee ticket to me to show that my appt was at 1:50. The lady flat out said my appt was at 1:20 over the phone. I even put it in my calender to make sure my work schedule would accommodate while I was on the phone with her. To top it off, the gentleman in the waiting room said the exact same thing. His appt was at 1:00. But nope, he was wrong too and his appt was at 1:40. There is obviously a disconnect somewhere and I just felt like the lady was all about proving me wrong. Other than that, the clinic has been great.

I just love it there, nice friendly and fast. They make my daughter feel so comfortable while she is there. So worth it.

Started comming here back in 2016 for my youngest son with tubes. Moved away in 2017. Came back late 2018 and my son had some ear problems. The first Dr was amazing. Shes not here anymore but we have Dr Pantelakos. Hes amazing and cares about his patients. If anybody else in my family has Ear Nose Throat issues or sinus issues we will definitely come back here.
