I had to go and get a allergy test done for myself and it was a pretty easy process. The front desk ladies were nice and the doctor was nice and patient answering all my questions. Would recommend to others.

The billing department is terrible, I had an appointment and submitted my new insurance card. My old insurance that I havent had in 2 years was billed instead of my current insurance. I explained this to the billing department and gave them my current insurance again, they never billed my insurance. I ended up stuck with a $130 bill that normally wouldve been a $25 copay. For current and new patients make sure your the billing department bills your insurance so this doesnt happen to you.

I have been coming here since November 2020. From the first visit to my weekly allergy shots, all staff have always been friendly, courteous and efficient. Front desk is quick and even on their busiest times, theyve always been cheerful. Chauna has been the person to give me my shots most of the time and she is wonderful. Great bedside manners, always made sure my name and vial info is correct, and pleasant to work with. Rose, Dharma, and Angie have also helped me in the past and theyre phenomenal as well. I love the staff and Im so glad to be under their care.

If I could give zero I would. I have been going back and forth with them for months now about seeing my son. I Dont need a referral. I have insurance that covers 85/15. But according to Teresa, the billing supervisor, they wouldnt see him unless I paid $120 because according to her I hadnt met my deductible. But I had proof that my deductible was met. So my sons appt was rescheduled several times. I just called and now they wont see him at all because she said he has 3 appts where he was a no show. Which is a lie. Each time I spoke with them it was the same thing pay $120 or reschedule. I contacted my insurance company and unfortunately they are a tier 1 level provider and if I go somewhere else my copay is higher because they are a preferred provider. I spoke with Teresa and said if my son has to travel to another doctor which the closest is in Sanford to be seen and he gets sick before then Im suing!!! This is ridiculous!!! She wouldnt let me speak with the officer manager because according to her she was out and didnt have voicemail. What practice dont utilize voicemail? Im contacting my insurance again to inform them that they refuse to see my son! Lets see how this plays out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I came earlier that my appt time to be checked in and be called back for my shots in ample time. Almost 30mins passed and aftr addressing my concern to rhw front desk, i was called back aftr 26mins of waitn. Uncalled for. Any professional business seeing theyre running behind would have common courtesy of contacting their patient or patients in alerting them of the delay; so that patients can plan or work around the running behind of the facility and in giving the opportunity to reschedule. It is very unprofessional. Furious. Then having to wait 30mins for reaction monitoring is recommended. Just wrong.

Spent $150 just to be seen, spent another $30 on prescriptions and then was sent a bill for $30. Was hoping to go and get allergy tested but they charge $13 PER STICK, there are like 58 for only one test, so you do the math. Never going back here spent over $200 for what? An inhaler??

Dr. Freccia is simply amazing! He was able to get my hives under control very quickly and effectively. I can’t begin to explain how awful they were! He has helped me tremendously! I can play with my kids, socialize and actually concentrate on my studies without feeling drowsy from 24 hour allergy meds. Thank you so much !!!!

Dr. Freccia and the team over at Allergy Partners have been nothing but amazing!! Not only for myself but also for my infant son. We were referred to try and figure out some skin issues and rashes he’s been having since shortly after birth only to run a few simple test to discover a peanut and tree nut allergy!! They have helped with every step of this journey that we have been on, and have been a wealth of information. No question has ever gone unanswered! Highly recommended!!

This place was so great with my boys. My oldest (3yrs) had to get a full panel of testing done, which is not the most pleasant thing. Our tech was the absolute best! (I cannot remember her name but her initials are DH) she was so patient and so sweet with my babies. She played with both of them while getting the tests done and even after my son had a meltdown she made him feel better and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!!

Dr MacDowell and staff was amazing during my daughter food challenge yesterday. They have a great staff. When my daughter walked in the room she was so nervous but they reassured her they would be monitoring her very closely during the whole process. An they did. I would recommend Dr MacDowell to everyone. She was very thorough on her exam before and after the test. Thank you again to a amazing doctor and staff.

I met Dr. Luna for the first time yesterday when taking my 9-year-old son in for egg-allergy testing. What a refreshing experience! Dr. Luna was not in a hurry to rush us in and out like a lot of doctors. She listened intently to my concerns, was relaxed and genuinely caring. She practices medicine the way it was meant to be practiced: the patient first, not the bottom line. While I was there I asked him about bee-sting testing for myself and made an appointment for this Monday. I highly recommend Dr. Luna. An excellent doctor!

Everyone’s experience with how these shots work is going to be different, but consider the fact that you will be spending a lot of time at this place and read the reviews about patient care, customer service, and parking carefullyHere’s what I would tell my past self about this place now that I’ve been coming for a year and a half: this is a major time obligation. You will not feel tangible results. Between parking, rude staff, and unresponsive clinicians you will increase your stress levels.

My child has been going here for a few months or so for allergy shots. In the yellow stage of the shots one lady tells us that the needle is smaller so it want be so painful. But the very next appointment the other lady says the needles are going to get bigger and uses an unusual big size needle on my child. It would be nice if they would be considerate of a childs pain level and not use adult size needles.Update: We went to our next appointment and I asked to see the needle that would be used. The lady that used the big needle the last appointment was not there. I told the lady that was there about my concerns on the needles, because my plan was to stop the therapy if my child had to deal with that size needle. From what I was told they only use the tiny TB size like needles and nothing else, but yet that lady used a adult size needle that you would stick in a vein. I know the ones you can actually see the oval hole at the tip? She stuck it straight through, not slanted. And it made a light pop when it went through her skin. I am going to report this to a higher source cause something aint right. If there is wrong doing that may need to be investigated. Parents should not send their kids in alone.Update: Just spoke with someone who is suppose to be the supervisor. She asked her for the name of the lady who did the shots. She asked me if this was about my Google review. I told her the issue and she saids the needles are all the same size. I told her she needs to look into it because the lady have been using a much size and that Im always there when my child gets her shots and that we have been going there for months so I know what Im seeing. She never said she would look into it, instead she denied the issue as if to protect the lady. I have pictures of my childs marks from the needle from 11 days ago and you can still see the size is not a tiny needle.I do not recommend this place. If you do send your children go in with them with your phone recorders.

Wish I could leave no stars! What a waste of time! Should’ve know from the 1st conversation with them when I scheduled my 4yrs 1st appointment it was going to be a horrible experience. After making the appointment they called a few days later says need to reschedule my appointment saying the doctor wasn’t going to be there I refused to reschedule and asked to go see a different doctor at the practice. Spoke with there reception and office manager before my appointment today and both were rude. Then my daughter was tested for food and seasonal allergies once the doctor came in she didn’t explain any of the results basically said she fine, so I started asking her questions as to why I had to take my daughter to the ER for having an allergic reaction to food based on what the ER doctor said and she got mad and asked why was I questioning her and I told her I didn’t understand what she was saying and was trying to figure out what she was saying she then gets up and walks out so I then call her rude as she leaving so I still don’t have any information or answers to if my daughter is allergic and anything. Then at check out they were rude! Please don’t wast your time count here. I was completely upset and mad at I paid $600 for a doctor to walk out on me and me still not knowing what’s going on with her.

Nice office staff, but the doctor was horrible. Had nothing of use to say. Kept saying its up to you what do you want to do regarding my sons treatment. Obviously, if I knew what to do I would be sitting in the doctor chair not the patient. I asked what he suggested. He had no suggestion . Again its up to you. No help with medications. No help with anything at all. Left near tears at the terrible treatment or lack of. That we received. Sent me home with some googled paperwork. I waited for 1.5 months for an appointment that was a complete waste of time.

It was not like this our first visit and I don’t know if we’ll be returning. This is not the type of treatment I’d like to spend my hard earned money on!!

Be prepared to be treated like cattle. You will be nothing more to them than a number that they can bill. I showed up five minutes late after driving an hour one way to get there and was turned away. I told them I come every week. They didnt not care. They never noticed I never came back. I would think a doctor would care to make sure there patients were good. NOPE not here. When a patient stop coming abruptly you may want to find out why. I know with my business I pay attention to my customers. And when there is a change I know about it.

I’ve been going to APF for over a year now. When I first read their reviews, I was very iffy about going, but once I got there, my worries were laid to rest. The Office Secretaries were very nice. My Doctor was/is Dr. Freccia, & he’s great. He actually listened to me, & seemed very concerned & caring. The Nurses who give out the Allergy Shots, are great also. All of them are always friendly, kind, & speak to me, when I’m there. Please don’t let the bad reviews detour you from attending APF. Go check it out for yourself & see.Sn: The only issue I’ve ever had with them, was they waited until the week after my Referral expired to tell me. I had a hard time, getting Tri Care to fix the issue, but it was eventually solved.

Most times I have no problems but I have recently had issues with notifications and customer service on the telephone. They waited until the day before my appointment late in the afternoon to tell me that my authorization was not received. Also one in particular is very rude and nasty on the phone and her name is Nicole. I experienced poor customer service from her and I had tri west on the other phone and they could also here her rudeness. I asked to speak to someone else because of her attitude and she placed me on hole and left me there. I had to hang up and call back. When dealing with the government the authorization should be sent at least 60 days in advance . And it is not my job to get this done as I have been doing. I was told they don’t call because they will be on hold forever. Well I get right through to tri west every time. I’m frustrated with the whole process leaving me without treatment since May 14. Even when given authorization numbers over the phone Allergy partners still won’t see me. Tri West is having some computer issue and my authorization has been granted since 6/25. Wow!

The doctors bedside manner was terrible. I came in with my 1 year old with a referral from his pediatrician to test for allergies and he seemed as though he was annoyed by this. He was very abrupt in his speaking. Not really interacting with my fearful child to try to keep him calm. He seemed like he did not want to be there. When he left I could hear him filling out a chart outside of our door and heard him say “who am I seeing next?” In an annoyed tone.

I regret the day that Tricare mailed out the referral for my son to attend this allergy clinic. The initial interaction between one of the receptionist and I was very unpleasant. Tricare sends a copy of your referral to both the patient and the clinic, so why was I asked if I was on Medicare is beyond me. As a retiree, Im responsible to pay a co-pay of $12.00, which was paid on my sons initial visit. The second visit at this clinic was for my son to receive an allergy shot, which a co-pay of $9.14 was charged to receive the shot. The third and final visit to this clinic the receptionist tried to tell me that I owed a balance of $622.72. I had to educate her on the fact that Tricare Prime patients pay a co-pay that is all. Tricare covers the rest, now she shouldve known that information already, especially working in the medical field. Im sure that my son was not the only Tricare Prime patient seen at this clinic. I informed Tricare the same day to make them aware of any insurance fraud. Fast, forward I then receive a bill in the mail for an additional $12.00 fee. I called and spoke with a female named Teresa, she informed me that the fee was to mix the serum for my son to receive his allergy shots. Wow! I highly suggest that you nor your worst enemy be seen at this allergy clinic. There are a few allergy clinics here in Fayetteville that have a competent staff and do not purposely rip people off.

I love Dr Freccia. He was amazing and very informative when my one year old had a deathly reaction to an ant bite. He has always been available when we needed him but the office staff...thats another story. There are some very friendly ladies so dont get me wrong but they seem nothing but annoyed when I have to bring him in. Hes young so sitting at a doctors office for over an hour does not do well with him. They have no toys or anything to help contain them and I hear sinde remarks like where is his mother they flat out refused to help me one time on the phone. This shot clinic drives me nuts. There are never any reasonable time slots for a working mother. I have to miss at least a half a day, which cost a lot of money. If it wasnt for Dr. Freccia I would leave and take my son elsewhere.
