This place is beyond awesome. They came right on time. I didn’t have to wait long. They were very professional. They made sure to keep on a mask and wear gloves for their protection and the protection of their customer. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I recommend whenever in need of a tow to go with this organization.

I went to get my car out of impound and when I got there they were saying they were open but no one was there I’m still waiting on my car this is the worst tow experience ever

Very poor service! I waited 2 hours! The dispatcher gave me the run around. First I was told within an hour. The hour passed and I had to call back to find out it would be another 30 minutes which turned into another hour. The tow guy Matt was great!

I called AAA to get my car out of the mud and they send Matt from Parker towing in Fayetteville and he did an amazing job of getting me out, my car was buried deep with the front end touching the groundIt took a lot of back and forth and readjusting chains but he did it!Thank you again Matt!

I was planning to have my truck towed because I could not get the truck to start. I had just put in a brand new battery. I called AAA and they contacted Parker Towing for my service. Before towing, the Parker Towing Service driver asked to check under the hood to see if he could see anything that he might could fix. Within 15 minutes he had the truck running again. That above and beyond action saved me money on repairs. I will definitely use Parker Towing for any future towing needs.

I have had the opportunity to receive services from Parkers Towing twice due to my association with AAA, and placing service calls. Both times they communicated with me right away from the office, as well as the driver. They came within the time frame that AAA set, actually sooner than I even anticipated. On both instances the drivers were very friendly and kind, very knowledgeable, and fast acting. They went above the call of duty as far as I was concerned. They did such a great job during my first service call with AAA, that I was actually relieved and instantly at ease when the AAA rep told me Parkers would be showing up for my second call. It was a great experience both times around. Would highly recommend!!!Once again I have had to call upon Parker to come help me, and was not let down. Danny showed up to help me with my car battery, and went above and beyond the call of duty. He showed me that Auto Zone had totally sold me the wrong wrong battery from my car. He said they also installed it wrong. and told me to immediately go up there and show them the print out of the battery test he did and demand they remedy the situation. I would have never known it was the wrong battery or installed improperly, and I am sure worse damage could have happened to my car if Danny had not taken the time to explain it. Parkers Towing and their AAA service made my day, and help me avoid certain disaster with my car!!! Awesome service, and even better people. (8/14/2019)

Very rude did not tow my vehicle. This advice is to anyone who values their money. This company has no respect employee came out was very rude and disrespectful never again.
