Cant say much but Ms. Bettina i wanna say thank you and all the other staff who put up with me while i was there! You all took goo care of us on our darkest ays and i am very thankful for that. PRTC isnt as bad as some say it might not have good food but many people who stay there turn out as a completely new kid. If i looked at myself before piney vs now i would choose now i dont have suicidal thoughts anymore thanks to yall!

This is absolutely the worst place in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually got one of the therapists fired years ago. The workbooks they make these kids fill out would make an adult blush. But also what I found out is they keep continuing to do treatment and extending their stay because they get 400.00 a day per child. They dont give two sh$%ts about your children!

This place is posted as an addiction treatment center. Reading the reviews of how the children are treated here is horrifying. I hope it is closed down!!! Sooner than later would be better!!

PRTC has come so far. Team of great, caring staff that truly are making a difference in kids’ lives during the most trying time of their lives.

Overall, the experience was pretty pleasant. Our daughters therapist was amazing. We felt for the first time in 2-3 yrs that someone was actually listening to what we have been going through as a family. It wasnt until our daughter developed a blood clot that it turned nasty. We understand the severity of the situation but we had an issue with director and at first the director of nursing understanding our situation with making arrangements for our 3 other children before we could come get our daughter. DON did call back and apologize for the stressful situation which we appreciated. We felt as if we werent listened to and that our job as a parents to other 3 children were not being validated. Our daughter was not any where close to being ready for discharged but medically she was not stable at the time but 36 hours later she is........makes you wonder. She is being followed by her pediatrician and further test are being run. But, we feel there was no excuse for the way we were treated and for that matter our daughter.

Seen many come in as uncaring about themselves or others. They leave having empathy for others and wanting better for themselves

My step son was suppose to be here at least 18 months. He was released early cause he reach his goal which oddly enough his insurance dropped months prior. His therapist was rude. She and the director would call but randomly leave a voice mail. We have a large family and one of our children in St. JUDES absolutely no understanding And a lot of lying from staff. Never really filled us in on him unless he was in trouble. Kelly was very nice though she was the person whom initiated everything for us. Other than Kelly I would never recommend this hell hole too anyone else.

This place is a joke. My son went from getting into trouble everyday for 9 months and on the 10 month they send him home saying he completed the program. He has told me things that is very unapropiate. His therphist wasnt very helpful at all. They didnt give him all his belongings when he got relased. I call and no responds. So please send ur child somewhere but here

Traumatic and horrifying experience with my son. Staff had no regard for safety! My son was attacked several times, stabbed, etc. The staff would only notify me about half of these incidents and was nonchalant like it was nothing. Please find another place to take your child, its not worth the damage they add on to your child. No matter what!!
