I working with them to get my father transferred after his foot surgery. They never return calls and are very rude. They seem to be understaffed and lacking managers with experience. I offered to prep pay 3 months of care and the female manager accused of trying to dump my father their and didnt trust that this was a short term stay. How crazy rude is that?After looking into their covid 19 case I am glad that my father is not going their.

The staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The on staff physicians are caring and qualified. The number one concern is your recovery and well being. The food I would rate at 3 1/2 stars out of 5, they really try!. Food is a personal opinion. You should know I felt safe and well cared for.This was my first experience of post hospital care. Their concern for your well being is 5 star. They always ask how you are doing or what you may need. Some nights are very busy with the elderly because of end of life issues. This is understandable and sad. You should know they care and take personally when someone passes this life. If I should ever need additional care I would come back to this facility. They strive to make your stay comfortable and see that your rehab is successful.

My mother was with Cedar Ridge for about 5 years. For the most part she was happy there. I did notice some neglect from time to time like her nails needed trimming and alone in her room and unable to get help. The staff was good for the most part and the food was good. The last month or so that she was there Covid 19 had spread through the facility and she ended up getting sick. Two months prior they restricted visits so I tried to setup a video conference for 2 weeks that never happened before she died. That made me very upset.

My mother-in-law was very well taken care of at this Nursing Home. Her last days spent were in good hands.

I’ve tried calling twice about coming with Valentine’s Day cards made for the residents. The third time, they STILL can’t find the event coordinator. We are trying to get out here in the community to do something nice for them, but with their bad communication and not getting back to people they ruin it for their residents.

Ive called there 3 times for info, left my name and number. Went there on the weekend and took a tour, took my mom the next weekend for a tour with the very friendly kitchen ladies. I filled out paperwork and was assured they would get back to me and iits thursday but still no return calls about admissions.

I have but one thing to say to anyone considering on rehabilitation or placing family memberf at cedar ridge...RUN FOREST...RUN! I wouldnt recommend sending a dying dog to this place, If you like your belongs rummaged through while you eat, cedar ridge is the idea place, the left hand dont know ehat the right hand is doing, the administrator is dishonest, very sleezy and slimey. Appointments are missed and cancelled such as recieving proshetics to add days staying to increase billing insurance company. Stay away from this facility at all costs. Dont leave a loved one here for one minute. Dont trust the adminstartion office dont trust the nursing staff, a couple are fantastic, the majority are real woks of art, short tempered , self pompus attitudes, narrow minded, doulbe standards running rampart. its the blind leading the blind at cedar ridge

Have seen great improvement with new management

Nurses dont give eye contact lacking concerns and act like they dont want to be bothered. Was not comfortable.

Very clean environment, very active, very helpful, family involvement is a plus. Love it
