I started seeing Lillie Murray after the death of a family member. The loss was traumatic for myself and my children. She used EMDR and cognitive behavorial therapy which helped me get back on track with life. She is very intuitive, personable, and professional. I recommend Lillie highly!! Went to Lillie Murray because shes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified. She also uses CBT and talk therapy. I was dealing with some PTSD from this thing we call life and she helped me through it. After a few months, I thanked her for all the work shed done with me.
