Tried to schedule a massage for my wife for when she has a day off (unfortunately she works on Mother’s Day.) Looked through the entire website, did not find anywhere to schedule appointment online. So i had to call the number that was provided (by the website). 1st call, no answer. So i called again just to leave a voicemail but someone answered (i figured “lucky me i can schedule right away”).So, immediatelyLady: “can i help you?” (rude tone, but i figured she’s probably just caught at a bad time).Me: “Yes, i’d like to schedule an appointment, for a massage”Lady: “Did you look at our website?” (hmmm agressive, still rude)Me: “Yes, however there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to schedule an appointment there so i just figured i’d call and see if i can do it that way?”Lady: ...(Passive Agressively says) ”oh..ok so you figured you’d call on a Sunday..ok well we do have..” *the rest inaudible* as i just looked at the phone and then at my daughter because this “professional” really just spoke like that.Me: ...”yeah... ok no never-mind, goodbye.”Conclusion: Could not even make an appointment, much less even go to the actual place here without encountering someone rude.Note to business: Welcome to the 21st century, if you hate taking call-in’s, then fix your website to where i can schedule through there OR at the very least have a note that says “please do not call on this day”.

I love MASSAGE. And finding Gosia at Heart Rock Massage Therapy has been a godsend. Her presence and amazing techniques allow me the space to rest and renew.Her office is warm and peaceful.
