Dr.Prince is by far the BEST Dr. I have had in over twenty years! She truly cares for her patients and has never been wrong about a medication or treatment for me or my adult daughter. I have moved to IL and if I could make the trip every month I would never leave her! Shes the best and her nurse Terry is a very helpful and caring nurse. So sad I had to leave them!

Always makes room for me, fine staff. Ive been seeing her for about 8 yrs. & she is a super diagnostician.

My father went to see Dr Prince last week. She sent home a piece of paper with his medicine changes, saying to cut back on an antidepressant that HE DOESN’T even take. Of course, she wasn’t in the office on Friday, so I had to wait 3 days for an answer. When I called her office this afternoon, ‘Stephanie’, who answered my call was having trouble understanding, saying that the med she wants cut back isn’t even in his file. (Of course it wasn’t because he’s been taking something else for years. I had her on speakerphone (since I was calling for someone else), and as hard of hearing Dad is, he STILL heard her SIGH HEAVILY into the phone before she transferred me off. Turns out, the nurse(?) who put his medications into the computer didn’t read his current meds right, and put in something he’s NEVER been on!! So, to those I’ve referred to Doc Carla, just remember that the doctor is great, but she has a very incompetent person working under her, AND a very hateful receptionist!
