Dr. Oppenheim is the most caring, professional, and intelligent optometrist I’ve been to. His staff are just as kind. Unlike other local eye places, they will not try push you on certain products or overcharge you. Thank you Eye Spy for providing optimal care. You rock

This doctor cares about you! He worked under an optomoligist MD..he will find underlining conditions and recommend fantastic specialists if he has a concern. He cares about the patient..not the money..in my opinion.

Dr. Oppenheim is by far one of the best eye doctors I’ve been to. He is very detailed in his exams and keeps you engaged through the entire experience. He never makes you feel rushed or gives the impression he doesn’t care about any questions or concerns. He really educates you about your eyes and your prescription. The office has its own charm about it and he has some cool stuff to look at while you are waiting. They always get me in right away with good hours to fit in after work. I tried a new contact lens brand and made the mistake of ordering a few boxes without giving it enough of a trial period. I hated the new lenses so I came back 2-3 months later and the staff gave me no hassle about returning them and re-ordering my preferred brand. I love this office! Won’t go anywhere else

Eye Spy Eye Care is great; Ive been a patient for 5+ years and would highly recommend. Dr. Oppenheim is super nice, incredibly thorough, and has taught me things about my eyes that have improved my daily vision.They also have a great selection of frames and can order them quickly if they dont have them in the store (theyve done this for me a couple times).

Dr. Oppenheim is fantastic. I couldnt recommend a stronger doctor who just has a natural talent for his craft and enjoys doing what he does. Reception could be better and more compassionate. The lab that they use is not great though. Glasses for me have taken more than the 7-10 days to come back on all occasions and they have messed up orders such as not adding AR coating which I pay extra for. The office does return the glasses to the lab no question, but the waiting time goes into effect again. Great doctor, but have patience for the glasses.

I bought glasses with OVVO brand frame 3 yrs ago. 6 months after I bought them, I sat on them and flattened them. I took them in to see if there was anyway anyway to fix/bend back because the frames are expensive and made of surgical steel/titanium. Eye Spy personnel were very helpful and told me the frames were covered for free replacement — I was totally surprised and relieved by the free replacement! Also, three years after buying the glasses, a screw came loose and took them to Eye Spy to see if they could replace the missing screw— they did and for free. Very satisfied with their products they sell and service!

Dr. O is very professional and kind. However his staff is incredibly rude. And because the staff is who I interact with more than the doc, regrettably I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will not tolerate being treated in such a rude manner as I have been by his staff.

Dr. Oppenheim was the first optometrist to figure out what type of lenses I needed to really correct my vision. Ive been seeing him for years. His staff is mostly new and so far they seem very responsive to customers. Highly recommend him.

My husband both use this place for our eye care. We’ve had a great experience everytime, and love how thorough the doctor is. The staff is also very helpful, as well as patient when you’re trying on different frames.

Been getting my eyes checked by Dr.O for years. He was the first doctor to diagnose a fairly rare disorder with my eye muscles and prescribe an eye muscle therapy system to help correct my misalignment that had been causing me double vision since I was a child.Staff is great, they are great about getting you in quickly. Definitely go see Doc O :)

I have a very Difficult prescription. I have to say that myself and my coworkers have found Dr. O to be great at getting it right. Thanks for “seeing” us all!

Dr Oppenheim is brilliant, kind and patient. I would recommend him to any and everyone... however his staff is horrible! There are two new staff members, that I am sure are going to pick up the rude and nasty behavior of the regular staff. I am left on hold, I have been left n the office alone so cigarettes can be finished, and am treated poorly and rudely whenever the doctor is not there. It is a continual problem. I have sent friends and family in on my behalf, and have taken them with me, and they too are astounded in the difference in treatment when the doctor is there and when he is not. Great doctor, rude rude rude and nasty staff. They really dont care about you or your needs, or your kids needs. Sad.

Dr. Oppenheim is the best eye doctor I have been to. It’s always a good experience working with him and his staff.

Im happy this building opened up as soon as my health benefits changed for the worse. Eye Spy accepts Humanas optical benefits offered by my job, whereas Dubin/Vargovic across the street does not.They decorated their already cramped interior to amuse any age, but I had no need of it as there has been no line nor wait for any service. I have seen only one optometrist here and he knows what hes doing. The prices for glasses lenses and contacts are fair but I might begin ordering elsewhere if the price increases again. I hope these guys dont close, the next closest optometrist that supports my benefits is too far to ride a bike!
