Absolutely love coming to this salon to get my nails done. I usually come as a walk in and most of the time there is always space for me. They do a great job matching the design I show them for my nails and they always make sure I leave happy! I recommend!

The staff were very friendly & provided excellent technique. Had a relaxing pedicure with hot stone leg massage. My dipping powder nails look beautiful. I was so excited to find such a quality nail salon so many states away from my home salon. When I return to the area I will book an appointment with them again!!

My manicure was HORRIBLE. The girl who did it cleaned my nails and without wiping or buffing them she put nails polish right on top obviously that created bubbles and rough once the nail polish dried out. I told them to fix it and they just kept putting on more nail polish on top.They didnt even massaged my hands or anything just because they had a regular customer waiting.Pedicure was nice I wont deny. That.WAIT THATS NOT ALL. Upon leaving the place they wanted me to make a payment from venmo or cash instead of credit card (they proffered venmo/cash) I wonder why 🤔I took my nailpolish off after 2 days and my nails are Sooo rough and there is no shine to them. 🤯. Foot nails are fine as I didnt get any polish and they did a good job in pedicure.My nails looked better and shiny before my manicure 😡🤬I guess I know now not to EVER COME HERE.

I have been going here for almost a year and the service is consistently great! The shellac manicures last compared to the many other shops that I had previously been. I have also had the pleasure of bringing friends and family along with the same amount of satisfaction. It is always pretty busy so I would recommend scheduling an appointment!

I went to VIP nails and was disappointed because my nails were done bad and the place was cluttered. And they didn’t wait supper long till the nails were dry in between coats. I was not impressed and I not looking forward to coming back. And on their website it said the nails were one price but they were actually like eight dollars more

Best quality nails for the right price, friendly and easy to talk to staff who are all so easy to love. They can do it all! My boyfriend even approves their pedicure services. I’ve tried most of the places around livonia and vip beats them all.

Acrylic glue was way too harsh. Took 5 of part of my nails off and there was blood inside 4 of my nails when I tried to take them off. This was all after one was barely glued on and fell off after a few days. the other 9 took nail files, clippers, and scrapers to get off after the nail polish remover barely helped at all. Do NOT get acrylics here.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The salon is a little on the small side and there was a bit of trash on the floor. It could use some sweeping. Even though it was pretty busy when I arrived I didnt wait long at all. Im happy with my shellac Pedi and will go again if Im in the area.

I bought a shellac mani & pedi that came to $123.00,way more than I expected to pay. Did not see pricing posted in the shop (like other nail salon Ive visited). Anyway, less than a week later my acrylics are loose and one had already fallen off. Called shop and they repaired it, no charge. Now 4 days later another nail has come off and 2 more are loose and expecting them to fall off as well. I have never experienced any acrylic popping off like I have with this shop. I am highly disappointed!!!

I’ve been going to VIP Nails regularly for over two years for manicures and pedicures and have always been very happy with the service they provide. Anytime I’ve had a nail break, I just stop by and they repair it for me at no charge. They’re happy to make suggestions for my nail color (I can’t ever decide!), and I’ve been very pleased with whatever they select. They do get very busy at times so I usually call for an appointment. If you don’t have an appointment you may have to wait. I’ve taken friends and family members to VIP for nail treatments and they have all been very pleased too. The owner always asks if I’m happy with my nails and will do whatever they can to fix any problems. Will continue to recommend this nail salon!

This was my first time ever here. workers were very very patient with what i wanted they were willing to make changes very quickly and were so nice about everything! my mom speaks english not the best and they still tried to have a conversation and talk to her just like any other client that made me very very happy. my nails were exactly what i wanted and even better. definitely coming back here again and suggest you to stop by them and get your nails done there!!!

This was my first time at VIP and I plan on returning. Sean did my dip manicure which looked great and lasted a little over 2 weeks. The one issue is that there were so many calls coming in and scheduling updates that Sean had to constantly answer the phone which really slowed me down. He was apologetic and super friendly which made up for it!

I can’t say enough about VIP Nails. They are by far the best. I have gone to so many nail shops and there’s always something that turns me off. Not VIP! If my nail breaks days later or literally anything else they will fix it. I will not go anywhere else. I get powder dip and it easily lasts 2 weeks. Lina does an amazing job and she’s a wonderful, caring person. Thanks guys for doing a great job every time.

1st time here, and Definitely impressed. The first set were beautiful but they had a mishap and two fell off the first day, i went in this morning and she completely refinished all of them to make sure it didnt happen again free of charge! The shape is perfect, design is beautiful.

Very calming pedicure, and it starts at only $32 for the most basic one! Talk about affordable. I brought along a book and was able to relax for an hour.

The owners are amazing and really get to know their customers and treat them like family. I have never had a bad experience here and recommend this place to all of my friends and family! 3 ppl to do one set of nails. Amy so she said her name is, started my nails in the middle of filing them she gets up, and seats another customer and starts her nails, then tell me when Sean is done he will come over. I patiently wait, he comes over and continues to do my nails all except polish them when i go to wash my hands and come back i was asked to go to another lady to polish them. Horrible service

My boyfriend and I just got our nails done on Sunday and it is now Tuesday and I got a mani pedi with Shellac there should be no reason as to why my nail polish is peeling completely off. Also the woman that sat me down and did my nails was in such a rush to get to other people she did not ask if I wanted nails or not just started painting my nails did not ask did I want a full set anything pressed for time after already being there for an hour I took my basic manicure polish and the total was $110 dollars $110 dollars for a service that completely did not even last me a WEEK long! I wish I could get my money back but I know that’s not possible to I will never be returning to this place again!

Got 2 mani/pedis here and it was great on top of my bill left a good tip. the next day im driving and notice 6/10 of my nails are already chipped less than 24 hours after getting them done and heres 36 hours after when i decided to take pictures. i asked for white nails and they used french tip polish, not sure if that has to do with the chipping, but i dont even want to waste my time getting them redone rather just get refunded for my mani. oh and my friends toe polish one of them the polish completely came off and weve never had this happen anywhere else prior. keep in mind i dont do any work that would cause chipping/damage to my nail polish.

This is my go to nail-salon.!! They can do any type of nail design you ask for, with reasonable pricing. Of course nails are expensive so you can’t expect good work for super cheap. But they make it extremely worth it without breaking your bank. They’re a very clean establishment and always extremely polite and inviting to customers.!!!

I had my first pedicure here today. The service itself was excellent and my shellac polish looks great. The staff made sure I was satisfied before leaving, which I really appreciated. I do want to make a BIG suggestion that every other pedicure chair is blocked. Staff is seating customers every other chair; however, I had visiting 2 family members of a client sit in the empty chair between us within 2 feet of me. This made me really uncomfortable because the current recommendation is to keep a 6 foot distance from strangers. All in all, they do a very nice job, but maintaining the space is a must. I’m hoping it’s a one time thing, as I would love to come back for more services!

This salon has a very nice owner and fabulous fun options for manicures. My chrome manicure looked great, but began rubbing off within a few days of getting it done. After 6 days it looked awful and considered taking it off myself. But I was bummed at the waste of money. I called the salon, explained what happened and they got me in the same day and changed my gel manicure for free! It looks great and I’ll definitely be back.

Got a mani and pedi done here. Would not suggest. Hardly massaged my hands or feet then I accidentally hit my foot on the dryer and she just casually painted over it but it so it looks uneven. Would not suggest.

I tried this salon for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. Finding a good nail salon is hard, but VIP Nails and Spa felt welcoming, professional, and clean right from the start. Though the place was packed on a Sunday afternoon, I didnt have to wait long to be seen for my appointment and the staff was attentive and kind even with the hectic pace. I got a fuschia chrome manicure that I love and had never tried before. Ill definitely be back!

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to be honest with my experience. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. When my pedicure was done the lady doing it touched my toes, paused, and pressed my big toe again. It made me wonder what was up, but then she told me I was done and to go get my manicure done. So I did. When I got home and took off my socks & shoes I had gel polish everywhere. The gel had not cured and my nails were an absolute mess. There was a clear smudge where the lady has pressed my nail and I was sooo disappointed that she ignored it. My hand application looked nice, but every single nail peeled off the next day.I debated going back to have them corrected, then I talked two three friends who all said their gel nails have peeled off the day of or the day after getting there nails done here. I decided to leave it and I will simply not return.

Most indifferent, unfriendly people ever. Worst manicure ever. Cut me twice and when I cried out, not even an insincere apology. It was a ghost town inside and the old lady was in a rush to finish. Horrible. Should be closed down.
