We helped my Dad get moved in here a few months ago and we have been beyond impressed with Ashbrook. First of all and most noticeably, It is so clean and it always smells good. This really makes a huge difference for me and I so appreciate it.My Dad is so happy there and always says he feels really well cared for. He also raves about the food. He lived in another Americare facility for a long time so he does have something to compare it to and he always tells me how much he prefers Ashbrook.The staff are easy to work with and have been so kind and helpful in all of our communication. I really couldn’t be more thrilled that we found Ashbrook and the community there. They are helping to make a difficult situation much easier on all of us and they do a great job at it.

Careful and professional care, I know that my Aunt is in safe hands with Ashbrook! The lady in charge has been incredibly helpful getting her settled in and really making it feel like home for her. Its great to see someone you love finally happy. They provide good entertaining senior care and the price is acceptable. Food is amazing! I highly recommend.

Charts are left out unattended, residents who have a complaint are told to just deal with it. I discussed food issues over 4 times before I was heard. I never met the head person and when I had a question she avoided me by walking into the building and hiding in her office.

Spectacular staff and residents really seem to be happy and cared for.
