Dr. Linard and his team are great! Thank you for helping me through both hip replacements.

DR.LINARD IS RUDE AN SO AS HIS ASSISTANT KRIS. MY DAUGHTER WAS IN A ACCIDENT AN THEY TREATED HER AS IF IT WAS HER FAULT. NOT ONLY THAT IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN IT TAKES 90 DAYS TO GET A CLAIM NUMBER I EXPRESS THAT TO THEM. MY LAWYER EVEN LEFT INFO SHE WAS GONNA SEND THEM A LEAN FORM STATING THAT THEY WERE GONNA STILL GET PAID. THEY STILL ACTED AS IF IT WAS A PROBLEM. THEN DR LINARD DID NOT WANT TO FILL OUT MY DAUGHTERS DISABILITY SLIP THE RIGHT WAY AND THEY MADE ME PAY ONLY TO DO IT WRONG. HE TOLD ME “YOU PEOPLE TREAT THIS AS A MONEY THING” I’ll NEVER GO BACK ILL BE TAKING MY BABY ELSEWHERE

YOU AND YOUR STAFF ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER SEEN I CAME THERE THREE TIMES AND TO THIS DAY MY ARM IS STILL NO BETTER AT ALL

I also felt Dr.Linnard didn’t care. I had multiply joint complaints. He could not focus on all Issues in this appointment. ( just one knee, one shoulder). I also Felt the visit was rushed. The information from this appointment and X-rays were not entered in the computer system, so when I had a rhemuatology visit 2 months later with another doctor, she didn’t have any insight from this appointment. 3 months later, and phone call from my primary, the appointmant info was finally entered. AND I was charged a NEW PATIENT DETAILED VISIT fee of $150.00, Which I wasnt informed of when I made the appointment. I’ve never been billed a New Patient fee from a doctor before.

Dr. Homer Linard replaced my hip. I developed an infection after this hip replacement, Dr. Linard was unfazed. He ignored my complaints of swelling, chills, and nausea. Almost didnt walk again, was without a hip for a year, out of work for 18 months, infection was down to the bone. Had six (6) additional surgeries before health risks went away. Rude, arrogant, uncaring and self-centered.

Dr Lennox was so awesome! He fit me into his busy schedule when I was desperate for an appt. He and his team were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining things to me. I really felt like they went out of their way to help me (even though I was a new patient to them). Its been a terrible couple days, due to my injury, but Im so glad to have them on my case!

The staff was friendly and the Dr. Linnard was very professional and gentle.

Staff is the worst I have ever encountered I would not go here even if my leg was falling off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
