I just spoke to someone at this office. I told her I was interested in becoming a patient. I asked if they had different levels of office visits based on time spent and what the associated costs were. She said that was the case, but Beaumont had not printed out the fee schedule, because they were busy with COVID. After I pressed further to know what office visits would cost, she gave me the phone number for their Billing Department. Then I asked how long it would take to get an appointment with Dr. Citron. She said it would be the end of July or the end of August. So, I told her that I had a shoulder injury and asked if I would be able to get in sooner. No, maam. She didnt offer to put me on a waiting list. She clearly could have cared less. It sounded to me like the practice is not interested in accepting new patients.

Unfortunately Sandra Lerner canceled my child’s vaccination appointment this week because he wasn’t up-to-date with his measles vaccination because of Covid. We couldn’t get him in and we’re afraid to bring our infant child into a doctors office. Highly unprofessional and I made a report with Beaumont. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please try to find another provider

I am so grateful i found Dr Lerner. She listens to me with actual concern. She doesnt talk down to me like so many doctors Ive seen in the past. I never leave feeling down on myself or disappointed. Theyre a busy office, so sometimes you have to wait. But, hey its a medical practice. This just means theyre actually taking time with their patients.

Dr. Lerner is excellent. She gets to know her patients and is a great listener.

I waited an 30 minutes to go to the back and then another 45 waiting on the doctor and she still didnt come i had another appointment to go to so i just left. They were very unorganized and unprofessional i waited 2 months for this appointment Im very angry.

Sloth-like response time for medication refills and any sort of communication between you and your doctor.
