I’m so happy that I visited this place! Truly soulful experience. It’s a family business and not only the massage but also the talk with my therapist was therapeutic. I felt rejuvenated. The massage was amazing and I’m surely coming back soon again.

This is hands down the BEST massage place Ive ever been to! Several advantages- prompt appointment, very courteous staff, no paper work, 60 minutes is 60 full minutes of massage. Cristina, the therapist is a thorough professional. She understood my problem area and paid more attention to that zone, also added some hot stone therapy and stretching. Perfw try customized massage. So worth the time and money.

Totally unexceptional! I called and asked the lady on the phone recommend for me a good massage therapist since I was first times coming and she said everyone is good so i went there to give a try! 15 minutes after the lady massager hurt my back bone and hurt my skin ( she has verry thick hang nail so it cut my skin! feel pretty hurt). I walked out and complained with the guy up front. not sure he is the manager or owner! he even didnt say anything or even apologized then I left. Not highly recommend unless you know who is good to come!

My regular massage lady is named Amy and she does a thorough job and takes a great deal of pride in her work and its much appreciated every time I visit!

OMG! This place is a hidden jewel. I lucked up and tried this place and I am so glad I did. Hell, Im booked for the next couple of weeks!

We all know what a happy ending is. But have you ever had a happy middle? I have. And it’s basically the future of happiness. Imagine getting a happy ending.... in the middle.... and then getting a massage while you’re comatose in the gooey rapture of post hand job holy shitness. This place has introduced me to a way of being that ruins all other ways of being. In the great traditions of dessert first or breakfast for dinner, they changed the order of things and made it better. Unless you’re the police in which case I just got a massage and it was normal

Great experience. I had a very sore shoulder and the lady worked on it with great effort. The overall experience was relaxing. The shoulder work unavoidably required some discomfort, but the result was absolutely worth it. Greater flexibility and much less pain than before I visited! Excellent!

I really disappointed of this place, i dont know whats her name ? She is unprofessional and she used the phone and give me a massage with one hand , Actually I do not feel comfortable and the phone she left on my Massage table vibrates whenever her message arrives. One more important thing is the sheets are very dirty, She did not ask me if the pressure was enough, I was tired of the neck and explained to her but I do not know why she did not touch the area I need help with... while I paid for 90 minutes and she gave me only 75 minutes haha

Me and my boyfriend came here to get a relaxing couples massage. They did not ask what type of massage we wanted and they just stuck us in a room. The two ladies giving us the massages were giggling and laughing the entire time which was very unprofessional but I just let that slide. The entire time of the massage I felt like someone was rubbing lotion on my back and when I told the lady to go harder she dug her elbow into my back and just started moving it around and it was so painful. When I looked over to see if my boyfriend was enjoying his massage, the lady still had the cover on his back and was just rubbing his back with the cover on....mind you this was 30 minutes into the massage. At that point I knew it was time to leave. We had to cut our massage 30 minutes short. We have gotten multiple massages before and this was by far one of the worst massage places ever. They are very unprofessional and at the end when the “owner” asked us why we cut it short and we told her she still made us pay for it and did not accomadate us. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER return to this place. It is now a day later and I am having the worst back pain ever from the lady digging her elbow in my back. These people need to go back to school because they do not know how to give massages. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went in with my usual back, neck, and shoulder pain and the massage therapist was able to do what no other massage service was able, which is to, eliminate the pain. For that reason I wrote this post. I am very thankful for the help as I could bare the pain no more. I recommend massage therapist Mrs. Lee.

Best massage...Ever!

BE CAREFUL!!! If you choose to go to this place. I booked a massage for 90 minutes on Sunday 12/29/19 at 12:30 pm. I got there much earlier than anticipated. So they got me into the back to my room and I got prepped for the massage. To make a long story short my massage was actually good when my massage therapist was actually massaging me. That is when she wasnt on her cell phone. I counted 2 maybe 3 times where she actually stopped and started texting someone mid way through my massage. At one point she said that one of the people texting her was her boss who she says was asking questions about if I had been there before or if this was my first visit (I cant verify for sure that she really was texting with her boss or just one of her girlfriends but regardless so be it). At one point she actually stopped and rested one hand on me but continued texting with the other hand for about a minute or so. I couldnt believe it. Ive been getting massages for probably almost 10 years now and Ive been to many different places throughout the country and have never experienced unprofessionalism like this. Lastly, my 90 minute massage was cut short by 15 minutes. I got off the table at 1:45 (instead of 2 pm) and that was it. When I got out to the lobby to pay I had informed the young lady at the desk that my massage was cut short by 15 minutes. So thank God they agreed to take off 10 bucks and I walked out paying $80.00 instead of $90.00 for what wound up being a 75 minute massage. But if youre going to charge 90 bucks for 90 minutes then you should also charge 75 bucks for 75 minutes especially if the client was shortchanged. So all in all my experience was not the worst thing in the world but it certainly was very unusual and I would not advise anyone to go here in the future OR if you do decide to go then read the reviews first and choose your therapist wisely and make an informed decision. The sad thing is that as I said before the massage itself felt great but as I read through other reviews after the fact it looks like there have been others who have experienced the same thing or something similar in this place and you really never know what youre going to get in a massage therapist until you get to the place and begin the massage. So if you do choose to go just know that you are entering at your own risk. Just because you request 90 minutes does not mean that youll get it....even if 90 minutes is one of the options offered!

Christina did a great job, excelling at both firm and light massage(when I, eventually, decided firm wasnt game enough for firm). I highly recommend her, and she, apparently, has been working in the industry for 14 years.

Surprisingly good deep tissue massages. Price is average. Ability to schedule you on short notice is an added bonus.

Absolutely amazing! Not your typical massage, yes, there is some delicious discomfort but it leaves you feeling lighter than air. My husband and I went there with a Groupon and are so glad we found it. We will definitely be going back. You just have to relax and submit your body to their magic; they know the human body inside an out and I completely trusted her (Kristen) with doing her job well. My husbands therapist was Wanna and he was equally impressed. As with any other massage or body treatment, if the discomfort raises to pain just speak up, thats common sense.

I went to Body & Soul Thai Massage recommended by a male friend whos gotten their Signature Massage a couple of times. My friend’s coccyx (tailbone) problem was alleviated by two different therapists (Wilai and Pim) in two different times, and he is very satisfied with the results.I went for the Traditional Thai Massage, a full-body stretch, more appropriate for my lower back pain. I was happy to have a handy place nearby (we live in Franklin), but didnt expect much. What a surprise: IT WAS WONDERFUL.My therapist, Moi, knows exactly how to apply the proper pressure, using her hands, elbows, arms and knees. Im a big man -- 61, 240 lbs. -- but although she is more of a mignon type she was able to maneuver me very ably. After an hour I was feeling extremely well. I’m looking forward to go back there within a week or two. Another point very important for me: it’s a low-key place, without the fanciness associated to your regular spa. As a result I felt more relaxed to begin with.I sure recommend the place.

I was disappointed. I was not asked which massage my wife and I wanted. It is the first time that a massage was so painful and not relaxing to me and my wife. I give 3 stars for tremendous strengh and some effort.

My husband and I had a couples massage. The lady who massaged my husband did an amazing job on him not sure what her name was but she truly puts her every bit of effort in her massages. On the other hand I had a lady named Lisa. Sorry but she is the reason I will never return to that place. First off I payed for an hour massage and was cut short by 15 minutes. When the massage began, she left the room to go do something not sure what it was, then she did a lot of stopping throughout and ended my massage short. Not at one point of my massage did I feel good, she was shaking me vigorously more than soothing me I just felt awkward. I was looking over at my husband pretty much the whole time to see if he was enjoying his, and honestly I couldnt wait for it to be all over. I get plenty of massages and am so upset with my experience. I dont know how she is even employed she needs to go back to school and learn all over again b/c all her techniques where not soothing. It was hard, like totally digging in my bones type of massage. NOw my right hand is hurting me and numb, i keep rubbing it myself. Well Im happy my husband enjoyed his massage. At least one of us did. My husband even said afterwards omg your lady did not know what she was doing. NOrmally after a massage my face has a relaxing look, where my eyes look like i just woke up, my voice sounds like Im getting over some sickness. Well in this case I was in much better shape prior to that massage and more relaxed being at home. So if you happen to go their dont allow LISA to massage you. Sorry Lisa but people come and pay to relax, i feel bad that you had a client like me who tells the honest truth. But thats why I never left a tip, you cut my massage short, well honestly i cant even say massage, cause that was far from a massage. I payed for 45 minutes of pain.Crystal
