Ladies in the office were polite and had a fun time during my visit. However, I have been waiting for over a week to get my contacts in the mail and they wanted $20 extra dollars to mail my glasses. (not sure if or what they charged me extre just to mail my contacts directly from manufacturer.) When youre charged nearly $900 for glasses and 90 days of contacts then you should ship it for free. I dont appreciate all the sneaky add ins they did. They also gauged me an additional sitting fee for adding contacts. Thats what I called in and asked for glasses and contacts and they didnt clean the room between the time I sat for glasses and went right back into the same room to pop in my contacts. Well see what the quality of my purchases are whenever they finally get to me. That will effect my final review.UPDATE: So after 2 wks of not recieving my contacts or glasses I call in. Told my contacts are in and I can pick them up. I said well they were supposed to direct shipped to my front door. She says they can do that but itll be $20 apiece to ship them. I said thats not what I was told and if that wasnt the case why hadnt they called me to let me know they were in? Blah blah they will upcharge you every way they can and I would never go back. Sneaky on their upcharges and expensive in the first place. Completely uncaring when they misspeak or cause you an inconvenience. I would never go back. Check out my other reviews I dont just dump on businesses this was a bad experience with bad customer service.THE SAGA CONTINUES!: So now not only did I get the wrong prescription, they cant find the right one. And after 6wks(yeah I kinda understand pandemic and all but complete lack of communication is inexcusable) theyre going to ship my contacts directly to my house. Like they said they would initially then tried to charge me to do. Probably just so the do not have to see me again. Feeling is mutual. Will never do business here again and will warn others not to as well save your money and hassle and go somewhere else. Unbelievably bad experience.

Had a WONDERFUL experience with Dr. Demurcurio and his staff on 07/17/2018. The clinic is clean & contemporary. The doctor is thorough, personable, funny, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He explains everything and doesnt make you feel like youre on an egg timer. Ive found my new Doc!

I have been going to Dr. Demercurio for 10 years. Never once have I had a bad experience. I thoroughly appreciate the time he takes in explaining everything, from the anatomy of my eye to the type of lenses that work best for me. His staff, especially Lisa, is always very nice and professional. I like that when I call in, she remembers me! Great office, nice people!

I have been coming here for years. Dr DeMercurio has all of the latest technology and helps you make practical correction choices based upon your activities and lifestyle. He is always full of suggestions if you explain your concerns to him. I can stop in anytime for free adjustments, nose pad replacement and cleanings. They never try to oversell or rush you in choosing new glasses. πŸ‘

Had a bad experience!!!!! I paid for my exam out of pocket but once I called back 1 day later to see if there was something I could do to use my insurance I was told THERE NOTHING THEY COULD DO . I even suggested could I just get a refund and my insurance be billed that way and I was told again THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO . Its a bad feeling when someone takes your money then you become old news . WELL WITH THIS BEING SAID THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER

Dr. D of Professional Contact Lens has been my familys optometrist for over 25 years. He and his staff are beyond knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. You wont find nicer people or a wider variety of frames anywhere else!

I’ve been Dr. Demurcurio’s patient for decades. He’s the best, and so is Kim! I would tell anyone to go to him - even if you’ve been told you can’t wear contact lenses. If Dr. D can’t fit you into lenses, it’s because they don’t make them for your particular eye.

Had an exam and got glasses from here. The woman that helped me was very rude and short with me. She told me her name was Natalie. When I called the store a week later to ask her for help I was told that no one under that name worked at the office. She lied about her name and she is somehow the manager. Who does that?

Just few minutes ago, I got a confirmation call from it for my sons contact lens exam tomorrow. It was really nice to have this kind of confirmation call.However, I had a question. Few days ago, I dropped by JCPennys glass store to change my sons prescribed glasses. He really wanted to keep his own frame. But JCPenny refused. So, I wanted to ask the one who called me from the Professional Contact Lens and Optical Clinic if they can replace his lens only. But she handled me like a beggar. She asked me So.... Do you want to keep the appointment or cancel it? I was shocked, and replied OK, Cancel it!Few minutes later, I called the store (I dont think its really a clinic or anything) and asked to talk to the store manager. Amazingly she is the manager. Unbelievable! Isnt it? How can this kind of store survive in this competitive business?Never go there! Period.

Went there for a contact exam and was so happy with my lenses- great place to go to whether its prices, service, etc. Dr DeMercurio is very intelligent and nice! Will be going back.
