Check-in was easy, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Assaad was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and answered my questions thoroughly.The only disappointment was at the check-out window. The assistance was awful. I wasnt greeted, no smile, the young lady barely looked at me and didnt explain the next procedure. She said, This job is too stressful. She kept her face covered with her hand, and when she asked me about appointment times, she looked at me as if I was getting on her nerves. When she handed me my forms, she just said, You can go.This is why I gave 4 Stars. That lady needs to understand that patients have feelings too, and if she hates her job, then she needs to find a better fit.Thank you

He is an amazing surgeon!! I feel 110% better after he cleared an artery in my leg.
