Dr. Foxworthy and her staff are amazing! I had a persistent issue with a sharp pain in my neck after starting to work from home due to Covid. I thought seeing a chiropractor might be the fix and started going to Anchor Health and Wellness. Dr. Foxworthy took X-rays initially, explained them to me, and answered all my questions in depth. She adjusted me and suggested a number of at home changes I could make to avoid this reoccurring neck pain. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and insightful! After making the changes she suggested and going in for a couple adjustments, my neck pain is gone. Now, I receive adjustments regularly, because of how refreshed and taller I feel afterwards every time- it’s addictive! Also, I have gotten a massage through her office and those are absolutely incredible- wish I could do those regularly too! Everyone in her office is delightful and very skilled at what they do. Dr. Foxworthy and the staff at Anchor are wonderful! They were able to take me in as a new patient on the same day I called and Dr. Foxworthy took her time getting to know me and addressed all of my concerns. I left the office being able to move my neck without pain, and I have been going back ever since!A few added bonuses - extended hours during the week and open on Saturdays, comfortable waiting room with a kids area and toys, less than 15 minute wait time (usually less than 5), and friendly and accommodating staff (that dont get an attitude if you have to reschedule at the last minute). A huge plus for me - while they do have supplements available for purchase, they have never pushed me to buy anything. I am super grateful for this, as I have experienced the opposite elsewhere. There are also massage therapists on-site and breast thermography, but I have not utilized those services.I highly recommend Anchor Health and Wellness!!

The entire family sees doctor Foxworthy for regular adjustments. I have also had massage work from the office and just cant speak enough about Amanda. I started with Dr. Foxworthy and Anchor about 2 weeks ago and I have already had great improvement. I was getting a lot of headaches from the tension in my neck and so I wanted to try a different approach. Dr. Foxworthy took x-rays and explained what she saw. She made several recommendations such as sleeping positions, as well as ways to sit at my desk to help with my pain, prescribed some great stretches and started working on adjusting me. My headaches are much better, and the stretches are really helpful. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating.

Amanda is, without doubt, the best massage therapist Ive ever had work on me.I referred my husband to Anchor, and he is equally impressed with the care he receives.I cannot recommend them enough!

I started at Anchor Health & Wellness several years ago after my left knee had been bothering me for months. I assumed I was headed toward using a walker as I was about 65 years old. After a thorough exam, Dr. Foxworthy assured me that was not the case and began a series of treatments that left me pain free. Problem solved. Over the years Ive had some aches & pains and ALL have been solved with the chiropractic treatment and massage therapy at Anchor. Im now 70 and have committed to a monthly maintenance program as a preventative measure. These treatments along with recommended exercises I do at home are keeping me in great shape! Ive been coming here for 8 months now & Ive never felt better. The Dr. was very thorough during my first visit with x-rays & assessments to coordinate a plan to get a pinched nerve issue Id been suffering with for years taken care of. I now come in on a regular basis for preventative care & Im so glad I do, I feel like Ive had less general health concerns since beginning treatment. I would highly recommend the office, everyone is so friendly, its clean, its comfortable, and its professional. I havent yet had a massage here but I did receive a gift certificate for one so I will be sure to update my review though based on the chiropractic services Im guessing the massage will also be top notch!

I absolutely love getting my chiro adjustments here! Dr. Foxworthy is wonderful and has always helped me whenever I have had a headache/back pain. I have a crazy schedule with 2 kiddos which normally results in me needing to call same day for an adjustment and the office has always been obliging. Dr Foxworthy is also amazing with a neck adjustment. I have been to several chiropractors that have messed up my neck, but here my neck always feels better. Also, Anchor Health and Wellness gets bonus points for having kiddo toys in the waiting area, my 3 year old loves coming here with me. Love this office!

I have gone to Dr Foxworthy for years... She is a very caring Dr... who listens to the concerns of her patients. She explains what your issues are in terms you can understand. I injured my lower back when I was in my late teens.. As I get older, I tend to feel that injury.. By going to Dr Foxworthy.. she has kept me in check..and I can function.....In addition, getting massages in the office are great, since they have knowledge of what is wrong with you and work with the Dr to make sure they are taking the best care of you.

Called days ahead of my appointment to confirm that they would take my insurance they took my information and gave me an appointment so naturally I assumed everything was in order. Drive 30 minutes to this place walk in and they tell me they do not take my insurance. Seems like their phones were working just fine so Im not sure why I wasnt contacted instead I wasted time and gas to get there. The whole reason I called in advance was to make sure they took my insurance then they say they dont. Didnt see the chiropractor and left very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

I get my breast thermography done there. Dr Foxworthy is great and the staff is so friendly. Ive also had a couple of massages there which were amazing.

Off, because my ailments were no longer an issue; when another issue started, I knew exactly who to return to; Dr. Foxworths Anchor Health & Wellness Ctr. They also have other services, such as massage therapy, products for your pain maintenance (i.e., BioFreeze, etc.), and other great services. The staff is always warm and friendly; very professional environment and the ambiance is extremely relaxing. Youd love the personal touch that they give you, as well. Id refer anybody to them as it is a one-stop shop when it comes to health and wellness, and healing your body.

My issues are very few and far between, but I continue to go on a regular basis to maintain my good back health. Without Dr. Foxworthy I firmly believe that I would be continuing cortisone injections for back pain and taking pain medication. I have gone into her office unable to straighten up and have walked out fully erect. Not only is she personable, competent and efficient, but so are her staff. I have also had massage therapy for back issues and even elbow tennis which have reduced my pain and increased my movement. I would always recommend her and her staff the rest of my family see her when they have issues.
