There is a special place in hell for these people. Was told 5 times my wheelchair was ready although everytime I showed up there was a different reason I couldnt pick it up. Nicole deserves a 5 star for personally taking it upon herself to make sure situation was resolved and only working with her so there was no further confusion. You need to retrain your whole staff to be like Nicole. She treats you as a person and not a number on a spreadsheet. Thank you Nicole for actually caring for me as a human being.

There is always an error, issue or problem. Incorrect diagnosis codes caused a denial that had to be resubmitted. Supplies are always on backorder, yet I can have them the next day from Amazon. Every time I go in, they tell me my insurance is inactive. 3 times now Ive had to call my insurance to call in to advise my insurance is good. I dont know what the issue is, but its really irritating.After being told my things were on backorder and my insurance inactive, my insurance company called them and I received my ostomy supplies the next day, today.Wow.

The worst customer service that Ive ever experienced, went in the 1st time for equipment repair, they never ordered the part or had any record of anything being ordered, went in 2nd time and had no record of part being ordered, so they said to call and they can order part after I give them serial number, then I called and they said I need to go to them so they can look at it and order the part. Obviously Im not going to go back, if I go there twice twice and it didnt get ordered, then theres no way Im going back a 3rd time

The personnel , especially the specialists who help customers choose and operate prescription medical equipment have always been great for us but the order picking used to take FOREVER, now it is faster but still slow. customers who call a day or a couple of hours before they come to pickup multiple item orders will be the happy ones. Four stars because we do need to makes calls ahead of order pickup.even small orders may take an hour. The personnel who dealt with our insurance claims were very efficient and worked to make sure claims were made properly. Have been using this store monthly for three years.

Was having a horrible time with Essentia Home Healthcare supplies.I Called Sanford to see if they had what I needed was told yes, walked in got my equipment and left. Essentia told me the earliest they could get what I needed would be the end of July. Thanks Sanford for giving me my life back!

All I had to do was pop in and order my supplies once I had my cpap scrip, and they were delivered to my house in a day or two with no problems. Service was great.

Awesome and helpful getting my new equipment! All the questions I had were answered. Did not have any problems that others have had. I will update this should that change but my experience was great!

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I stopped into the Fargo - Health Care Accessories for Women Store today and they were so helpful and friendly! The store was well organized and clean.

Was told it would just be a 95 dollar fee that day to upgrade breast pumps. Only to then get billed an additional 62 dollars from insurance. This should have been mentioned that day and not led us to believe is was just the 95 dollars. Make sure to double check with your insurance before purchasing.

Terrible customer service, aside from a couple helpful people. Owed us money, and refused to work with us to reimburse. Got so tired of the runaround that we gave up. Dont expect anything handed to you: fight for whats yours and what you need to be healthy.Kim is good to work with: hes been very nice to my kids and is usually very helpful.

The new Sanford Healthcare Accessories store in Alexandria is well done; the staff is very helpful. I was inquiring about some new CPAP equipment and compression stockings and they were very informative. I look forward to working with them for future needs...thanks Brittney!

To Dean and Kim in respiratory therapy I give you a five star rating for helping me once you became aware of my emergency. To the unnamed respiratory therapist who left me high and dry when you assured me you had everything taken care of for my ventilator (which is life and death) and you took off for the afternoon and left leaving no instructions. Then and to The very rude and unhelpful receptionist Who when I asked for help said, dont put this on me, I am only here to answer the phone. I hope you never experience what it is like to have difficulty breathing and I hope you never do this to a patient again that relies on the ventilator. If I had the option to rate you I would give you zero stars.

I only gave one star because I could not give zero. This place is horrible. I have been dealing with them for over 4 years and they constantly make mistakes with the orders. They do not care about patient care or satisfaction at all, only about money. The on-call respiratory therapists are extremely rude and try to get out of doing their jobs. Unfortunately, there arent many other options for the supplies in this rural area. I wish I didnt have to deal with them.

My sons dr sent us here for orthotics. We live out of town they have horrible walk in hours mostly by appointments only. It took 3 weeks for our first fitting. Then another 3 weeks to get a scheduled appointment which got canceled because they did not submit the billing through insurance properly so they canceled the appointment resubmitted through insurance and got denied again. It’s been another 2 weeks and my insurance is telling me it is covered but they are not submitting everything for our case. The lady who called was rude and telling me to pay out of pocket and when I said I talked to insurance and it’s covered she still insisted I pay out of pocket instead of fixing the insurance claim. Still no resolution or product.

Terrible customer service. Terrible lay out of building. Unfriendly service. Location is hard to get in and out of. NOTHING ABOUT visiting this place went well. Were not able to help with what we stopped for(That much I give them credit it was not necessarily their fault). Communication tween doctor and institution needs some major improvements.

Say that products can be ordered in yet refuse to even begin process to get them. Claim that its all an insurance issue and that we need to provide doctors information. Yet they wont contact the doctor to get that info and they wont tell us exactly what is needed. They flat out refuse to do any extra work and when pressed on it they turn it around saying the customer is being rude. Would not recommend ever and would like to see a group of people come together to report this as other reviews seem to show similar reports.

I can’t even believe a place that sells Health Care Accessories can be this bad.. you’re literally dealing with people in need of health care items which are VERY important and a lot of the time VITAL TO RECOVERY.I’m in Desperate NEED of my Small Compression Vest, and after playing phone tag for 3 days with these people leaving numerous voicemails, I get a phone call saying “oh well we can mail it out but you wont get it till next week some time” I don’t HAVE THAT KIND IF TIME.When I need compression on my chest 24/7 Waiting two weeks just isnt okay. And i was fitted for a vest WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL. I’ve been out for two weeks and still get to wait till next Tuesday which is another 4 days away, to pick up the vest I need.This is ridiculous.

They continue to bill me month after month for a C pap machine saying that its my rental fee and for services rendered yet I havent even used it once since July 2016....Sanford as a whole treats their patients like a number and not a person.
