Extraordinary staff and facility. Friendly, accommodating, helpful from the owner down. Lots of great amenities like nail trimming Wednesdays and free dog park. Additionally, Sally the Groomer is the best Ive experienced over 15 years of owning a Westie.

I have scheduled my dog to get his nails done 3 time there, once they did a rush job and his nails where terrible the other times they forgot to do them but still billed me. Staff isnt properly trained on billing either. Have had billing issues in the past as well.Now Harwood location is awesome they take great care in the dogs. They are the total opposite of Fargo. Will take my dog to Harwood anytime and when ever possible.

Staff and owner know nothing about dogs and the facility smelled like urine the moment I walked in the door. Owner outright lied in phone conversations prior to my visit and the staff are fearful of anything over a 2 pound ankle biter cotton ball, and as anyone who actually knows anything about dogs knows, that is NOT how you act around ANY dog. Seems they only want to take tiny dogs and have untrained staff who know NOTHING about dogs, they are just there to take a pay check. I should have read all the reviews about this facility and even though it inconvienced me during my trip for my daughters wedding, after being assured by Marsha the owner that she understood Australian Heelers in the phone conversations over the months prior to our visit. In the end I am glad I didnt end up wasting my money supporting a business that knows nothing about dogs and lies outright in communications with the public. Dogs ARE the best judges of character and Maxx says dont bother with this place Dont take it from just me read the reviews and NOT just the good reviews, because the bad reviews are by people who also failed to heed the warning signs of a bad business.

Eddie and Barkus is an amazing place, they have become like family to me and my dog. My corgi loves going there and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The employees are always so welcoming when we come in and the facility is always clean whenever we come in. Highly recommend bringing your dog here. I promise they will have fun and be treated as if they were they were the employees own dogs.

This is by far my favorite place that I have found to bring my dog to for daycare and I have tried several in the area. All the girls know her by name when we walk in the door and are always super friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Monkey is always happy to go there in the mornings and we both get better sleep at night because she spends her day getting all her energy out! So thankful for all you guys do for our pets :)

My dogs go to Eddie and Barkus daily for daycare and happily call it a home when I am out of town. The staff are amazing and extremely personable. The facility is always clean when I am there are my dogs are cared for by the staff like they are their own. I do not hesitate with recommending E&B to everyone I know. Daycare days and field trips are something that my dogs look forward to every morning. This is our family and we love everyone here. You will not be disappointed with anything at this top notch business!

E&B is like a second home for our dogs! They love going and seeing the staff and their pupper friends at daycare! I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone not only because of incredible daycare and boarding, but also because E&B is so much more than that! They do AMAZING grooming and really care about your dogs! E&B is also like a second family for our dogs! We walk in and without a doubt the staff knows who we are and who our dogs are! When we board our dogs, I am fully at ease knowing that they are safe, having the best time, and that they are being taken care of and being treated like family! If you are on the fence about boarding/daycare I absolutely recommend checking out E&B!

My dogs are completely worn out and pics show huge grins. They both run to go to staff at Eddie Barkus and outside of there they are guarded with people. So comfortable leaving my Harry kids here.

My dogs were taken care of, but was misled on charges for boarding. I was told it would be 20 a day per dog and was charged 226 for two days for two dogs. Why do you have to be chrged for daycare when you are boarding your dogs?

My dogs and I absolutely love E&B! Ive been taking my 6yr old goldendoodle here ever since he was a puppy, and now bring our newest puppy, a mini schnauzer. They both love their time there, and the girls that work there. I fully trust the staff with my babies, and know they are safe and having fun while in their care. The field trips are an absolute treat for my goldendoodle, he goes every week!! I love the report cards that he gets sent home with, and the pictures they take, its so special!! I have recommended E&B to my friends and will continue to do so. My pups are lifers for sure!!

Eddie and Barkus has been our go to business for our boys (our pups) since 2007. We have used them for both daycare and overnight/hotel services. Our boys are ALWAYS excited to be dropped off and are ALWAYS happy and tired when we pick them up. My husband has allergies to pet dander to we usually opt for a bath after an overnight stay. The pups come home fluffy and smelling good for days.Recently Ive noticed that there is even a wall in the waiting room with paws which appear to be dedicated to pets who have passed. Our boxer Roman started going Eddie in 2007 and sadly passed in 2014. We wish he could have a paw on the wall with his name on it. But I keep forgetting to bring this up to the business because I only look at the wall when they are in the back getting the pups during pick up. The pups then come out to greet me and there is so much excitement from their day that I forget to mention the paw to them.We feel communication with Eddie and Barkus has been good and if there is ever a concern, its always addressed promptly and appropriately. Good communication is key from both business AND customer. We will likely continue to use Eddie and Barkus for as long as we have fur babies. They treat our fur babies like royalty and we appreciate it!

Eddie and Barkus is such a fantastic facility. All the employees truly put their heart and soul into everything they do there. All the employees love the dogs there like the dogs are their own. Wouldn’t recommend any other place to take your dog to daycare and to board them. You are in safe hands at Eddie and Barkus!

Eddie and Barkus is an exquisite facility. My dog loves going to daycare here and is always tired when we come home. Also, the baths are top notch and very thorough. You also have options of 2 locations that cater to all personalities of dogs. All around excellent service.

Caesar loves E&B And he loves the staff he is a lover boy!!! The owner and the staff are awesome to work with when we 1st started . But after 3 years of being there it breaks my heart to say goodbye. But I have a feeling that something is not right... I also feel communication should be your first priority with a customer and I also feel that policies need to be upfront. Also the policy should be on a paper.And if there is any updated policies that should have been on paper too. Thank God were out of this place I am so glad that Caesar has found a better daycare. Im glad that Caesar doesnt have anxiety anymore at the new daycare compared to this place this place already gives me anxiety.

Taking my dog to Eddie and Barkus was the best decision I have made for his development yet. They are genuinely happy to see my pup every morning, and he is crazy happy to see them. I drive to work every day confident that my dog is well taken care of and having a blast. He is behaving better, and sleeps like a log all night. His social skills with other dogs and humans is terrific as well. Honestly, I cant think of one bad thing to say about this service.

Eddie and barkus is the best place you can bring your dog to! The staff and management are amazing and the facility is extremely clean and fun for your little fur-baby!! My Aussie loves to run off all his energy and see all his friends when he comes to daycare!

$112 hair cut for my 10lb dog! First off, I wasn’t advised that I would be charged for 2 time slots, especially after it was only one slot the first time we were there. Secondly, I called that morning to ask what time I could drop him off and she said anytime, but did not advise that I would be charged for half day of daycare. I also asked for a specific haircut, which was not done. When I spoke with the owner, Marsha, about this she was erratic, did not listen to anything I said, and continued to raise her voice and talk over me as well as continually stating ‘Well did you know your dog bites” (Which for the record, I was very clear the first time I went there that he gets kennel shy and he will nip if you try to grab him out of the kennel). I’ve never experienced such immature behavior out of an adult, let alone a business owner whose success depends on good customer service.

In 2015 we moved out of the state and we were so sad to leave the Eddie & Barkus family. They had been so great to us! We moved back a year later in 2016 and its been nothing but problems for us since. Unprofessional staff, refusal of service, higher prices, snooty service, and rude comments from the owner. We are sad that this has happened and we now feel that it is best to find a new daycare service for our fur baby.

Great place and Renae was the best, but now shes gone. My dogs always look and smell great. Only downfall is you have to wait two months on an appointment, if not longer now that Renae is gone.

My Cocker Spaniel, Penelope, loves the daycare and staying the night every time she comes. The Eddie & Barkus team went out of their way to replace her bed when it was damaged by accident which shows a huge amount of integrity and ownership. They have garnished a great deal of respect from me as a pet owner.

E&B is the best place for my dogs! The outdoor play area is awesome! They really know what they are doing and take great care of my dogs whether they need just a day of play, a hotel stay, or even a spa day!

Eddieandbarkus is amazing!! They take such good care of the dogs and treat them as if they’re family. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, they really put your pet first. My golden retriever Copper always loves going to the Harwood location as well as the Fargo location. There’s always something fun for her at each location! Also the groomer at eddieandbarkus is exceptional!! Truly the best place to get any pup pampered!!

My French Bulldog, Butch, LOVES going to Eddie & Barkus! If we pull up & I dont get out of the car fast enough he starts crying. The owner & the entire staff know us, & every other customer Ive ever seen come & go, by our names. They are so accommodating & if Butch is acting weird or has questionable stools while hes there, they make sure to give me a full report when I pick him up. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone. Dogs of all sizes, age & temperaments have a place to go & feel comfortable there. I also love that you can watch the dogs play on their web cams!

Were started bringing Skadi here regularily through the week while were at work. Great place as shes always tired when we take her home.Only two gripes would be1. I wish more people got in and played with the dogs as it seems they only enter the kennels to clean up messes.2. Theyre webcam quality is mediocre for the current state of the technology industry. More or even just better quality webcams and a redesigned website would be two huge marketing points for E&B in my opinion.

Our dog was bitten by another day care dog, and we were lied to about it. When our dog was banned from day care with no notice or contact, they then refused to refund our prepaid day care balance.Great people, poorly owned and managed. Shady business practices.Never again!

Eddie and Barkus Country Club is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! The staff treat, love and respect my fur baby as if he was their own. The staff send updates and pictures throughout the day with cute little moments they capture. With Aiden being a rescue, he had some socialization skills that he needed to work on. The staff took the time to get to know Aiden and helped him develop in a positive way. Prior to coming to Eddie and Barkus, I would have never considered boarding my baby boy. Knowing the love and care that Eddie and Barkus Country Club provides, I have no hesitations with Aiden boarding. As a matter of fact, when I pick up Aiden, he wato go back to play and is not ready to come home with his mama! That warms my heart! Thank you, Eddie and Barkus Country Club staff for the loving, safe and fun environment you provide my fur baby! ❤️
