Cant say enough good things about Regis salon.first time I ever stepped foot in the salon I was not only greeted right away I was greeted nicely and felt welcomed and noticed Everyone said hello- not just the front desk staff. The place itself is fun to be in all the stylist seem to be having a great time and interacting with each other. Everyone is professional and trustworthy! I would let any of them do my hair. My hairstylist is fantastic she not only has MY best interests at heart when doing my hair but she treats me like family rather than just another haircut/client. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

They took me at last second to do a full color for the wedding I was attending the following day. I had my original stylist cancel an hour before I was supposed to go in. The girls at regis salon helped me with my small emergency and where fast and efficient.

Turned me away, because I aNative American. They stated they were too busy to take my kind. Meanwhile they were all sitting in their chairs and utilizing their cellphones. I wish I had the option to rate it Zero stars

Ive never had a bad haircut here. The salonists are ALWAYS professional and attentive.

Be warned: coloring is a long and expensive process. My stylist booked me for four hours and it cost me $250 (including a great tip) to get my hair dyed a single bright color. With that said, the five stars are because they give you the exact cut/color you want. I have tried other places and they have all paled in comparison. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and will work together to achieve good results. My stylist worked with another person who had done a similar color and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Theyre always so timely and friendly! A wonderful place to get your haircut in the mall. Ask for Shawn hes always so wonderful and very attention to detail oriented!

My friend and I walked into this establishment around 8:20-8:25 and asked if she could recurved a trim. The first stylist that assisted us said , “well we don’t usually take clients after 8:15” which is fine I understand everyone wants to go home and everything. But the tone and attitude of her and the other stylist were so rude I had to walk away. There’s a tone that you use with customer and business and a pleasant one was too much to ask. We felt like a burden and a bother - my friend decided to make an appointment for the next day but after the last exchange she went back and cancelled with them because no money was worth that attitude.

Good hair cut. A little on the pricy side plus a 3.50 fee to sanitize their tools (new since COVID).. Shouldnt they have sanitized before COVID-19 too?

I love going to Regis to get my hair done. My family and I live out of town and make a point to come here whenever we need cuts. I have always had the best service and usually see Zach, never been disappointed! Plus the staff is simply amazing!

Tiffany gave my daughter beautiful highlights that really complimented her dark brown hair. She came out of that salon with a huge smile and says she only going here to get her hair done by Tiffany. She also said Tiffany had a nice personality and seemed like she knew a lot about her hair type and Gave her a few tips to maintain her curls. Regis Salon is a must go to place

Shawn was wonderful - great personality and I could tell he knew what he was talking about! I had foils and a trim and he helped me decide colors and styles. Ive gotten so many compliments and its my first day at work with the new do - very fun! The receptionist was pretty great too :)

I have been going to this Regis for upwards of 5 years and I’m not particular about which stylist works on my hair. Every single person does a wonderful job, every time. Rochelle just gave me a wonderful makeover, from a chloriney mop to a sleek, modern asymmetrical bob. Could not be more pleased!!

I have been going to Regis for years. I truly feel the staff care about me and my style. Im always treated like an important customer and have never experienced rudeness. At one time I chose to go to a different salon and walked out with a nightmare haircut, I called Regis and they got me an appointment 10minutes later to fix it! Ive been going to Zach DeWald while there. He is wonderful. I can show him a photo once, hell memorize it and nail it! Great customer service and I never have to question if its worth tipping. Yes! You wont be dissatisfied leaving Regis Salon.

Regis salon, a place that I recommend to all of my family and friends. I have gone to Regis for 10+ years and have never left disappointed. I always have 100% confidence that they will do great work and are up to date on all the latest tends. I cant wait to return!

I’ve been going to Zach at Regis Salon for over a year now and he’s great! He’s professional and honest and when it comes to hair that’s what clients are looking for! I would recommend Zach to anyone who’s looking for a stylist who knows what they’re doing and cares about their clients!

As I was getting my hair trimmed today, TRIMMED, the hair stylist walked away after about 45 minuets of cutting. I thought she was just going to grab some product, this was not the case. She walked to the back room to cry and ask the manager to fix it. The manager came out and she did not fix it. In turn, its completely uneven and she cut off an extra 5 inches. It will take cutting it another 3 inches off to fix it. I was not offered any sort of discount. If I could I would give them a lower rating. I will not be going there again. They were unprofessional and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I highly recommend Josh. He is a master with color and gave me a modern, sassy cut. He was excellent at recommending the products that are going to be best for my haor type and the style i am going for. Nothing but great things to say about Josh and his skills.

Got a color/haircut loved the color! Unfortunately the haircut is uneven which is sad :( because so are my bangs... this is the second time I’ve come here where my bangs were cut uneven haha yikes.. but either than that is the experience was okay.

Always look forward to my cut and color appointment at Regis. I have been seeing Vanessa for many years I literally sit down and relax - she knows what I need done and does it. Love her!

I got a really nice haircut from Bethany. She listened to what I wanted but made professional suggestions too, and the result was great. The atmosphere was a bit too busy and noisy for me, but the pricing was reasonable.

The stylist was amazing. Reasonable prices!! Happy atmosphere. :)

I like the color that I get however the haircuts are terrible. tell her I want a trim, half inch, takes off 3 and it is horribly crooked so I lose another inch or 2 trying to get it straight. Not going back to her. She says she has been doing hair for years. She should be able to give a decent haircut by now.

Highway ROBBERY! Called and scheduled an appointment--told the receptionist that I had a frequent use discount card with Nikki. She said Nikki wasnt available but they would honor it with another stylist. No expiration date on the discount card. They did not honor the card and charged $40 for a hair cut and style (blow dry and iron). It is not the customers fault that the receptionist gave the ok on a discount card when scheduling the appointment. There is ABSOLUTELY no way this full service salon is worth double the cost of another full service salon in Moorhead. TERRIBLE!! Do NOT recommend!!!

I went to get a shorter haircut w/Suzanne & I have had many professional stylists over the years as my mom owned her own salon for many years. She took the time to listen to what I wanted & also how I wanted my super thin hair (have MS & have had 2 surgeries in the past 7 months) she listens & most himportantly takes the time to know history of hair & with my disability etc to help me feel my best & make hair not an exhausting and fatiguing bhh....I am so happy that I am going back soon to let her help me decide on even less hair. Everyone I have seen has LOVED it so I will need some business cards so they can get in b4 her baby is ready to be born in early June. Like I say, speaking about what people want & to have a hairdresser offer their professional advice & great assessment of what shes working with. Best Ever no need to get anxious even if your 1st visit...perfection ain her procession & great conversation.

Sorry I went. The stylist blew off her scissors before using them on my hair after the last client; she got more water on my clothes than on my head, and completely overcharged for a haircut. Never again.

Walked in with my friend to get her haircut and the service was horrible! No one seemed like they wanted to help with the trim. Everyone in there had an attitude and was unfriendly.

Shaun was great! Super friendly, listened to what I wanted and made it happen!

Dont recommend to anyone. Shouldnt take 3.5 hours for the girlfriend to get a trim and color. Go elsewhere.
