Horrible customer service. Called with a problem with a cpap machine that they sold me, was told a respiratory therapist would be calling back soon two days later, still no call. Another company in it for the money only. No compassion nor care for patients

Terrible service. I reordered CPAP supplies from them about 2 months ago. At least 2 weeks went by before I received a call from them saying that they needed updated insurance information (which they should have had on file). Another 2-3 weeks went by and I received a call from them saying that they didnt have my machine in their system and, so, couldnt provide the insurance company with the information they needed to cover my supplies. I gave them the serial number of my machine so they could add it to their network. Another 2-3 weeks went by and still no supplies, so I called them this past Monday to see when the supplies had shipped (thinking they had been delayed in the mail). The person I talked to said she couldnt help me, but that she would have someone call me back on Tuesday (she was out of the office). I received no call on Tuesday, so I called back today (Wednesday) and was told that a different person was actually the one who could help me but that he was out of the office and would call me back tomorrow. I was then told that the order did not appear to have gone through because my machine was still not in their network. Thats when I called a new supplier. Skip the headache and look elsewhere.

Previously had used to Lewiston location and had excellent service there. Not sure what it would be like in Falmouth but we have been there twice in last two weeks of June and service has been very good. Called first to confirm information, got there and checked in and staff came right to car with everything and very nice. No complaints! Thank you Lincare!

I went here to start on a CPAP because I recognized Lincare as a national name. What a bad choice. I almost walked out the minute I stepped in the door. I would have, but really wanted to get my apnea under control and not wait 2 weeks to find another provider. Ive been in dive bars that were smoked in for 50 years that were in better condition than their office. It looks like it hasnt had a coat of paint since 1998. And theres no reception desk. Just a bunch of old cubicles and mountains of boxes of records. Trim falling off windows. Broken shades. Did my fitting exam in their conference room looking at a white board of sales. And there was some other trinkets or something that made no sense on the wall - think a 5yo art class project. Ive honestly never been in a less professional medical facility. The technician was fine and polite and seemed moderately knowledgeable. But whoever runs the office should be ashamed. Spend $400 on some paint, at minimum. Its gross. And since getting set up, I tried to schedule an appointment because mask wasnt fitting right and they didnt have anyone available for 2 weeks - even though they said they would see anyone within a day if they had issues. So Ive given up on them.Im not one to write bad reviews - or reviews at all. But I could never recommend this place. Look elsewhere.

Very dissatisfied with this company. Local office in Falmouth is grim, worn looking. CPAP supplies ordering process is very user-unfriendly. Their online presence is almost non-existent.After struggling with them for a few years, I called today to schedule a fitting on a new mask. They had no record of me in their system other than a different fitting over a year ago. Mind you, I order supplies from them almost monthly and just received an email from them yesterday to order more. As a result, I couldnt get a different mask until I had my physician re-send my notes over to them.I called my physician to send my notes, but not to them. Moving on to a new supplier.

I have been using Lincare for about 8 years for my oxygen supplies. The staff are polite and professional. As I meet and speak with others on O2 I count myself lucky to have a strong O2 company working for me. They help with with travel as well as day-to-day O2 needs. If you are looking for a better O2 company, look at Lincare.

Lincare is the best option for oxygen. Theyre the only supplier who can deliver tanks and equipment to you when you travel - anywhere in the US. And their respiratory therapist is always available if you have questions or need help.

After calling the Falmouth Office and not getting any response, I called the service number and I am still on hold after 20 minutes. On my last call, I was told my materials were ordered but my insurance has no record of it being ordered and its been over a month!

The local shop people in Falmouth are lovely, the problem is the rude telephone customer service and no online ordering. It’s like stepping back into the 1950s with these people. All paper and no online service at all. And they keep billing me before they bill my insurance...

As of today I have been attempting to straighten out misinformation for over two months in order to get my supplies. I phoned for supplies and was told I hadnt ordered recently so needed to see my physician to get any supplies. I saw my doctor explained that the mask and headgear was causing some tmj pain in jaw and teeth. He ordered a different mask and headgear to help with this and forwarded the order to Lincare. No supplies arrived in a couple of weeks. I called and the person in the Falmouth/Portland, Maine office said they had sent the supplies to my old address and it was returned once and then sent it out to the same address...again. That time it was not returned to Lincare. So now it appears to Medicare that I have my supplies so I am not eligible for any until March. And from my understanding Falmouth Lincare sent supplies from my old prescription anyway rather than the one for a new mask and headgear. At the two week mark or so I called and local Lincare informed me that I had to call the distributor which is in Florida to tell them I did not get my supplies. I asked them to take care of this call. Oh, no, she couldnt do that they had to hear from me personally. So I called Florida.Seemingly it got straightened out in that call. I waited...no supplies. I called after about 6 more weeks to be told by local Lincare I am not eligible for even a new kind of mask until March, 2017. In frustration I said I would get my supplies from elsewhere. Then I got a call from Florida wanting to send me some supplies. This person was helpful. She said she could send me the new prescription for the mask, but the headgear to hold it on could not be sent until March. Well, I am half way there. I can get the mask and use superglue to put it on with. Today 8 weeks+ I am going to their office in Falmouth, Maine in an attempt to see what can be done. I did contact other supply businesses but have to start the whole process all over. Sooooo, one last attempt to get my supplies by going in person to the Falmouth, Maine, office and speaking to them personally.. I am just hoping not to have a stroke etc. in the waiting period. I have informed my children should something happen to me as a result of this totally horrible client care service to do whatever is necessary to assure this type of delay does not occur with any other person. Ill update this if I start to get decent service, otherwise you can assume I am moving on.

Worst company! Their customer service is really bad, and they disrespect their customers. One of their agents came to our house, and after he didnt do anything, he asked my dad to sign his paper, and when my dad refused to sign because their agent didnt do anything, their agent started to yell at my dad.

Dont work with this company! Some of their staffs just dont know how to talk to elder people, and they are disrespectful. They dont deliver the service that they are suppose to deliver, they just want you to sign their paperworks so they can charge your insurance. Worst company ever!
