My first visit with Dr. Wilsterman and I felt like I had known him for years. He was warm and friendly. I didnt feel rushed. He gave me the feeling that he genuinely cared for my well being and wanted the best outcome in my long term recovery. In fact, the whole office staff was wonderful! I definitely found the orthopedic doctor I want for life.

Very unprofessional, I made the appointment with the doctor and when I showed up i was told i had to see Mark Callucci p.a. This person is arrogant and uneducated in this field he was unable to answer simple questions related to my injuries. I had to practically beg him for a MRI even though my xray showed serious issues . I got the mri and the next day I got a call from the office saying I needed to see the doctor right away and had an appointment in 45min I was concerned that something horrible was going on they put me on hold and came back and said everything is fine the secratary had looked it over and said I needed to come in right away . I made an appointment for the following week so I could get an opinion on the MRI because I did not see the doctor yet I would give it another chance . That same evening about 630 PM the doctor himself called me and said the reason they called to put me on the schedule same day is because they were trying to fill a hole in his schedule . I was thinking wth is going on here ???? I made up my mind that I will not be going here for anything ever again.

Dr. Wilsterman and team offer consistently thoughtful and compassionate care regardless of your injury. Falmouth is lucky to have him!

Arrived at my apt on 7-11 15 min late. My fault. Explained that my best friend in the world, (Molly, our Golden Ret) had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer. I apologized and asked that maybe I could wait until there was a break. I was told no, that would not be possible. Hmm, mdical offices never make people wait, now do they? So, that being said, why would I want to put my health in the hands of somebody that has no compassion? Answer, I called back and asked to be deleted from their system and will go elsewhere.

Great office, friendly and helpful. Dr. Wilsterman is thoughtful and smart---not a lets cut and see surgeon. Went to Boston and recommendation was exactly the same as Wilsterman. Treated here and was glad I did.

He is a great ortho doctor...his demeanor is straightforward and ni nonsense
