Incredible service, they will ALWAYS find a way to fit you in, even on the next business day. The online portal is always attended to. Had a message on a late Friday night and was responded to in MINUTES. Staff is so kind and the doctors are so incredibly kind and inclusive. I would recommend to everyone. Best experiences with doctors here.

I have never had an issue with this practice. My PCP listens to me and is responsive to my questions. People experiencing a mental health crisis should call the crisis hotline or report to an ER.

Sent my husband OUT THE DOOR while having a mental health crisis. Told him, after being their for his appointment that they will need to reschedule, because he was late and his doctor told him that was fine moments before. And then refused to listen to the fact that the doctor told him not to work until this appointment was rescheduled, BUT WOULDNT WRITE A NOTE For his work so now it’s either get mental help or get fired from work? WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS?! You don’t turn your back on someone in a mental health crisis! Doctors my ass more like monkeys in lab coats.

Unhelpful to patientsDo NOT recommend this office for anyone seeking quality healthcare. The front office is unprofessional and unprepared to help people- they’ve double booked me for appointments multiple times and refused to fit me in even when it was their fault. Write “notes” to the doctors about critical conditions and then don’t even call you back. Send people with serious mental health issues away without asking the standard questions or ensuring sufficient care is provided. Have given them multiple chances and will be taking my healthcare elsewhere.

Nice office don’t have to wait long but when it comes to calling in A prescription to the pharmacy they don’t know how to do it I have not been able to pick up one fill prescription without a hassle and calling the doctors office while I am at the drugstore it’s just weird and it takes for ever like days for the doctors office to call in a prescription I do not recommend this for anyone

Like others, I too have had a terrible experience here. Staff is rude, I have sometimes waited 2 hours for service (never been late), doctors have made appointments and forgot, doctors have argued with each other on advice etc. I have never waited less than half an hour past my appointment.I have excellent healthcare, I will be taking that elsewhere after the 4th or 5th bad experience I had toda. Not happy at all. There are plenty of good places, or so I hear - unfortunately Ill have to be driving further for those.Avoid avoid avoid.

Go in with your questions, have them answered by the doctor right then & there or on line or telephoned answers. A very, very positive experience with Dr Ingrid Martin.
