The nurse and nurse practitioner were great. Very nice on a Saturday night and very helpful. I did not feel like I was being rushed or pushed through my appointment. The nurse practitioner was very personable and I felt comfortable with her. I have been to this location a couple times before and this was my best experience by far. Thank you

Excellent experience! Everyone we encountered there was pleasant and efficient. We were in and out in under an hour. The nurse practitioner, Meghan, was kind, thoughtful, and gentle with my 7 year old son who wasn’t feeling well. I am a physician who runs urgent cares in south Florida and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the decor, the lab, and layout. But most important is the correct diagnosis and courtesy of everyone of the staff we encountered. Thank you!

I came in over the 4th of July weekend for a tetanus shot after an accident. I only had to wait 30 minutes to be seen by a nurse to give me the vaccine. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The facility is also top notch. The best part was how easy they made everything after. I got a text after my insurance processed and how much I owed. They sent my account number and a link so I didn’t have to get a paper bill. It really is convenient!!

I was on vacation in Falmouth with my family. My 12 year old daughter got sick, she had over 103 fever. I took her to ConvenientMD. Our waiting time was only about 20 minutes. I was impressed with the quality of care my daughter received. She was diagnosed with strep throat and prescribed antibiotics. I would like to express special thanks to the NP Meaghan Kirk who is so thoughtful and attentive! Thank you for your superior care!

The care and attention that I received at Convenient MD was outstanding. PA, Gianna Jimenez, was objectively outstanding. She took the time to not only thoroughly review my physical condition but of equal importance, she made sure that any and all questions that I had were fully answered. Even beyond that... she showed genuine concern for my physiological well being too. I cant recommend Gianna, and the overall services of Convenient MD, any higher.

We called to make an appointment to get tested for COVID-19 and they said we aren’t booking any more today but you can come down at 6:30pm and we might be able to take you if we get caught up. We come down at 6pm and they say we aren’t doing anymore registrations today. We asked if we can register for tomorrow morning they said no.Then they explain the if your the first 8 people in line at 8AM we will test you. After that they can’t guarantee you will get tested. This is not only terrible service but they actually waste your time with there ridiculous policies.We went down the street to Cape Cod Healthcare and walked in and got tested on the spot. Results due back within 6 hours.Forget Convenient MD! They are anything but convenient!

I dont understand how this facility qualifies as Urgent Care when they tell you to come back 2 hours later and put you on the list. You come back at the time provided and they tell you it will be an added 2 hours. Highly disappointed in their service and scheduling. Good thing I wasnt bleeding.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I had a very sore throat and could barely speak. The office was out of rapid strep tests so I got a throat culture, but the provider told me I was fine, and they’d call me with the results if positive. I expressed concern that I was going out of state on vacation and there was no pharmacy where I was headed, but all I got was a patronizing “you’ll be fine”. After two days I called back twice and finally got someone on the phone who told me I had tested positive for strep throat. But they cannot fill a prescription out of state (I am now in New York). I will never go back to this urgent care, and I will tell my family and friends to avoid it as well.

This place was highly recommended, so I went for a traumatic knee injury last night. The front staff and support staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I was seen quickly and my knee was xrayed. The PA told me to rest/ice/compress/ elevate, and that the xray looked “fine”, although I left w/o a clear diagnosis.I gave this place one star because when i read my official note, the misrepresentation of my history and physical was astounding! I was given diagnoses that I did not have (psychiatric diagnoses and metabolic disorders???!) and the Past Medical History, Review of Systems and 90% of the Physical exam were never performed or were outright incorrect.I am a Nurse Practitioner with many years of clinical practice, so I understand clinical healthcare and this was shoddy care. I would never go back.

Came up to the urgent care office from MV with complications from an upper respiratory infection. I was seen within maybe 5 minutes by triage and maybe another 5 minutes after by the doctor. The doctor was able to treat me better than the ER doctors at MV Hospital and I am so happy being able to now breathe better after fighting this issue for over a week and a half. I would 100% recommend this office and will come back in the future if Im having any medical issues that need to be addressed right away. Thank you so much Convenient MD Falmouth!!

I was looking for a place to get my senior flu shot where I world have limited contact, since I am a cancer patient. They were absolutely fabulous. I registered from my car and they called when they were ready. I was inside for about five minutes. Thanks for making this visit so perfect. I be drive 35 minutes to get there but it was well worth it

My husband and I went to convenientmd for our vaccine and the young man Andrew that we had was the nicest, caring, friendliest, person I had the pleasure to know, I have to say everyone there were very nice.

Do NOT recommend. My husband diagnosed with strep throat. Took medication for 10 days. Still had symptoms. Told to come in again. Upon waiting an hour, practitioner said they would call eye, ear and nose doctor and put a rush on for appointment. (did not prescribe a different, stronger antibiotic). Called them a week later—-was told that someone forgot to call doctor. Went to primary care-antibiotic given. Better now with no help from them!

Friendly competent efficient.

If you end up being seen by Mark Boardman, you might as well just go back out the door and save the $$. I returned for a follow up appointment after my symptoms had not improved after 2 weeks. Mark was rude from the start and visibly had no interest in any part of the appointment. He refused to offer any sort of recommendation, asked no questions and just said So what do you want me to do sarcastically. Then proceeded to stare at me in silence with his arms crossed for an uncomfortable amount of time until I just started to gather my things. I have never seen a provider who was so brazen in their complete lack of care. The fact that my insurance is going to be billed for someone to stare at me and offer no options is a complete joke. Avoid this provider at all costs.

The providers have been nice, and the front desk staff is kind and helpful. I am incredibly upset that I was not allowed to go in with my husband, our just turned 3 y/o, and our 6m/o for COVID testing. I am aware of the risk as I tested positive 12 days ago (symptom free for 3 days now). However, my small children need support during this time (and my husband could use the backup as all 3 are getting tested). Its not like I would be taking my mask off. And what risk could I pose that they would not? And its okay for me to go back to work at a grocery store but not help my children get healthcare? Not a family friendly place apparently...

I was very satisfied with my care. I came in for a rapid Covid test cause I was exposed to the virus. The nurse and doctor were thorough and due to my symptoms they also tested me for strep. Both came back negative.

Waited one hour to see doctor. I was brought into room waited twenty minutes a nurse walked in room I asked how much longer do I have to wait. She opened door and spoke to a blonde female doctor, she said I am going as fast as I can could be an hour. I walked out of room and said to doctor I dont like your attitude and left. I would not recommend this place.Went to Stoneman in Sandwich was treated and was out the door in fifteen minutes. Great service.

Everyone was extremely kind, patient and professional, even though they are absolutely SWAMPED with work because of the pandemic. Its tricky though because rules, wait times and capacity keeps changing for COVID-tests. As of 11/24/20, they are only doing PCR tests for asymptotic people for the first 80 people in line (some came as early as 6:30am to get a spot), and results are taking closer to 5-7 days. If you have symptoms or meet other criteria you can still get tested after those first 80! It would be helpful if they had signs outside, had it on their website and voicemail too, but my experience on 11/24/20 was this: arrived at 7:15am, waited in line for an hour, then I got checked in and was told to come back at 11am. I came back at that time, checked in in person again, then went to my car to wait for 2 phone calls from nurses, and then finally a nurse came out to swab me in my car.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to ConvenientMD for their terrific work in providing COVID tests. Lines move fast, staff is courteous and efficient. They do a great job doublechecking identity, ask all the right questions, and we were even given two separate back to work letters depending on the policies of the workplace (waited out the quarantine versus received a negative COVID result). Place is neat and clean, seats are comfortable... overall a great experience (for the third time lol!).

Convenient MD in Falmouth is the best medical organization that I have dealt with in years. The receptionist answered the phone and answered my questions, even when it meant seeking out the medical person responsible. I made an appointment, and my wait time after I arrived was reasonable. The medical staff was prompt, competent and friendly.

Anything but convenient. Did a teledoc visit before coming to get my COVID test. All that was needed was to get a quick nose swab. Somehow took two hours to do that...

I showed up around 8am. There was a line out the door. Took about 20mins to get processed and ended up picking a time slot to return. The staff was super nice and I was out in about 40mins. Overall pleasent experience.

There is nothing convenient about their care. Arrived 2 days waiting inline in the rain for 2 hours to get an appointment, asked for a rapid covid to return to work and to see loved one, only to here no rapid covid test advised from md(who never spoke with me after waiting 2+ hours in rain) I do not recommend!!

UPDATE: turns out, my results were available but the lab never notified me. I eventually got ahold of someone by phone who was able to look-up my results.Was tested for COVID-19 and never received results. Charged anyway. Unable to get ahold of anyone to figure out where my test results went. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible scam and rip off. During early Covid days we came here to try to get a test. They had us wait in our cars while they asked us over the phone if we experience symptoms once we told them that we had some symptoms but we did not come to any direct contact with anyone longer eligible for a test. Turns out that simple conversation was a $500 charge. Completely taking advantage of the COVID-19 crisis when we called and asked if we could get tested there exact same things as both our time and our money we’re not eligible.FRAUD!!!!!

They dont know how to answer a phone. I CALLED OVER 15 TIMES ON MULTIPLE DIFFERENT DAYS AND NEVER ONCE SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE OR ANYONE. NOT ONCE.They make you wait in a waiting room with other patients, seriously who’s idea was that? Having other potentially Covid Positive people wait in a small space together, totally genius. If you didn’t have Covid to begin with you’ll have it after you leave, these people working there need some serious help, not professionals at all in the slightest. Don’t even try calling, you’ll get sent to voicemail, they really do not care about you.

Went into Convenient MD in the midst of this pandemic and none of the employees lost their patience with anyone and I was there about 1/2 hour. They were inundated by people needing COVID tests and were still pleasant and helpful.

NEVER AGAINI wrote a review last week when i thought that Convenient MD was on the ball but i need to retract that review.On my first visit to Convenient MD in Falmouth, MA, i received a senior flu shot. I gave them all of my insurance information knowing that the flu shot would be covered. Two weeks later i received a bill for he services. I tried calling on four separate occasions and have yet to receive a return phone call.My wife thought that she need a Covid test and called tow times without receiving a return phone call and when connected received information that she should call back in an hour as they were no longer takings registrations at that moment but would later in the day. We called back two hours later and were told that they no longer take registrations and that we would have to come in and wait.We will NEVER go there or use them again

I went for the first time on Saturday morning. The facility is very clean. Very friendly and professional staff. My wait time was minimal, great check up including a chest x-ray. Dr Boardman was extremely helpful. Overall an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of care.

Both the nurse and the reception staff were very friendly. The waiting room was somewhat busy, but I was processed and seen in a timely manner. Dr. Steinbach was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with additional information. Although the clinic was busy, I had his full attention and never felt like he was in a hurry to get to another patient. I Highly recommend this facility.

My daughter and I had a great experience with Brittany. My daughter needed stitches on her shin, and Brittany did a fabulous job. My daughter has healed beautifully. I was also impressed by the cleanliness or the facility and the follow-up with phone calls and a hand-written note. That all means a lot. Would definitely go back again. Great job!

Tested it kids for covid19 twice. Never received any results. We assume they were negative but we have no trace our report of these tests. We paid for a test we expect a report. They said its not their fault its the lab responsability and I cant disagree more: you are the person I talk to and paid -> you give me the results.

Went here 4 times. Trying to avoid the ER.Well I still had to go to the ER cause the female doctor with dirty blonde hair DOES NOT LISTEN. Or care. Just a waste of time and money to go here. The nurses are nice and so bos check in.Even the doctors at the ER said this clinic is not very good and to avoid it. They did great at falmouth hospital and really helped me feel better.

Quick registration process. Staff at front desk were friendly and efficient. My health insurance was accepted...not always the case here on Cape Cod. No wait time at all. Very kind and caring nurses and doctors. I was seen and treated right away. The prescription was immediately sent electronically to my pharmacy. On my way back to good health....couldnt ask for a better experience!! Much better than the health center or my own Primary Care Providers office. Really appreciate the brand new clean setting. Would definitely recommend to others, like the name says it was Convenient!!! Thanks so much.

I had a positive first experience with the new ConvenientMD in Falmouth.I went in for a tick bite less than 30 minutes before closing. I made a comment to the reception staff about hoping it would be a quick visit for their sake, that I felt bad coming in right before closing. They were very pleasant and said it was no problem.It was a bit of a wait to see the doctor, but he handled everything quickly and professionally and I was on my way. All of the staff members were very friendly.I would recommend this for anyone who needs a walk-in clinic.

Went in last year to get IV Fluids because I have a medical condition that causes me to get dehydrated very easily, and pass out. I was very excited to finally have a place to go, other than the ER to get fluids. The nurses and doctors there treated me like I was lying, and seeking drugs. I tried to explain several times I didnt want any medicine, just fluids, but they didnt believe me. The doctor came in and out of my room almost half a dozen times before finally letting me have fluids. And Im pretty sure I was charged each individual time she came through the door, because I got a nice bill in the mail, listing the multiple times she came in and out of my room. Ive never once gotten a bill for fluids, and Id gotten them at hospitals, urgent cares, and ambulances from here to Boston. I just had my 4th brain surgery and Im out of work. No idea how Im going to pay it

Had a TB test done which should have been read by a certain time. They were closed for two days no explanation! I had to go to Pembroke clinic to get it read. If your looking for dependable care dont go there!

Wonderful experience visiting the Falmouth location, location was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was lovely and checked me in quickly and I did not have to wait very long before I was seen. The staff are friendly and helpful and made the whole experience great. I was able to pick up my prescriptions immediately after and was sent home with a printout of care instructions to follow. I have recommended to family and friends!
