Very nice n friendly lady made me feel at ease, very nice staff

I had labs drawn at Falmouth Hospital 7/28/21, told labs sent to Quest and results “lost”. Dropped off a 24 hour urine 8/3/21, told those results also “lost”. Very disappointed as I went for my follow up medical appointment today and no labs were available to discuss. I’m a nurse practitioner and this is totally unacceptable. I hope they “lost” the bill to my insurance company. I will be checking on that next.

Staff was extremely rude and unable to perform their duties.

Quest is in a industrial park at the corner of Jones and Gifford in building 350, set way in the back. Make sure you have your paperwork or doctors name if they sent in orders.

Was in and out in 10 minutes (walk in appointment) so fast and friendly.

Rosa is amazing! She located my difficult to find vein in one try (usually Im treated like a pin cushion) and was extremely pleasant and professional.
