The staff at Falmouth Dental Health are just great. They recognize me when I walk in the office and make me feel welcome. Amanda is a wonderful dental hygienist - very thorough, while also being gentle. Dr. Van Nostrand has helped me through two very complicated implants, and Im very grateful for the work that he has performed.

Remember those days when you dreaded going to the dentist? Well with Dr VanNostrand and Dr Smith I promise you will rest comfortably in the dental chair. My hygienist Beth is awesome and thorough and my cleanings are completely pain-free. I take good care of my teeth, but Im a jaw-clencher, and with all that pressure on my teeth and old fillings (not placed by Falmouth Dental Health), I wound up needing several crowns. Dr. Van was great about it and worked with me to postpone for as long as was safe. Then we began working away, one by one, getting all four teeth done over the course of a couple years. Each procedure was painless (though I will admit I was extremely nervous for the first one) and each was explained thoroughly, at each step. I was even allowed to wear my earbuds to help drown out the noise of the drill.I really appreciate the laid back approach of the doctors and staff, and (unlike other dental offices Ive visited) I never feel pressured to have anything done to my teeth . Theyre just great. The front office staff is also wonderful, kind, and greet me with a warm smile of recognition every time I have an appointment. I recommend Falmouth Dental Health without hesitation and with utmost confidence and high regard. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Try em out and youll see what I mean. :)

And theres a really added bonus... every single person working there is so very kind and lovely. Consistently! How do they make that happen!? This was my first visit. We are moving from Washington DC. I’m in the middle of some issues with my teeth and was concerned. But no need.Professional across the board. Heather was wonderful getting my appointments scheduled and rescheduled, Erica cleaned my teeth gently and well (no sore gums afterward), no one tried to up-sell, they were kind and positive. Dr. Van was immediately in tune with my issues, and gave me the conservative course I was hoping for. Check out was a breeze; I especially liked that they would file my insurance for me.Three of the coolest things: they didn’t use the disgustingly sweet stuff to polish your teeth and second, they examined a plaque sample under a microscope so you could see what was happening there. Third they had great music.Loved the place. Will be back and will recommend.

My visit was for installation of a permanent cap. The temporary cap it replaced was a perfect fit, as is the permanent cap now in place. Dr. Van is meticulous, and I appreciated his running commentary about what comes next as he worked through the procedure. Painless and not at all unpleasant.

The front office staff are amazing assisting with my scheduling issues and helping me arrange appointments to follow at the oral surgery office. The hygienists are amazing and really do a good job looking for dental problems, beyond solely cleaning the teeth. Comprehensive and personalized dental care! I had a cleaning done by Amanda, she suggested a few changes to my daily brushing and flossing routine, including tooth pastes and specific teeth that need more attention. It has been a couple of months since, and I cannot belive that a few tweaks make such a big difference!
