It’s hard to share it all in a brief review. The entire staff are amazing! Both aspects administration and care are not only what you would expect but so much more! Greg Fox has work wonders on my body so I can function as a builder. He cares for my entire family of 5.Rita Fox has helped me so much deal with my muscle development so that it can feel strong in areas that have weakened. Wendy andLaura are just a delight to work with make appointments or dealing with insurance. I highly recommend this company and all the people involved!

Run away from any practice that wants you to sign a contract. This practice is structured to make money and build dependency rather than to heal and empower patients.I will say I initially saw improvement initially, while under Dr Carol’s care, but when he went out of town for 2 weeks, I was told I should continue treatment with Dr Fox. Dr. Fox told me I should see him twice/ week even though I was down to once a week with Dr. Carol. After 3 visits with Dr. Fox, my back and hip felt worse. Thankfully, I then had a work trip to NY, and was able to get back to my old chiropractor there, and, in 1 visit she put back on track.I’ve now found someone in Portland, who is far less expensive, spends about 3 times as long on me, working both soft tissue and structure. And, he has a stated goal of seeing me as infrequently as possible. He even took the time between visits to analyze an online video of my movement patterns (I’m an athlete) and make suggestions for self care. These suggestions have been a game changer, as I barely ever need to go anymore. Here’s the takeaway, look for a practitioner who wants to partner with you and give you tools to heal yourself, not one that wants to create dependency. And, in case it’s helpful for you 3 tools that have helped me are “Foundation Training” “Ghokale Method,” and Egoscue Technique.

I recently saw Dr. Christian Carroll. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable and caring. His ability to tie emotional/spiritual aspects in to physical symptoms sets him apart from other doctors. My neck felt great after treatment and I look forward to following up with him soon. I was so pleased, I brought my 7 year old son to see him as well. The staff at Heritage is extremely attentive and the location is convenient as well.

I have been very pleased with the professionalism and care I have received. I have seen both Dr. Carroll and Dr. Fox. Their insight and ability to diagnose my condition has been amazing. They certainly could be highly recommended by me to my friends(which I have done)!Phyllis Hall

They made my back straight instead of crooked. It was a very great experience. I enjoyed wobbling on the cushions that they have there. They are very nice folks and it feels good 95% of the time when Dr. Gary pops my back. I went from a 33 degree curve to a 44 or 45 degree curve which Is exactly what I need...... : )

Sudden extreme pain and immobility in my shoulder sent me to my PCP about 3 weeks ago. An X-ray later and while waiting for a call from Sports Medicine to arrange for an appt, a friend of mine suggested Heritage Integrative Healthcare. Dr. Fox saw me that same afternoon and very quickly diagnosed me with a screaming bursitis. The more I come to this place, the better I feel and its only been 2 weeks. My aggressive deep tissue laser therapy has completely eliminated my pain and my shoulders mobility is back to normal. In 2 weeks!!! And, much less expensive than the expensive co-pays for sports medicine, physical therapy or painful shots. Will continue to come here for other join ailments. I can see a pain free life ahead of me already for the first time in years. Cant wait to start hiking and walking and MAYBE jogging again. Only time will tell but Ive got a great feeling these kind folks are going to guide me along the way to a healthier life style.

What can one say about a practice of healers? Ive been coming to this practice for a few years now. It started off as a post surgery need with Dr. Fox and morphed to helping me reduce back and neck pain. Then, I took a hiatus. When I returned, the practice had grown and there was this new guy, Dr. Carroll. Wasnt sure I wanted that change cuz honestly it can be scary and I was used to Dr. Fox. I was placed on Dr. Carrolls path of patients and from the start, I can honestly say that he was put smack dab in the middle of my path for a reason! Not only are we popping a few vertebrae when needed but jokes and laughter too. Seeing Dr. Carroll, for me, is therapy at a much deeper level. You can be as open or not about your pain in his very giving, relaxed and judge free space. We address the inner stuff that affects the physical and has been what Ive need for a long time. I am ever grateful that he elected to relocate to Maine and is staying! From my inner being, THANK YOU, Dr. Carroll for helping me on my path to healing! And, THANK YOU, Dr. Fox for putting him on my path and on the path of others to work through all this schtuff we lock inside! THANK YOU to the amazing office staff that is always friendly, has a smile and is ever helpful with scheduling and billing and all the stuff behind the scenes that keeps the office running so smoothly!Namaste to one and all!

Dr Fox and his staff are AMAZING. I call him magic man behind his back. For the past 2 years I have been in excruciating pain due to a series of unfortunate events. I lost almost everything, my dream career, my strength, my personality, my sex life, my desire to live at all. I tried every avenue available; acupuncture, traditional chiropractic, physical therapy, muscle manipulations, cbd oil. Befor any of this my pcp suggested pain killers (ew!) She didnt care about my overall well being or even beleive that a 21 year old living a healthy active life style could be in that much pain. After a year she finally agreed to xrays and found nothing so it must all just be in my head. She sent me AGAIN to physical therapy i couldnt afford. Some of my many complaints were loss of balance, blurred vision, sharp pains along my spine only on the right side, no grip strength or feeling in my neck (only on the right side). After spending literally thousands of dollars i felt jaded...i wanted to give up. My condition was getting worse and soon i felt like i wasnt going to be able to work at all. This last PT alleviated some pain but only enough to make it manageable. When i finally had enough of pissing money This PT gave me a list of highly recomended chiropractors and we parted ways. I was aprehesive at first, having tried this befor but knowledge is power so I researched my options. Dr Fox was at the top of the list and after reading his back story and current mission statement i felt like someone had given me a warm hug. From the Very first visit he made me feel heard! We devised a plan of action and he was incredibly sweet, explanatory and completely restored my faith in doctors. There were tangible results after the first adjustment. I am now 7 visits in and could not be more thrilled! My headaches are almost completely gone, my back pain is almost non existant and j just WOW! Im getting my life back :) and its all because of heritage integrative health!💙!💙!💙!💙!💙!💙!💙!💙!

After my shoulder surgery, I was in and out of PT and I still didn’t feel well. I switched orthopedic doctors and went to Dr. Shubert of Falmouth Orthopaedic Center. Dr. Shubert said: “Why not try Dr. Fox? My patients have had success with him.” I am so grateful for her referral! Dr. Fox has helped me immensely. He spent time looking at what was unique about me. His work on my scoliosis and my posture has helped my shoulder improve. His wife Rita, a PT, helped me with PT exercises that were better for my situation. Dr. Fox also worked with me on nutrition (I had lost muscle mass through my surgery and recovery.) Overall, I am now in better health. My family is happier too because I am less irritable and smile more! Thank you Dr. Fox and Rita!

Stay away at all costs- not patient friendly, certainly not veteran friendly!I am a disabled veteran who was referred to this clinic by Togus VA. After calling to cancel appointments, I was told by Laura I was not allowed- Heritage sent me a bill for $200, even though I called. This is a money making scheme and this office, as well as Laura and Tammy, should be avoided at all costs!!
