I came to Source with a foot injury. Dr Sneha very quickly figured out my problem, which went far deep than I imagined- I had been walking in a way that showed that my foot was misaligned, perhaps since childhood. I realized that I had been injuring my foot every time I tried to increase my activities for a decade.Over a few months of PT, Dr Sneha really healed my foot. Besides sharing her expertise with me, her kindness, excellent communication, and positivity made my therapy an enjoyable experience. She was encouraging and supportive as I worked to do my homework exercises. As of now I am ready to start jogging again- I think she made a huge improvement to my ability to be active that will benefit me the rest of my life. The Falls Church office is also a pleasant place to do therapy. I felt 100% safe regarding COVID- I was distanced from everyone except Dr. Sneha and masks are required. The front desk staff were helpful and provided excellent service. The office is clean and cheerful with lots of natural light, and has plenty of parking.I feel so fortunate to have found Source!

I am very happy with the care I received here. I have tried other physical therapists over the years with limited success, but Sneha in the Falls Church office was a miracle worker for my back pain! I highly recommend them.

Started physical therapy after diagnosis of mild shoulder arthritis, losing range of motion, and experiencing pain. I’m pleased with my experience and have regained 100% of range of motion in my shoulder and am free of the intense pain with specific positions and movement. I’m completing my course of treatment with strengthening exercises and am now confident that I can maintain the progress I’ve made! Great experience

My favorite PT Practice in the DMV! I have been treated by their PTs on and off for the last 10 years. They are taking serious precautions with COVID-19. I feel so safe going into my appointments. You have to wear a mask--a real one. You have to wash your hands immediately upon entering the office, they then take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer . You are taken back into your own room. All PTs are wearing masks, everything is wiped down between clients. There is also enough time between clients, so you are not in the waiting room with others. Definitely check out Source Physical Therapy & Wellness - Falls Church if you are in need of excellent PTs!

I’m really happy with my physical therapy sessions. I came in with an injury and hopes for what I can potentially do after stretching and strengthening, and I believe that the staff here believe that I can accomplish my goals. Sonali takes the time to explain to me why we’re working on something - which is important for me.My injury in particular is in my groin. I have trouble with inward rotations and sought physical therapy after I fell down because of a sharp stabbing pain when stepping down. The groin is a tricky beast; lots of dependencies on the gluten muscles or the muscles in the outer thigh area. I appreciate Sonali referencing the muscle chart to show me what muscles we’re targeting, how it should feel (and readjusting if it doesn’t feel that way), and why it’s important we complete the stretch/exercise.Also, I think it’s important to note that she is extremely gentle with her manual movements on my leg. If you have an injury, you know what it feels like to compensate for that pain. What does this look like? Well, in a therapy situation, it presents as you opting to help your therapist by easing into a position that they should be fully supporting you into. Sonali has been patient with giving me time to trust her with my leg. I have had other therapists move erratically causing pinches and extreme pain so I definitely tried to guide my leg along as opposed to letting her move me to the appropriate position. Now, I let her do her thing, she’s extremely gentle and asks questions along the way to make sure I’m still okay. The front desk staff is nice, the office is clean, the rooms where they do manual stretches are private (as opposed to out in the open). Overall I’m glad I am here and will continue to visit this office for my PT appointments as long as I need to.

Cheryl has been working with me ever since I started PT. She is ABSOLUTELY amazing! She listens to all of my concerns and educates me at the same time. Her manual technique is amazing and I have immediately noticed a difference. I have had chronic back pain for the last 8 years and she has been the only person to have finally given me relief after so many years.Additionally, the rest of the staff at Falls Church is fantastic! Thank you to Mike (the owner) for really listening and understanding to my concerns regarding my back. I am forever thankful!

I highly recommend Source Physical Therapy and Wellness. They design a treatment plan that enables active individuals to continue their physical activities while undergoing treatment. They focus on manual therapy during the office visit but ensure that you understand the proper techniques to perform the assigned exercises. The Falls Church location is especially convenient for patients with mobility issues.

An exceptional experience that I highly recommend! Dr. Mike and his team were very professional and friendly at the same time. They have extensive experience and are very thorough. They will leave no stone un-turned to make sure to diagnose everything accurately. After living with knee pain for 6 years and visiting numerous other physical therapists, Dr. Mike and his team have helped me get on the path to correctly treat it and get better. They also have a very clean and strict policy to ensure patient safety during the uncertainties of the pandemic.

For the past few months i have been working with Sonali Sethi at Source Physical Therapy for recovery and rehab from back surgery. I can say unequivocally, that she is the best physical therapist I have worked with, and I have worked with many over the years. She is knowledgeable, skilled, professional, friendly and patient. Her manual therapy is excellent. She pinpointed exactly what I needed and proceeded to work with me. Explaining and demonstrating along the way. She used breathing with physical exercise combinations that have been very effective. I have less pain and am making progress with her help and guidance. Source is an excellent PT practice with professional skilled therapists and great administrative support. I highly recommend Sonali and Source Physical Therapy!

I had a great experience doing a PT telehealth session with Source. Highly recommended! Dr. OConnor was very helpful at identifying the problem areas through video diagnosis (I did some movements and stretching while he coached me through things). I was surprised at how effective and helpful the telehealth session was! We ended with some exercises, stretching, and massage I can do at home. This is a great way for virtual assistance during COVID and an option you can consider if you want to avoid going in-person during the pandemic.

This is the place to go for top notch PT and an extremely COVID safe environment. Mike, Solani, Cheryl and the front desk help are totally dedicated to your wellness and work therapies specific to you. They do not over load the waiting room and do a super wipe down after each patient.

Outstanding service! Very clean, very professional and extremely knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. Sonali took care of me and she is very patient— when I came in I was a bit nervous but she explains everything easily, she takes her time to do all the procedures and she is very friendly. (I came in during Covid-19 and this place is following all Covid- 19 standards)

If you have any pain, at all, stop reading this and go to Source PT & Wellness. Now! They are incredible and work miracles. I had neck and shoulder pain on and off for about two years (tennis injury). I had been to an orthopedist, a physical therapist and tried a slew of other ideas, including regular massages, etc.But nothing really sustained a reduction in pain. Then I came to Source PT & Wellness in Falls Church and felt drastically better after the very first day. I couldnt believe it, and my condition has only improved!I have gone for about two weeks and havent felt this good in years, honestly. I have a much-improved range of movement and no pain. My neck pain used to weigh on my mind often, such as when Id grab a mug from a cupboard. But now I look forward to playing tennis worry-free once again!I have worked with Melissa at the Falls Church location. She is so helpful, really listens to you and works hard to make sure you improve. A true professional at a caring office.Go, now!

Dr. Mike OConnor is the best! Ive had shoulder problems for years and have been to other physical therapists but none can compare to Mike in terms of overall competence and professionalism. He is genuinely concerned about the well being of his patients and he goes the extra mile to achieve optimum results. If you have problem and you want a positive outcome, Source Physical Therapy & Wellness is where you need to go.

This is an amazing place to be. Hands-on (and hands-down) the BEST physical therapy practice Ive ever been to (and Ive tried many). 45 minutes with the therapist as he works my body and helps me thoroughly understand what I need to do to get better. After almost a year of little progress with water PT Dr. OConnor diagnosed a very specific problem that the water PT folks had missed--and I am finally gaining strength again in my leg! The staff is all-over awesome and they just reopened after COVID closure. Please note--this office is VERY accessible from the Tysons Corner area or the West side of Arlington.

Source Physical Therapy and Wellness employees are the best. I was treated at the Falls Church office for an impingement of my left shoulder. The staff is professional, caring, patient and understanding. The diagnosis and treatment plan was thorough with explanations given at each treatment and an opportunity to ask questions. After every treatment I felt incrementally better and the problem was ultimately taken resolved. Having been to other PT offices I can say that none come even close to the competency of the staff at SPTW.

My experience here was excellent. The most important and overriding factor is that my therapist (Melissa Liu) actually watched me 100.00% of the time. In my experience at 2 other providers, after the therapists gave you exercises, they glanced your way and set up other clients, or chatted with each other. Not here! I was watched closely and given appropriate critique as I went along. Other favorables are the free parking and the promptness of the sessions. I highly recommend this practice.
