Great experience! I was picking up a prescription, and it was way more expensive that before. But, one of the pharmaceutical technicians was super helpful! I dont remember her name, but she had a pin of a cat on her name tag. She was patient while I was figuring out what I needed, and even pulled up a coupon to lower the price of my meds! Super awesome, Im so thankful!!

Ive been coming here for years, I was just there with my daughter about 10 mins ago. The cashier lady that was there this morning is rude, and has bad attitude towards the customers (seems new, never seen her before). The other stuff are always nice.

This is my go to place if I need something small. The shelves are stocked and the staff is quick and friendly. Today I walked in for batteries and walked out in about 2 minutes.

They dont text me when my prescriptions are ready, like the Temecula CVS did. The woman on the phone insisted that they do; and that I must have them blocked on my phone, which I dont. I had to wait about a week for one prescription to be filled, because they didnt have it in stock.

It was a great visit and they are always pretty fast for pickup but when they are busy it just takes long because there is no sense of urgency.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. CVS carries items that arent found at other stores in town and using CarePass is always helpful with saving money.

Pharmacy staff is so rude. The insurance company tells me I can get the scrip I want for a certain price but when I go in to get it after the doc orders it they tell me I cannot get that and try to charge me twice the amount for something else. I am done with their constant mismanagement of scrips. Moving my business to Walgreens.

I love this store. They are friendly and they’re willing to help you out with any question you may have. Veronica and Theresa are the best 👍

Pharmacist pushes own personal judgement and will refuse to fill valid prescriptions per her own judgment without consulting the prescribing doctor.

Love this place. Have been coming here for years. The staff is nice. They are usually pretty busy around morning and lunch hours. Their hours for the pharmacy have changed so be aware.

Every employee tells you something different. I was lied to twice about policies and taking inventory and keeping stock seems to be an impossible task for anyone there because they are always out of something.

I have been going here for probably 10 years and it’s only rarely that problems arise, and in today’s society those are pretty good odds, nothing and no one is perfect. The only problem I have is that the pharmacy stopped it’s 24/7 service. That is SO VERY IMPORTANT when you are sick and need something. The nearest 24/7 is in Temecula. The store part is 24/7 so the pharmacy should stay open too. I’m sure having a person in the pharmacy would not render the store unprofitable. So CVS pharmacy if you read this, go back to 24/7. Fallbrook does not have a hospital anymore either, which IMO is outrageous and I’m sure it has caused a lot of grief. Other than that CVS does a good job and the app is good too.

Horrible service. I came in on Sunday very sick and having trouble breathing. I needed to pick up my prescriptions and the lady in the pharmacy said my insurance was expired. I knew it had not expired as I have been with the same company for 18 years (State of Ca.) and knew my insurance was not cancelled. I asked her to call to verify she still said no they do not have you in their system. She wanted me to buy the meds and would reimburse me later. That was not an option. When you have a customer that is having trouble breathing, you do not just use the attitude of sorry...we cant help you. I called insurance this am, she typed in wrong member number. There was no problem with my insurance except her but I left there like I was some criminal. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER RETURN.

I have never come to this pharmacy and NOT had some sort of problem.Today I came to pick up a prescription which has been “ready” for 4 days. I came in and they didn’t even bother billing my insurance so now I’m sitting here waiting (after waiting in 2 other long lines). They’re now billing the insurance.Seem very incompetent here. Also a very unapologetic and bitchy staff which is what makes me the most annoyed.I need to find a new pharmacy.

Walked into cvs today with my backpack/purse. The guy up in the register named Kevin told me I needed to leave my bag at the front that I couldnt take in the store. I maybe misunderstood and asked him to repeat himself again. He said u need to leave your bag up in the front it cant go in store. I told him that was my purse.he said no thats a backpack. I told him I use this as my purse . he said well sorry u have to leave it up in the front. Now why in the world would I leave you my personal belongings up in the front. I wasnt there to steal if thats what you were thinking. Ive never been treated like that till today. Thank you very much Kevin. I took my business somewhere else. Horrible service. Never again. And Im going to make sure I tell everyone else about this new rule CVS has going on. Or maybe rule was just implememented on me. Ridiculous

My Doctor sent in a prescription and this CVS claims they didnt get. This is the second time this has happened. My doctors office assists know about this CVS. They say it happens all the time at this location. Time for a staff change!

This pharmacy is the worst. They treat you as if you dont exist, and are rude if you ask for help. The girl who just rang me up started putting away inventory after the guy in front of me gave his name for his prescription, and she took way longer to help us both than she needed to, acted as if we were causing a problem for her. This isnt an isolated incident, just a typical visit to this location.

Totally overworked, overwrought staff in pharmacy. doing the best they can, but they often are OUT OF THE COMMON MED I am trying to fill due to corporate inventory policies. Very frustrating experiences regularly... I moved all my prescriptions to Village Pharmacy - small, quiet, private and they deliver!!!

Long line. Couldnt find the script my doctor sent over 5 hours previously. Said they only had half of my prescription, which was the wrong half. Said my insurance didnt work, clearly earlier at the doctors office it did. Overall a horrible experience, and I am in excruciating pain for another night. Thanks CVS

Why deal with an inept staff and then BRETT at the cash register who must feel that Customers owe him a Huge debt of gratitude for showing up to work only Half Cocked! CRAZY!!! TRY VILLAGE PHARMACY IN FALLBROOK - THEY GET IT!

Been trying to contact the pharmacy since saturday morning it is now tuesday evening two things happen: 1: phone rings but no one answers2: phone disconnects after first ring.Maybe time to go to rite aid.

This pharmacy is the worst. My doctor sends over prescriptions over and over and they claim they never get it or they have your prescription just sitting there and you have to ASK them to fill it. No I dont want you to fill my prescription. I want it to sit there all day.

The pharmacist were so incredibly rude and disrespectful not only wasted my time but forgot to give me my insurance card back I will never return to the CVS ever again
