Ive been coming to Starr Opticians for the past 10 years for all my vision-related needs. Staff is highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The optometrists and opticians are top notch and deliver a great experience. If I ever need my old frames fixed up (tightened, cleaned, etc.) they ALWAYS take care of me and never charge me a cent to do so. I always walk out of here as a happy customer.

I just purchased a pair of progressive glasses from Starr Opticians and I could not be any happier with my glasses, the price I paid for them and the service I recieved there. The woman Becky helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that fit so comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a new pair of glasses with a huge selection to choose from.

This was my first time here. I was greeted by a professional and pleasant person, Rebecca I think is her name, filled out a quick form, then the eye exam with another very nice, professional and pleasant person. Finished that, picked out some frames and was done in about thirty minutes. Could not have been any easier.

The people were nice, I like my new glasses, but instead of asking me, they selected a primary for me. For some asinine reason they chose one in Lynn, Ma. Causing my insurance to switch my health plan, locking me into a new one and causing me to have to change all of my doctors. Would not recommend going somewhere that can so easily mess up something as major as health insurance.
