Dr Zak is great and my rating in no way reflects my dealings with him, but the older administration woman who seems to be his right hand is dumber than a brick and likes to look into important insurance information that could prevent you from seeing him after youve already taken the time out of your day and sat down. Make sure you find out if he takes your insurance; thats one she sprung on me after I had already shown up and sat wasting my time for half an hour. The old bat needs to retire ASAP before she gets someone killed.
