I have been going to see Dr, Stuart Levine for 34yrs, He is the most professional dentist I have had the privilege to seeing for all my dental health. As for the staff they have always been friendly and helpful for as long as I can remember, The quality of care at the office has been exceptional. Jenn

Do you like dealing with a rude staff? Are you interested in viewing dental equipment from a time when van murals made sense? Do you enjoy mouth pain for weeks? If you answered any of these questions with “Yes!” Dr. Levine is the place for you!!!!I went to Dr Levine after losing my own dentist due to change of insurance. I set up an appointment to get my teeth cleaned with the less than enthusiastic staff. In a way I can’t blame them. The waiting room, a room the size of a generous closet, smacked with a “I wonder what is going to happen on Dallas this week?” vibe. Being in an environment like that for eight hours has to take its toll on you.The teeth cleaning wasn’t so much of a cleaning as it was a tour of outdated equipment combined with a creeping feeling that I had just made a very big mistake.Personally, Mr. Levine was very considerate and kind, much more so than the staff, but I wasn’t there because the roll model provided by the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America had just died. I wasn’t in need of a friend or mentor...I needed a dentist. Preferably one whose interest in teeth cleaning lasted longer than the attention span of a hummingbird off its ADHD meds.Honestly, it was such a bad job that I took pictures time stamped to show exactly what my teeth looked like after what Mr. Levine considered a “cleaning”.Fast forward to a new appointment. I decided to go and give them another chance. Maybe discuss my findings with Mr. Levine. Maybe he was having an off day.Do you know what my check in consisted of? “Take a seat.” she said angrily perhaps because her coupon at the tanning bed didn’t go through this time.No hello. No how can I help you. Nope. Just an order barked at me through glass. So I told them that due to this interaction along with my teeth not getting completely cleaned I was going someplace else. As I began to walk out I heard “What is your name?” which wouldn’t even need to be asked if she had bothered to greet me in the first place.

Do not use this office, rude very unprofessional, do not respect privacy act and still blame you when you question, bills, insurance, or exams, horrible services, my old dentist changed hours and availability and was short staff we also moved from one town to another and went to this dentist because it was closer to home, big mistake. we had 4 people in our family 3 of already went to see him canceled and will not deal with people who cant be bothered to look in a file to see if they have the necessary documents then say oh never mind 10 minutes later they have the documents, the office said i would have to put you on hold to look at the records, but she couldnt be bothered to do that now we are supposed to pay a bill for $203.00 because they couldnt be bothered, oh and i was told if i live my life with drama for questioning a bill then I really dont have a life and she has witnesses.

Excellent care. Dr. Levine does the cleanings himself! Super friendly, and Im sorry to leave.. Moving across the country.

Rude Rude Rude staff. Missed 3 appointments due to my job as a correctional officer being forced beyond my scheduled hours. Call to reschedule and told Nope go kick rocks basically. Office is very out dated both equipment and decor. Go else where dont waste your time.
