Olívia was amazing always fun and exited when I came in and sat and talked to me and did exercises with me.Amanda is great and very helpful and always kept it interesting. Vee was always happy and pleasant with me. There a great place to go to.

The girl Vee had a terrible attitude every time I go there. I had a appointment with Nick. He was helpful. Then after that I had an appointment with physical therapy. I had to cancel be cause I wasnt feeling well. Vee just rolled her eyes. And acted very rude. I ended up in the hospital for 3 and a half days

As a result of a recent accident I returned to Boston Orthopedics , since I’ve had successful results in the past. Dr Marshall recommended I follow with Dr Mulroy a highly credentialed orthopedic surgeon from Beth Israel for my knee injury. He is now providing services at this location. Both Dr Marshall and Dr. Mulroy are attentive caring physicians who not only listen but play an active role in your treatment.all levels of Dr. Marshall’s staffing are pleasant, cooperative and engage in strategies in meeting patient needs. This all being said I would recommend Dr Marshall and Dr Mulroy with confidence for a successful outcome.

Horrible service I called in the morning never got a response after they took my information the office manager is RUDE and IGNORANT along with her daughter Olivia the claim worker’s compensation cases have to be approved before an appointment is given but yet they have my personal health insurance I think Dr. Marshall should know what’s really going on in his office or better yet I’ll call the department of public health along with the BBB

Excellent treatment from staff and to the services provided. Ive been here for a couple of months and have had an awesome experience. The staff is always polite and friendly. Ive been on the chiropractors side and the physical therapy. Just a couple of honorable mentions are Vee, Olivia, Stephanie and John. They as well as others make my recovery as easy and pleasant as can be. Definitely recommend to anyone that has an injury and want to be at a clean and comfortable physicality.

Dr Marshall has been able to fix my back and neck pain after a bad rear end accident. Vee at the front desk is always a huge help with making/changing appointments. Olivia has done a great job assisting me through the physical therapy aspect of healing. With new stretches I’ve been able to restore most of my motion so far. Olivia also does a great job of supplying homemade snacks for when you are scheduling new appointments and checking out post visit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with back or neck pain whether it is from an auto accident, work injury, or your own fault. Dr’s Plus will do their best to make you new again

Out of all the physical therapist that ive been to, this is definitely the most friendly one that ive been to.. and all the workers are very nice and there is never any wait..and everybody there always treats you with respect, and they make you feel at home....i would recommend anybody to come here and experience what ive experienced....

I would not even consider another Chiropractor other than Dr. Marshall and the staff at Doctors Plus. Dr. John Marshall and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and determined to get you on the road to recovery.I appreciate that Dr. Marshall and his staff listen to me, explain my options for treatment and they are genuinely concerned about managing my symptoms.
