I am absolutely scared to death of the dentist. Doc and his staff put me right at ease. Was pain free the whole time he worked on me 2 root canals. He went above and beyond most dentist he even called me last night to check in on me. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. .

Staff/DR was great! They exceed expectations and make you feel comfortable. Dentist is sensitive to your need and very kind person.

This dental office is always timely. They take you in for your dental cleaning etc. at the scheduled appointment time or before, if you arrive a little early. You are in and out in a timely manner. The hygienists is great. She doe an excellent job. Dr. Joe builds rapport with his patients. The receptionist is always very polite. Overall you will have a great dental experience. I am super satisfied.

Going to the dentist has never been a favorable experience for me, but my visit with Lakeland Hills Dental was pretty great. A charming and sociable staff that had me smiling even when there was drilling. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and energetic. I’m glad I found them.

Dr. Joe is a stupendous dentist with excellent polished skills no matter what the procedure may be. I have seen his work and experienced it with him and his team. Balance was paid in full at time of service. It is required. Months later I got a bill for almost $800 for services they did not submit an insurance claim on. Now theyve sent it to collections. The collections company assured me they would resolve and have claim submitted and they did not. Disputed and now I will have to do what the dental company should have! File a claim...and then another for having to go through this.Be careful to get all charges upfront and call the insurance company to verify!We went to this office to finish a procedure started by another office. I had FlexSpend dollars to spend in a hurry. They were happy to take every penny plus insurance and more. I should have known! Wish I had done more homework!Note- All coverage was verified the day of appointment since the coverage was very new. Insurance info provided is yet to be billed.Tears were to simply have the process over. Visits were certainly stressful at times. I would not say she had full confidence. She just needed it over. Since the retainer didnt last 8 months I guess its not over.

My first visit to the office was really awesome! I had called only the day before and they got me in the very next morning. I originally visited due to an issue, but they were able to turn my visit into a thorough check-up! They even squeezed me in for a cleaning later that day so I wouldn’t have to schedule another visit! The hygienists were awesome and Joe was so personable. The staff made me feel really comfortable the whole time, I’ll be back!

Hi the doctor and his team were their jovial selves yesterday. It’s always a pleasure to see the doctor and his fine team of professionals. Clearly it’s a happy place to work, very efficiently run with a great work ethic and most professional and warm bedside or chair side in this case manor. My entire family is seen by this team including my special needs son and the doctor and his team put my son at ease which if you have a special needs child who is nervous about doctor visits in general is not an easy thing to do. So hays off to doctor joe and his team. The new hygienist Maria was especially nice and although we will miss Amy I am sure Maria is a welcome member of the team. I needed a great deal of dental work when I retired from the military and this team set me up for success since then I’ve not needed any major work done. I very highly recommend Lakeland dental to your family. Call them for an appointment today! 👍

Excellent service! Top notch dentist!! He will be my dentist forever!! He took me as a new patient during this whole social distancing thing we’re all dealing with (emergency situation, of course). He saw my intense anxiety about having a tooth pulled and offered sedation dentistry. We made the appointment for the next day, he had my tooth pulled in about 1 minute!! Yes, 1 minute! Thank you so much, Dr. Jankowski!! I couldn’t ask for better service!!

10/10 recommend. I called yesterday 01/07/2020 needing to be seen due to my wisdom teeth bothering me. I was a new patient! They got me in for an appointment the same day!! They worked with me even though I didn’t have my insurance information available to me at the time. They gave me antibiotics and pain meds to help comfort for the time being. I called the next day 01/08/2020 @ 12:50pm in severe pain to make an appointment to get my wisdom tooth extracted and they got me in the same day again for 2:30pm not even two hours after I called!! Employees and doctor are very nice and understanding! The office is very clean! I highly recommended to anyone in need of a dentist.

I have been going to this place for as long as I can remember. They are quick and precise people. I just got 3 wisdom teeth taken out and I feel perfectly fine. I was in and out with my wisdom teeth. Very clean and easy job.I recommend this place for anyone looking for a dentist.

Good:- An apparent family dental... if thats your thing.Bad:- Staff never seemed to know what they were doing - many mistakes!- Minimum level service - and not very informative!- Dentist seemed inattentive, also made crass passing conversation.Ugly:- my filing replacement is still causing me pain and seems to already be needing work again.

Dr. Joe and his staff are outstanding and professional. I have been going to him for over six years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Dr. Joe does an outstanding job to all my dental needs and keeps me informed of whats best for me. His funny sense of humor makes you feel at ease and relaxed. I was advised by a friend to give them a try. I finally did and they were very nice. The waiting time is none after filling out the standard form for the first visit. The doc is very nice. He explained all he is about to do. There were no surprises. They take time to explain everything, even two times. Awesome dentist!

He made me feel comfortable and relaxed by telling jokes and assuring me over and over again how I would be okay. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr. Jankowski was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. He is a professional and has a naturally friendly personality. I cant thank Dr. Joe Jankowski enough for what he has done to my teeth. I had been to different dentist in this area and my teeth were a mess. They all just put a band-aid on everything. Dr. Joe accesed everything that needed to be done and we came up with a plan to get my teeth back to healthy! And that he did! I love my teeth now! Wisdom tooth was causing a lot of pain got recommended by a co worker so I called got me in to do a evaluation and ended up pulling my tooth same day on short notice. Dr Joe and staff was very professional and I was very satisfied!!! Will be coming back for more work.

I had all my back teeth pulled to get dentures. He promised Id be out of it. Well, he didnt even wait until I was numb all the way. I was awake and aware the whole time. He pulled a tooth he wasnt supposed to, he even said whoops! Then he broke every tooth and had to dig for all the pieces. He even punctured my sinus cavity. This man is NOT a good dentist. Of course Im screwed and have to go back to finish my dentures with him... Ive already paid.

I had a broken tooth that became infected over the weekend. I was in a lot of pain and I didnt have a dentist that I regularly saw. I called the office at about 830am on Monday morning and they got me an appointment at 11. When I arrived at the office the staff from the receptionist to Dr. Jankowski made me feel comfortable immediately. After a quick x-ray Dr. Jankowski let me know my options and pricing, that was very reasonable, and got to work on me right away. I was out within an hour and feeling much better. To top it off Dr. Jankowski called me later on in the evening to make sure I was ok and didnt need anything. Best dental experience Ive ever had! Thanks to Dr. Jankowski and his amazing staff for getting me taken care of! I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone I know to his office and I will be a patient for life!

Dr. Jankowski and his staff is top notch! When Dr. Jankowski told me I needed a root canal I broke out in a cold sweat at the thought of going to another endodontist to have that done; what a relief it was to find out that he was able to do the procedure right in his office! I had a terrible experience with an endodontist previously and still suffer extreme anxiety when it comes to this procedure. Dr. Jankowski has successfully changed my perception of the dreaded root canal by handling it quickly and offering several solutions for anyone who suffers from anxiety in the dentist chair. Dr. Jankowski and his staff work in a beautiful facility and promote a very calming an inviting environment by keeping fun conversations going that almost make you are at a dentist office! I have several other dental needs to be addressed in the near future (including repairing veneers) and you better believe that Lakeland Hills Dental is where ALL of it is going to be done!Bryce Hambleton

My daughter Alexis had needed her wisdom teeth out for several years, but because her dentist at the time said he would have to refer her to an oral surgeon, we waited. Unfortuantely, it would fall under the medical category for our insurance and our deductilbe was terribly high!Eventually, the discomfort became untolerable for her and it became necessary for them to be removed. She and I were so happy that we found Dr. Joe! He assured us that he would be able to do this in his office and she would be relaxed and comfortable without any anesthesia. He was totally right, she did great!He followed up with her that night and also took the time to talk with her on the phone a couple of times, when she was having some concerns about her post healing! That made her feel so much better!Because of the wonderful care the staff and Dr. Joe gave to Alexis, she now has decided that Lakeland Hills Dental is where she will now continue to go for all her dental needs!Thanks Again!
