Last two experiences at this location have been horrible! Waited an hour for an appointment where they basically tell me they can’t do anything for me. Then tried to charge me for my appointment after doing nothing for me. I made them give me a refund. Now today for my yearly checkup I have my two small children with me and I got told I can only have one visitor with me. What are single mothers supposed to do with their children!? Won’t be getting my business anymore.

Not a fan of this place at all. Went in for our first ultrasound of my pregnant wife and we had our 5 year old girl with us and they told us she could not come back. Are we supposed to leave a child just sit up front?? So naturally I had to sit out the first ultrasound of our new baby, which is a big moment. Mind you, we are wearing masks and not trying to make this a big deal. This lady behind the counter took great pleasure in making sure that we knew that I couldn’t join and also said you can’t stay in the lobby either is her most Karen like voice. The Dr. that saw my wife was excellent, but the front staff are very rude

This is a new building and it was built for ease of use for patients as well as staff. The building is on top of a big hill and has a nice view. It is fully wheelchair accessable with a pavilion for loading and unloading patients during bad weather. There are manual wheelchairs, an automatic entrance door and an acessable bathroom that is large and easy to use. But the best part of this new facility is the staff. From the check in desk to the nurses and doctors, everybody is professional, and willing to assist in any way. And they are NICE! I have never felt belittled by my Doctor or is nurses, nor have I ever witnessed anyone having a bad attitude with the patients, and I, unfortunately, have spent a lot of time there.

Would give zero stars if possible. I have seen several providers for my pregnancy and the complete lack of professional care is astonishing. Look elsewhere to find the care you and your baby deserve. I will never be going back again.

Would give zero stars if possible. Not saying the entire staff there is bad but the provider I dealt with was horrible. Rude, didn’t actually listen to her patient and basically didn’t act like a doctor that actually cared. I would never go see Dr. Amanda Hill. No wonder it was easy to get an appointment with her, all the good physicians are booked.

Absolutely a joke. Went in people was in line. Waited my turn patiently even though I was short of breath. When the people in front of me was finished checking in I stood there waiting to be called, two of the ladies behind the desk was talking amongst them selves about the previous patient and then they was debating who was going to lunch first, all the same while I’m standing there waiting to be called to check in. I was there approximately two minutes when a lady walked in they evidently knew and walked straight up to desk and was waited on while I stood there short of breath, the other lady went to lunch. If you value your health do not visit this facility, I ended up driving to mon General.

I don’t do this very much but I am very discouraged at the treatment this clinic gave us . We for my fiancée pregnancy and the whole time I feel that our appointments were rushed and little consideration was given for baby. she was sent home once with the flue, told she was fine, went to the ER and indeed had the flue. She was given fluidAlso sent home with UTI, which she suffered with for a week before coming back again and being told she had a UTI after being told earlier she didn’t have one.The nurses was fine but we never seen the same doctor and most of them seemed to be in a hurry. She started having contractions at 37 weeks and dialated at a 3 and had a growth scan revealing the baby’s stomic was in 85th %. She passed the new gestational diabetes test standards that was recently changed but she failed the old standards and we was told yet again not to worry and Again sent us home no concern. 40 weeks still no baby, and my fiancée being a little girl was concerned about the 9 pound baby inside of her.. they said at 41 weeks we will discuss a birth plan.. I said why not right now? We are concerned about her belly being big. The doctor said oh her belly is big? Like this was new information and checked her chart and said oh she is big.Anyway after telling us a week isn’t gonna make a difference and No one wants to deliver on the 4th of July we went to ruby memorial in Morgantown where she was induced and had Eliza with a lot of her meconium from being in there to long and had to spend 16 hours in NICU and put antibiotics. So even though the clinic and ruby are both WVU medicine, when it comes to pregnacy I don’t believe Fairmont clinic has the same standards because ruby has been amazing. I recommend not to go to Fairmont clinic for pregnancy.
