Had a good experience getting my teeth cleaned. Kristen was the bomb diggity. Super friendly and did an excellent job. Felt like she took good care cleaning and everyone was being safe wearing masks. Ive been going there for years, happy with my care.

I had some work done at Sorriso. I was told on the day of my procedure Id need to pay $7xx and that would be all I would need to pay. I have insurance and the amount that they charged was way more then what the insurance prices the services at, so my insurance send it back saying well pay xx not XX. Well I got a bill in the mail on 6/10 with a 6/23 due date of $277. On 6/17 I received a delinquent notice and that in 14 days my account will be sent to collections ( notice sent before the due date of 6/23) I talked to my insurance company and Sorriso CAN WRITE OFF anything that wasnt covered because their prices were way too high . I was NEVER told in the office this was a quote, I was told it was a total and what I would owe. I had budgeted ahead of time for the $700+ that I had to pay out of pocket plus what insurance covered and would have tried to have the extra if I had been given a heads up that it could be more. However it was sprung on me last minute. Full disclosure I called the billing department and explained my situation , she basically said there is nothing we can do to help you you just need to pay it all. I told her I didnt have it and I didnt think the whole situation was right. We got into an argument on the phone. I said I dont think Ill have it by then and she can send it to collections if she must. Apparently she found it prudent to send me a delinquent notice/ 14 days before sent to collections notice on 6/16(received 6/17) before the due date of 6/23. If I go buy a car at a given price at a dealership Im not then sent a bill in the mail a month later wanting more money because they made a mistake on the paperwork.

I liked best about this dental office that it was possibly the cleanest I had ever been in, and its close proximity to downtown Fairmont. The dental hygienists were all very kind but Dr. Shepherd was not very warm. He practically gave me a choice between having the radio off or listening to worship music on Sirius XM during the visit. I am a fan of Christian rock and Gospel in many forms, but he proceeded to play the blandest, most wailing station imaginable, and each song was somehow worse than the last. It was definitely a two star feeling as I was drilled on in that chair. When we were finished, I felt like I had been overcharged after the visit, but the desk clerk said that all the billing was correct. Many, many months (almost a full year later) I got a call from their Accounting department, so they could send me a check for a refund service charge in excess of $300. I was thrilled, but when they wanted to book another appointment with me, I had to tell the girl about the bummer experience that I had. The clerk suggested I try the Morgantown office where that might not happen. But at that mileage, I already know several providers in the Morgantown area who had built more rapport with me than the provider I had. I would absolutely recommend this place for my grandmother or something, but not anyone my own age.

Such a wonderful place! The staff is amazing! They work with you, talk to you, answer all of your questions. They always seem to have all the time they need for me! They ensure I understand everything that we are planning to do, and work with me on my dental plan and my budget. They help me focus on what needs to be done and what can wait, and help me find a way to get there. I have been to many of dental offices. I can say, I have never felt so good about my dental hygiene! They have amazing equipment and staff that are experienced! Quality and Fast Friendly Service are rarely seen together, and I believe this business exemplifies that.

An old crown came out. Sorriso made an appointment for the me the next day and quickly replaced the crown. I appreciated the quick response.

The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very gentle dling procedures. I would recommend them to everyone. Very pleasant experiences everytime.

Dr. Labritz has provided me with detailed information regarding on my oral issues and outlined different options. Her staff are kind and friendly and they try to accommodate patients needs.

I had a filling come out and went back in to have it fixed and she told me it didnt and tried to have me get a crown. I got a second opinion and the filling did break off and will be replaced by another dentist, and I wont need to spend hundreds of dollars on a crown. So unhappy with them.

I have a lot of anxiety with dental work. Dr. Blankenship is AMAZING. The staff is very accommodating and professional. I had an extraction two hours ago. They were fast and comforting. I’m a newer patient and I will never go anywhere else. I would give ten stars if I could.

My hygienist Michelle was amazing and so personable. They did fantastic with my kiddo as well. Dr. Blakenship was so sweet as well. Made me feel like less of a terrible mom and human with how bad my teeth are. Thank you all for being amazing!!!

I’ve always had bad, painful experiences at the dentist and stopped going for years out of fear. The staff here is genuinely caring and kind... went out of their way to set up a treatment plan in which I would be as comfortable as possible.

VERY unprofessional. I check my temp any time I leave the house and it was 97.6. I drove to Sorriso Dental with my windows down bc it was a beautiful day. However, it was hot so my temp was 100.06. I am not sick! But they made me reschedule. I don’t know when my next day will be. This was NOT a social call, it WAS an emergency kind of visit. But they dont care.

My first visit to Sorriso felt great. I was comfortable, everyone was very humorous, and the hygienists/Doctors were very informing. They didn’t just work on you, the told you what they were seeing. Hygienist Kristen is the best Hygienist I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The check in process was quick and the visit as a whole was thorough. 10/10 recommend Sorriso Dental.

Highly recommend coming to Dr. Sorriso office for your dental health. They are all amazing with each one of my children. They each left with a smile on their face, which doesn’t happen after leaving the dentist.

I would like share how attentive my hygienist is when taking care of my teeth. She shared helpful information as to the condition and care of my teeth/gums. (In a very considerate manner)I have had a good bit of dental care over the years and I have to say that I was impressed by and thankful for her care. Before starting the work on my teeth, she asked about my work & kids and and showed genuine interest. I often feel like we are rushed through and are just another person to take care of. She remembered little details from when I last visited. She was professional and respectful, not intrusive. I wound up here after visiting 3 other dental offices, here in Fairmont. Michelle, THE dental hygienist, was the 1st person that had ever measured my gums. From that point she was able to diagnose and treat me. Its amazing, truly amazing when you get treated with care and also discipline, lol. Michelle opened my eyes, never realized that every dentist I have ever been to didnt care as much as she does.

My son broke his tooth two days after Christmas and his regular dentist was closed until after New Years. They were kind enough to squeeze him in the same day I called, actually within the hour. They were very kind and friendly to my son and I and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend!

Replaced a removable partial with a perminant bridge, went very well, well pleased with the treatment and the end result.

First off was scared to see how bad I let my teeth go. Very nice to know I wasn’t judged and they gave me there honest opinion. Got exact pictures of problems and a plan for me fit to me to fix this! The intense cleaning I received was not the most lovely experience but that’s not because of my dentist but because my lack of taking care of my teeth. After the cleaning a tremendous change and it made the not so pleasant cleaning totally worth it. Will continue to go here and update my progress accordingly !

Ive been going to this dentist office for over 23 years however there have been some changes with addition of new dentists and dental techs and I must say they couldnt be more professional, genuine, caring and sincere. They are top notch. Highly recommend.

I needed a root canal and kept putting it off out of fear. Finally had it done and because I waited so long, there were problems. That root canal lasted 3 hours and I felt nothing. Dr. Labritz is truly a skilled dentist and my new crowns look beautiful! I wish I had not waited so long to have this done, now I just feel silly for letting fear keep me from a much needed procedure.

Great Dental work. It cost me $98 for a filling 2 years ago now it is $198. Also I showed up to get my daughter a filling on December 27th and was informed I have payment due from February. When asked why I have never received a statement or been told about that past due amount the other 5 times I have been there since February I was told that billing has been messed up. Work is great. Price is not.

Always gentle and always kind. They know I hate pain and do all that they can to make sure that I don’t experience any. They explain everything so that I know exactly what to expect.

This was an emergency visit, the staff and Dr Shepherd were terrific, very happy they are as welcome with this visit as they are a scheduled appointment.

We do not use Sorriso Dental for our Dental care any longer. My family had all been patients of Dr. Ron Grazianni for over 40 years. Then, when it changed hands to Dr. Caroline Labritz, we no longer felt comfortable with our dental account treatment at this facility. So we are now getting our dental care from a practice in Bridgeport, WV. We most likely will NOT be returning to Sorriso Dental in the future.
